Had high hopes for this nursery but ended up pulling my son out on his 2nd settling in session, after seeing how they care for the children, it isn't so great! The rooms are also dull and nothing like the photos. Staff didn't interact with my son at all plus other issues we seen regarding my son and other children. Majority of the children there were crying and not being consoled at all. This was very upsetting to see. We complained to the area manager and she basically implied we were lying and refused to give our deposit back (because she didn't want to, we were told) and then a few days later, we were told any money we paid for the 2 sessions he never actually attended wasn't going to be refunded either! Absolute shambles of a nursery, Take your children elsewhere! Management are liars and just tell you what you want to hear, it's all about money to them. I can now see why they had spaces available compared to any other nursery around. We would never recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our child joined just over a year ago and we were content when they first started. However, over the last year sadly it has gone down hill to the point in which we are awaiting an opportunity to move our child. There is a high turnover of staff, including 4 different Centre Directors in the last 12 months. Dropping our child off in the mornings is very depressing as the room is just sad. It looks nothing like the beautiful photos online of different areas with fun-filled activities. The room is sparse with just a few random, tired looking toys plonked here and there; most looking like they have been left out from days before. The nursery has an app which is rarely kept up to date with info on food, sleep and nappies. We used to receive regular photos of our child’s learning which was wonderful but now have had nothing in over 6 months. The only thing going for the nursery is the room staff are helpful but sadly they are being let down by the poor management.

I can only say great things about Busy Bees and the staff at this nursery. I was originally put off sending my twins here due to it being a large chain but after sending them to a local independent nursery and having a very bad experience I have had nothing but positive things to say. The staff are so wonderful with my boys, their days are so structured and I get feedback everyday. Their in-house cook makes them wonderful food and my boys have seconds nearly everyday. Will be sad when they have to go to school. Special mention to the staff in the preschool room. And to the manager who is wonderful and made me feel like a friend when he showed me around.

My little nephew has been at Busy Bees, Quedgeley, for a few months now. As an auntie, I have been very happy to see how much my nephew has grown and developed, you can see a major difference in his social skills since being at nursery. He goes in which a smile and you can see how eager he is to get through the door and he always comes out with a smile! The staff are amazing and so welcoming, reassuring and know what they're talking about. My sister gets daily updates about food, nappies, sleep and even photos sent out of my nephew playing, or what activities are out for the day. There have been plenty of times I have picked him up from nursery and the staff always double check for passwords and if I'm on the collection list, which makes me feel more at ease that my nephew is safe! The manager is so lovely and has always ensured my family that we are able to pop into the office if we ever need anything - so thank you. I've never seen such enthusiastic, caring people. Thank you Busy Bees, Quedgeley.

The staff has always been great. Recent issues raised to management were resolved after communicating through formal complaint procedures. Happy with the nursery and would recommend it. I think it is the best one locally to us

Really lovely nursery. The rooms are large and have lots to keep the children entertained. The activities on the app look really fun. The staff and manager are lovely and welcoming. Our two children attend and are always happy and are developing really well. Food seems to be popular too. Would definitely suggest them to other parents.

Our son is due to leave for school in the coming months and we couldn’t thank the nursery enough. He has been at Busy Bees Quedgeley since he was a baby and he has come so far! The team are wonderful and the manager really knows his nursery and the children. We’ve never had a problem and have recommended to friends who have since joined. The nursery is clean, the activities on the app are fab and our son always tells us what he’s been up to, that to us speaks volumes! We are so sad to be leaving but will continue to recommend Busy Bees Quedgeley for years to come!

Lovely nursery. We have never had a problem and can only say how wonderful it is! Our daughter is always happy and I’m thankful for the app and information the staff provide. The staff are great and very friendly. The manager and his deputy are really welcoming and helpful. They always greet us with a warm welcome! The food seems great and our daughter always eats it. The activities we see on the app are wonderful and they are really creative. I’d tell all my friends and neighbours that this is the nicest nursery we’ve seen!

I'm so pleased with the care my child receives at Busy Bees Quedgeley. He is happy, excitable and keen to go. The nursery itself looks great and has large rooms and some great things for the kids. Staff are great and really welcoming the manager is brilliant, he really is passionate and accommodating. I'd without a doubt recommend visiting for anyone.

