We couldn't be happier with our experience at Bright Horizons Chiswick Park Day Nursery and Preschool. The team has been so welcoming and reassuring which made it so much easier for us as first-time parents. The nursery has such a happy and friendly atmosphere, it's clear how much the staff cares. We really appreciate the variety of activities and events, which gives us a chance to see what happens at the nursery and connect with other parents. It's lovely being part of the Bright Horizons community. Knowing our child is happy, safe and thriving while we're at work is such a gift.

We are very happy with the care provided by the nursery staff. Everyone has been very welcoming and caring since day one. I was amazed by how much customisation they can do for each child. We love the app and the updates, pictures we receive every day. Our daughter really enjoys going to nursery which was made easy, thanks to the settling sessions. As a parent, it is a relief to have this safe environment that helps our child grow. We would highly recommend it!

Our key carer of our son has gone above and beyond to take special care of our son and we truly appreciate it. We see the bond the two of them have created, out son felt really safe and comfortable with her. We have watched him grow in confidence and independence under her care and she really has been a great help on his overall development journey. We are really glad our son will see you around the nursery. Thank you again for everything.

Both our children attended Bright Horizons Chiswick Park Day Nursery and Preschool, one now being 11 years old and the other 2 years old. Bright Horizons have had an amazing impact on our children's progression. Our daughter always comes out happy and tired! Which means she has had so much fun.

Our 3 year old daughter is attending this nursery since 2023. We always meet people from the staff, that are very professional and nice, that care for our baby. We are very happy with our daughter's journey, her achievements and development that were supported from the people who work in this nursery. The only bad point is the high fee but fortunately with some government help (15 hours and 30 hours free) is very good for the quality and standards of the nursery.

Our daughter has been very happy at the nursery since starting in the baby room, the little learners room and now pre-school. We really appreciate how caring and supportive the environment is. Our daughter's key carers have always taken the time to keep us updated with her progress and built a strong relationship with her. There are lots of activities for her to get involved in and she is learning and making friends every day.

We are very happy with the nursery. Sometimes our daughter is hesitant to leave as she is obviously very happy to be there. Can't thank the nursery enough! The staff are always very happy to feedback on the day which is useful.

I want to say on behalf of both myself and my partner, we are so happy with how our son has taken to the nursery. He seems to be enjoying it more every week and building great relationships with both the children and the carers all of whom have been great. We are very happy to have him there. In particular, I would like to say how happy we are with his assigned key carer. We can tell she takes great care of him and we fully trust her to always have his best interests at heart. I can see they have built a great connection, that she takes care of him, and that he is so happy to see her in the morning when I drop him off! Overall she is doing a great job!

We couldn't be happier with the nursery. Our daughter is very happy there and often doesn't want to come home at the end of the day! The staff are lovely and very caring.

We had a lovely experience at Bright Horizon Chiswick Park Nursery. All staff are loving and caring and our son enjoyed every minute here. Definitely recommending it.

Our 4-year-old joined in October and was provided with a very smooth settling process thanks to the guidance of the manager and teachers. The staff are very easy to engage with and they made us feel part of their community from the very beginning. Most importantly, our son was always happy to go to nursery to see his friends and teachers and when we pick him up, in general, he was energetic and content from his day. The only feedback is to have more photos and updates on his daily activities. Overall, we would highly recommend this nursery as we feel comfortable leaving our child and can clearly see the staff working hard to give the children the best experience.

Overall, we have had a really positive experience with Bright Horizons. The staff are very nurturing and at the time provide a good structure and activities for my son. They are very attentive, and I feel secure that he is being properly looked after. I am provided regular updates and am contacted if I need to be. Overall, except with an experience with one member of staff, they are all very kind and listen to parents' requests and needs and are sensitive to parents' feelings. I am so glad I picked this nursery for my son. My only concern is that the resourcing issue may mean this wonderful nursery closes down!

I feel extremely confident leaving my children in the wonderful care of the team at Bright Horizons, Chiswick Park. The teachers provide an engaging and supportive environment, which is both educational and fun. The nursery encourages creativity and exploration and is helping to build confident and independent little minds.

Our child attends Bright Horizons, Chiswick Park Day Nursery since 2020. From the baby room to little Learners and lastly pre-school. The staff and team are wonderful and offer care and support to each child and their needs and development. It feels like an extension of the family with caring, safe hands to leave our child in. The facilities are spotless and excellent with specific rooms and even two gardens for different age ranges, plus activities where they all come together. This means each age group is suitably stimulated with activities, whilst developing and learning new skills as they grow. All the children have great awareness of sharing, taking turns and being kind. They have a lot of fun playing in their garden, singing, painting and learning topics. It's a good and gentle preparation for school. The majority of the staff have been there for years, so there's high continuity and commitment. The cook prepares lovely fresh meals onsite daily and caters for all allergies.

We are so pleased we chose this nursery. The staff are really kind and caring and took special care to make sure our son settled in well to the baby room at 11 months old. He loves it there and is excited to go. We really appreciate the regular updates on the app and our son enjoys the food there too. Another plus is the outside space, so they can go outside as much as they want, depending on the weather.

My son attended to Bright Horizons Chiswick Park in 2017 and had been in all three rooms; baby room, little learners and preschoolers and graduated from there. He had been very happy about the place and loved all the staff who had taken care of him through all those years. Because I had a very good experience with my son, I chose the same place for my daughter in 2021 and now she is graduating from there as well. She also loved going there and has developed a lot thanks to the caring and loving staff. I feel lucky that my children were in good hands and I am grateful for all the hard work and caring of the staff! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great childcare.

The nursery is really nice, my daughter very much enjoyed it. She made friends and gained new skills. Happy with both the facilities and care. The staff is great and taught her so much. We were all very sad to say goodbye.
