NURSERY COOK, Bromsgrove

Role: Nursery Chef

Location: Shooting Stars Nursery Bromsgrove, 34 Stourbridge Road, Bromsgrove, B61 0AE

Hours: 15 hours per week over 2 consecutive days (7.5 hours per day) The nursery is open Monday to Friday, between 7.30am to 6pm all year round except bank holidays.

Salary: £14.50p/h

Essential Experience:

· Cook in charge experience, menu planning, costing, purchasing and safe food storage.

· Experience in preparing and serving food for people with allergies and special dietary requirements.

· Experience catering for children under 5 years old and/or working in a kitchen based in a nursery, school, nursing home or hospital.

· Supervisory experience.

Qualifications:

Essential- Level 2 or above food hygiene certificate.

Desirable - Level 3 food hygiene, food allergy awareness, knowledge of working with safer food better business practises or a catering/hospitality qualification.