This is a lovely setting. I felt at ease from the minute we were shown around. The manager is really approachable and stopped our tour to help a child! The rooms are large and inviting. The nursery is clean and the staff are friendly. The food is good and our child loves what she is given and always clears her plate. Since joining we have increased our booking just because she loves it so much. I would tell parents locally to come and see it for themselves. Great nursery in our minds.

This is a lovely nursery, great staff and managers are great too. My children are really happy here. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The outside area is amazing for all the children to play. I'd tell anyone that it's worth a visit.

We absolutely love Busy Bees Quedgeley. It's more than a nursery, it's a community. The educators are out of this world and the Centre Director leads his team with enthusiasm and passion for everything and everyone. Our daughter is settled, happy and thriving. Every session she comes home buzzing with what she's been doing and gets excited for the next! We can't thank them enough. The nursery looks beautiful and offers so much for children. The photos on parent one make our day! Thank you Busy Bees.

My son is due to leave Busy Bees Quedgeley to go to school and we will be gutted to say goodbye. This is the third nursery our son went to and was by far the best one! The staff and management are amazing, they make the nursery so homely and keep parents up to date with photos which have been great as we can't go in! Our son has really progressed and it's hands down thanks to Busy Bees. Shame we haven't got another! I'd definitely return but for now, I'd tell anyone to take a look!

Excellent nursery. My son loves going each week and always comes home happy and excited. Parentzone is great, we often receive photos and updates meaning we are completely in the know. The garden is great and the rooms are amazing. Would definitely recommend.

My son has been attending Busy Bees from the age of 10 months and will be off to school in September. The care he's received at Busy Bees over the last 4 years has been more than amazing, from babies room to toddlers and now in the pre-school room. He absolutely loves it at the nursery and we're both sad to be saying goodbye soon. The staff and management are all so friendly and go out of their way to make my child feel like it's a home away from home. A place where he feels safe and comfortable and where he can have fun with his friends but also learn so much along the way, getting him ready for school. Staff update the ParentZone app throughout the day with what food my child has eaten, with progress updates and with photos and videos of activities, so despite not being able to go inside the nursery at the moment, I can still see what he has been up to. I would highly recommend Busy Bees Quedgeley to friends/family.

Busy Bees is a hidden gem! Our daughter loves being outside and so this setting is a great fit for her as it has lots of outside play. We like the parent zone as everything is in one place and we can contribute our observations too. Best of all the staff are friendly, approachable and caring.

Both my children attended Busy Bees Quedgeley for years and I couldn't be happier with the care they received there. They absolutely flourished there, always arrived and left with a smile and happy. My son also attended a pre-school attached to a school just before he started reception and the teachers there were very impressed with his advanced knowledge of numbers especially. I am forever grateful to Busy Bees Quedgeley for preparing him for school. Everyone at Busy Bees Quedgeley is very friendly and they go above and beyond to support the children and work together with parents where needed.

I can not recommend Busy Bees nursery enough. My little boy has only been there a few weeks, but it has been amazing. The ladies that work there are super friendly and made it so easy for my little boy to start and for me to feel comfortable for him to start with no issues at all. The communication from the manager is constant and he is really easy to talk to. I love the app and the photos that come through. The activities seem great and my little boy loves the large gardens and food! Highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Lovely, friendly nursery. Great staff, caring atmosphere. Love the large rooms and access to the gardens. My daughter is always happy and excited to go which is all I can ask for. Thank you Busy Bees Quedgeley, definitely recommend it to anyone.

I cannot recommend Busy Bees Quedgeley enough. The nursery and the team are amazing and are very dedicated. The staff have given our daughter the best start possible and always have time and are on hand to discuss any questions or queries that we have. They are happy to accommodate individual needs, routines, diets and timings. We believe Busy Bees Quedgeley are worth their weight in gold! The team have also been exceptional throughout the Covid-19, they could not have managed this better. The manager keeps us updated on any changes which puts all parents minds at ease. Well done team, thank you for all your dedication.
