Essentials

·       Full and relevant level 2/3 in Early Years

·       GCSE- grades 5-9/A-C in English & Maths

·       Able to ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures

·       Appropriate behaviour management

·       Able to participate in child observations and assessments with a good understanding of child development
