Best Friends Private Day Nursery in Worsley is holding a free Easter Eggstravaganza to celebrate its recent ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.

Best Friends Private Day Nursery on St Johns Road in Moseley Common is holding the event on Saturday 8th April 10am - 2pm, in support of Make-a-Wish charity.

Entry is free and all are welcome to the Easter Eggstravaganza, which promises a variety of fun activities for children and grown-ups alike.

There will be face-painting, Easter crafts, Dough Disco, a tombola and stalls selling clothes, accessories, holistic beauty treatments, cakes, pastries, nappy cake gifts, canvases and frames.

Nursery staff will be collecting donations for Make-a-Wish at the event, in an effort to support the charity, which grants wishes for seriously ill children.

Nursery Manager Sharon Jones said, “Easter is such an exciting time for children and we wanted to hold a free event that all of the families in our community could enjoy.

“Our lovely nursery and exciting garden is perfect for a family fun day, and we can’t wait to open our doors to local families. We recently received a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted, so we’re really in the mood to celebrate!”
