Managers position

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our family nursery in a community centric part of Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of early years education, and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the day to day running of aspects of the day nursery.

As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and safety are consistently met. You will lead a dedicated team, build positive relationships with parents, and play a key role in shaping the future of the children in our care.

About our Nursery:

 The Playhouse was set up initially by a former teacher before our current owner took over and continued the good work while investing heavily to increase our childcare offering to our families. The nursery has grown from strength to strength over the last 3 years with us all working as a rapidly expanding team. The nursery is a lovely environment to work in.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is essential.

• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within a nursery or early years setting.

 • Strong knowledge of early years frameworks
