View Full Details of Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School AcademyMy son started in the nursery when he was 6 months old. Being so young, it was very scary to have him in a different environment with strangers. The nursery team has done their absolute best during the settling days and the first few weeks of adjusting. My boy is now 11 months old, and he absolutely loves the nursery. Every day when we drop him off, he has the biggest smile on his face. We have seen a lot of progress through the 4 months he has been attending, including moving to more solid foods, crawling much faster, and very early attempts at walking. His baby's vocabulary is much more expanded than other boys his age, as are his imitating gestures (waving, clapping, high fives). He also sleeps better at night, which is a direct result of the effort the staff puts into engaging and entertaining the babies. In comparison, he wakes up through the night if he has not spent the day in the nursery. I would very much recommend the nursery for young babies.
Staff are kind. Management is efficient. Quick answer when asking something. My toddler is happy about going to nursery. Now he's going to pre-school and is learning a lot of things such as numbers, letters and French. Food is ok but could be a little better, for example, less pasta and more meat or fish.
Both my children attended the nursery from 3 months old and I have seen them flourish into great little personalities due to the care, love and support the staff members provide. My eldest has been attending the nursery for the past 4 years and my youngest for the last 2 years; they both love it and are always very happy when Monday comes around. It really is a home away from home. We trust the staff and the management explicitly and know that they always have the best interest of my children at heart. My eldest will be starting school this year and he can't be better prepared. I can't recommend the nursery enough!
Our child is extremely happy at nursery. This is driven by the relationships she has formed with her key carers. In the morning, she is very excited to see them and runs to give them a hug. This makes the world of difference and gives us real peace of mind. She is also developing very well there, and we are constantly surprised when she comes home with a new skill or word. Sometimes even in French. We are very happy with our decision to send her there and would recommend it to any other parent.
The best nursery.
We have our second child attending Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy and will also have our third child going. They have been splendid with both our children, and very helpful when we needed some flexibility. Would definitely recommend.
Our son joined Busy Bees Nursery full-time four months ago and the settling in process was seamless. The staff and his key worker have been brilliant. They provide all round care for both our son and us as parents, from the morning breakfast table for the parents to the evening dinner being provided for us to take home. We get regular updates throughout the day to show his progress and lots of pictures to show the fun activities that they have planned every month. We couldn't recommend Busy Bees more and will be looking to send our future children there.
Our experience with Busy Bees has been unique! Our child is delighted every day to go and see the teachers and spend time with his friends. The staff are very professional and you can tell how much love they give to the children. Also, we love that every day we have updates on our baby regarding sleep, food, and nappies. I'm so happy we have our baby here.
Our 2 year old son loves his friends and carers at the nursery. Every morning, he runs and hugs his carer before having his breakfast. My wife and I never worry about our child at work because we know that he's having the best time of his life there. Even if our native language is not English and we don't speak English at home, we realize he learned counting numbers and a few other words and verbs in English. We're pleased with his physical and mental progress. The only negative thing about the nursery is the prices, especially during this recent cost of living crisis.
This is a fantastic nursery, who have welcomed us from the very beginning and helped us settle in. Our baby has bonded very well with the staff after only few sessions, and the app that they use to update your child's progress throughout the day is brilliant. Excellent healthy, balanced meals as well, and even food for parents to take with them at drop-off! Private parking available on site as well, air con available for the hot summer months ahead, and a little secure garden for children to play in. The staff are so friendly and lovely, we feel very well supported as parents at this nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.
Both of my children were in Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy. I can’t be more happy with the services provided. Friendly and professional staff, fresh and delicious meals cooked on the premises and a cute little garden. Everything is excellent.
By far the best nursery in Chiswick. We tried a few for our son but when our daughter came along Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy took her in and she has loved it so much. Her development is monitored and discussed, the staff are super helpful and caring and my daughter loves all the activities. It has plenty of space inside for them to run around, a large outdoor area which is used in good weather and homemade food that is sent home every day, which is a bonus. One key worker worked hard with me to toilet train our stubborn daughter and for this I will be always grateful.
