Pippa’s House Guildford, currently has exciting opportunities for qualified practitioners to be part of a vibrant, expanding team as the setting continues to grow. Our roles can be full time or flexible with 3-4 days a week.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
To engage in play, learning activities and the personal care of children as directed by the room leader
To contribute to the planning and implementation of exciting learning opportunities for the children
To maintain a productive and stimulating environment within the nursery
To work as a team to observe and identify what the children in your care need to do next on their developmental journey
To interact in a professional and positive manner with other staff and parents
To be flexible and cooperative, working across a range of rooms and ages
To share responsibility for the welfare of all children in your designated room, following systems to ensure consistent, high-quality care
To work flexibly as part of the larger team, assisting and supporting colleagues wherever required
