Nursery Practitioner Level 3-4

The Green Cave Day Nursery is seeking a Qualified Level 2 or Above Early Years Educator

Location: Tunbridge Wells, England

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a vibrant environment crucial to early childhood development? The Green Cave Day Nursery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or above Early Years Educator to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver a variety of stimulating and educational activities tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.

- Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children under our care.

- Monitor and record the progress of children, providing insightful feedback to parents and carers.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a supportive and cohesive team atmosphere.

- Strictly adhere to all safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- A Full and Relevant Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or above.

- Ideally, have previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to supporting their development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