Our kid loves going to Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy (Busy Bees). She has been attending this nursery for almost 2 years now. We were already pleased with the nursery pre-Covid, but as the pandemic hit, their effort to do a great job has become even more evident. We are really pleased with them.
My daughter joined nursery when she was seven months old and being first-time parents we were very concerned about getting her settled in the nursery. All the staff were very supportive and took the time to understand our baby's needs and make her feel comfortable. Thanks to them she is always excited to go to the nursery and we can see how well all the staff take good care of her. Plus the facilities are really good, compared with other nurseries we visit within the area and the parent app and other activity apps the nursery has available are really handy to support our baby's development.
We have two children at Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy. My daughter is in the academy room and my son is in the baby room and we couldn't be happier with both rooms. My daughter has formed a lovely bond with staff and with the other children in her class. Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy setting is excellent in preparing the children for school, from wearing uniform to using book bags. The room staff, kitchen staff and managers are hard working, friendly and most importantly, really care for the children. My son is nearly one and has quickly settled into the baby room and nursery life. The meals are delicious! They have also dealt with the pandemic situation and restrictions excellently and we feel like it is has been a safe and nurturing environment throughout this difficult time. I would highly recommend the nursery.
Our eldest has been at Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy since 2018, and our youngest has recently started. All the rooms (Baby, Toddler and Pre-School Academy) are excellent and filled with warm, caring staff members, and our girls love their time at nursery. We received regular feedback on their progress, and senior staff are always happy to share their guidance and support. We love the ParentZone app, the monthly newsletter outlining key activities for the month ahead, and the nutritional meals - both on-site and the take-home meals. They have been excellent throughout the pandemic, and the measures they have implemented during this time have been reassuring as has the fact that there have been no Covid cases. We have been delighted with both the care and the development of our children at this nursery.
I have been extremely impressed by the nursery since my son started in 2020. How they have handled this pandemic is exceptional. My son has built a strong bond with his keywords which really puts my mind at ease and I know he's in the very best hands. I would highly recommend this nursery.
Both my children have attended this Busy Bees from 10 months old to starting school, so I have been a happy customer since 2015. The senior staff have not changed, which is a reassurance to parents and a testament to the management. My youngest is now in the pre-school Academy which is a fantastic concept that links seamlessly to school with a timetable of mini-lessons and a uniform. She writes her name at just over 3 years old and is socially very capable which I attribute to the wonderful and happy learning environment. The children adore the snack pack takeaway, and the parents especially love their delicious grab and go breakfast treats. The flapjack and banana loaf are our firm favourites! Thank you, chef!
My daughter has been going to this nursery from the last 12months and the development I see in her is amazing. She was an extremely shy kid and used to hesitate to socialise but from the time she has joined this nursery, she has learnt to open up and has made loads of friends. She also used to be a picky eater and with the variety of nutritional food offered in the nursery, she has come to try new things and is less fussy. The staff members are very warm and friendly, my daughter finds it really easy to communicate with them and thoroughly enjoys all the activities (indoors and outdoors) designed on a day to day basis. I really look forward to another fun-filled year for my daughter and would like to thank each and everyone in this nursery for doing an excellent job!
My daughter recently graduated from this nursery, having attended since 9 months old. I have always felt that the Baby room (up to 2yrs) here is particularly outstanding, but the Toddler and Academy rooms are excellent too. I chose the nursery because of the balance between creative, structured learning and outdoor activities and was quite often amazed by the effort and imagination that went into planning activities. The menu was also important to me, as the food offered is healthy, and embraces elements of different cuisines, beyond standard "toddler food". By graduation, my daughter had secured places at all the top local private schools and I attribute that to the structured curriculum throughout her time at nursery, but also the level of effort that the staff put into her individual needs in the academy room: the level of literacy and numeracy she achieved gave her a very smooth transition to school, but she also left with strong friendships and have had many fun experiences!
