The Teachers at Children’s Nature Nursery at Avon Heath are delighted to invite all local families to the first Parent Open Day this year. Our Open Day aims to bring all local communities together with many activities for the children and the whole family to enjoy. Come over to meet the teachers and learn about the Kids Love Nature Approach while enjoying a typical day filled with some of the activities the children experience every day at Children’s Nature Nursery at Avon Heath. The morning will include an artist session, cooking and baking, story-time and marshmallows around the garden firepit as well as the popular 'woodland explorer' session at the heart of the Avon Heath Country Park.

What is the Kids Love Nature Approach and how does it support children in developing those crucial skills that are so important in these early years as well as for school and throughout life: independence, concentration, perseverance and a true love of learning? Watch the approach in action and talk to the teachers whilst enjoying a nice cup of hot chocolate.
