Work-based learning and training is particularly important in the nursery sector, due to the very practical nature of working with young children.

We feel that this real-life experience, underpinned by the high-quality theoretical learning and full support of Training Provider Babcock, makes our Apprenticeship in Early Years Childcare and Education an excellent choice for those looking to kick start their career in childcare.

Our apprenticeship scheme is highly valued throughout Shooting Stars and is recognised as an important investment in the talent of tomorrow's team. Our apprentices study firstly towards their Level 2 qualification, before moving on to study towards their Level 3. Upon successful completion of these qualifications, we offer permanent roles to our apprentices.
