Qualified Room Leader (optional DSL)

We are looking for someone to manage our small Baby Space, supporting our little ones and guiding a very small team to ensure we offer the highest level of play and learning opportunities. We provide a bespoke, homely and magical environment with lots of opportunities for the right person to progress with us if desired. We love trips and outings, this would be a regular part of your week. This role would be for 4 or 5 days, either full days of flexible shifts. We offer lots of perks and incentives and genuinely work hard to enhance and transform the world of Early Years. 

We promote limited 'paperwork' which is all on an iPad, and support hands-on time with our children. You will be required to have positive communication skills and enjoy talking with our parents and carers. A good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding is required.
