Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will provide a high standard of physical,
emotional, social, and intellectual care for the children
in our setting. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a
team environment, has strong leadership

and nurturing space where children can play, learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a high
standard of childcare.
- Manage and support a team of staff, fostering a positive and
motivated work environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
to ensure a welcoming, inclusive setting.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of provision, ensuring policies,
procedures, and best practices are upheld.
- Take responsibility for financial management, occupancy levels,
and meeting set targets.
- Lead on planning and organising engaging daily activities that
promote child development.
- Be responsible for key children, including observations,
assessments, and individual learning plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and high-quality environment that meets all
health and safety requirements.
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals as needed to
support children’s development.
- Support staff development through training and performance monitoring.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate, dedicated, and experienced
childcare professional.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a
nursery or early years setting.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with
children, staff, and parents.
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early
Years Education or a related field.
