We're Hiring: Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young children’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team!

Position: Full Time or Job Share

About the Role: As an Early Years Practitioner in our intergenerational setting, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside both young children and older generations, creating meaningful experiences and fostering mutual learning. You will play a crucial role in supporting children's development in a nurturing, fun, and safe environment. You will work closely with children, families, and our dynamic team to deliver high-quality early education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.

Plan and deliver exciting activities that support children’s learning and development.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.

Ensure that policies, procedures, and safeguarding regulations are followed.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).

A genuine passion for working with children.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of early childhood development and the EYFS framework.

A commitment to fostering inclusive, intergenerational experiences.

Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is an advantage.
