Our little girl has been attending for two days a week since she was 12 months old (from June 2024) and we have had no issues at all. The staff have always been so friendly, approachable and welcoming. They really get to know the kiddies and understand what they need rather than trying to make them all fit the same mould. They helped us when our little one needs physio and there was no pressure to move classrooms when she hit a certain age, instead taking into account her confidence and ability. Our little one is always so happy there and now doesn't even want to leave when she gets picked up!

The staff are always really friendly and welcoming. Always offer advice when asked any questions. My child is very happy at nursery and loves going there. It's nice that they take them into the garden when the weather is nice and they enjoy all the activities that they do. I am really happy that I chose this nursery for my child. Thank you to the team for all of your hard work!

The staff are fantastic with my son and he loves going. The feedback we get at the end of the day shows how attentive and caring they are with the children. They really try to do activities the children will love, and it's clear the staff enjoy their work. There is a real family feel to this nursery, and I'm very glad we chose it.

The staff are great and very caring for my child’s needs. My child is very happy at the nursery and never cries at pick up or drop off. The food is great and the nursery caters for my child’s dietary requirements.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly 18 months. She didn’t start until she was nearly 2 and although there were a lot of tears to begin with she has settled in very well and made lots of friends. It is a smaller nursery but feels homely and the staff are very kind and caring. I feel that her confidence has grown and she has become much more adventurous with her food. Thank you to the manager and all the team at Barnt Green for all your hard work! I would recommend the nursery to others.

I find the staff at Sandhills in Barnt Green to be friendly, welcoming and often with lots of energy. I get the impression although the job must be hard, that all of the ladies really do care about the children. I personally find everyone who I interact with to be personable and easygoing. My daughter has become more sociable, confident and engaging which is largely down to the environment at Sandhills in Barnt Green. My daughter is 2, and I heard her count to 10 all on her own a few weeks back which I credit to the staff at Sandhills. Thank you for making my daughter look forward to going to Nursery.

Well, where do I start with Sandhills Barnt Green Nursery! My daughter moved nurseries and commenced her full-time place here in August last year. My daughter absolutely loves attending the nursery, she continues to strive in her development and it is wonderful with how many things she comes home with and tells us what she has been up to! The handovers are fantastic at collection time, as a parent you feel listened to and not rushed out the door! The staff are amazing and it’s wonderful that every time we drop and pick up they are all smiling! Thank you again for this fantastic nursery setting.

My daughter has been attending Sandhills Day Nursery in Barnt Green since July and she has absolutely thrived. She’s learned so much since starting here and has settled in so well. Every morning at drop off she runs through the door without looking back because she’s so excited to go in and spend the day there. Every member of staff is so happy to help and they all know your child, even if they aren’t in the same room. They look after my daughter like one of their own and are always happy to talk to you about your child’s development and any concerns. I’m so happy I enrolled my daughter here - I couldn’t ask for a better nursery with better staff.

My son has been attending Sandhills Day Nursery Barnt Green for over a year now. From the beginning all the staff have made our family feel safe, welcome and well looked after. Since starting at the nursery, my son has developed really well and with the help of staff has always been looked after to a high standard. All staff are always helpful, I always get a full report of his day and can rest assured he is cared for. I am so pleased with how my son is cared for, fed and detailed reports of what he has been doing (which may I add is fun and educational as well as age appropriate). When looking for a nursery for my first born, it was really important to me that the nursery felt homely and warm. We are very pleased and our second son will be starting with the nursery at the end of the year. I was going to name key members of staff but each person that works at Sandhills Day Nursery Barnt Green have been amazing! Really lovely ladies!

Lovely staff, all very welcoming to our boy. A variety of activities for him to enjoy throughout the day - very keen on outdoor play regardless of the weather. All staff seem to have a genuine interest in our boy's learning and development.

Since starting my child at this nursery, he has been happy and loves every moment of it - getting there slowly but surely with all the help from the staff, very much appreciated by us! We are very glad we chose this nursery - all the staff are very friendly and good to talk to.

In general, the village Nursery is commendable. The majority of the staff demonstrate a genuine concern for the children and exhibit kindness, passion, and dedication. It is evident that there is a wide range of activities offered to the children each day. While there may be room for improvement with the outdoor playground equipment, the limited space is being utilized effectively. Furthermore, the Nursery takes advantage of nearby village facilities such as the park and train station, which is a positive aspect.

The manager and her team have been great since my child joined in April. They are all very helpful and accommodating. It is clear they are supporting her development. I also like the email comms which we receive about upcoming events etc.

My son had to move nurseries after his original one closed. He has loved every minute of his time at Sandhills so far. The staff are amazing and have nurtured him, which has helped him settle in, but also he is learning so much.

My daughter attended Barnt Green Sandhills from the age of 2 to 5, and now my son goes to the nursery. He is 20 months old and has settled into the baby room really well. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and kind. We have never worried about sending either child to the nursery. We love seeing all the fun things they get up to, and Thumper the Rabbit has been a fantastic addition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery. Thank you to all the staff!

My daughter is settling in well, and it's all thanks to the lovely staff who have made her feel so comfortable and welcome. The resident rabbit is a huge hit with her, and it's lovely to see her so excited about seeing the animal every day. One of the things I love most about this nursery is that my daughter always comes home dishevelled, which is a sure sign that she has had a great time! She is tired in a good way, and it's clear that the staff keep her busy and engaged throughout the day. I have also noticed that since starting at the nursery, my daughter is more vocal and using her voice more confidently. The staff are always friendly and approachable, and I feel completely confident leaving my daughter in their care. The informative handovers provided each day are really helpful in keeping me up to date with what she's been up to. Overall, I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a warm, friendly and nurturing environment for their child.

My daughter has been attending Sandhills Day Nursery Barnt Green since she was 10 months old. She has settled in so easily, which has been a huge weight off my mind. The staff are wonderful with her. She eats and sleeps well and enjoys all the activities. When I pick her up, she is always smiling. We love getting updates on the app to find out what she has been up to.

I have been very impressed with the staff at Sandhills, who look after our daughter. They are very engaging and have some great facilities, in particular the outdoor area. Engagement with parents is good, and there are often events outside of normal hours that involve both parents and children. I have never had any concerns about leaving our daughter in the care of Sandhills, and she always speaks about how much fun she has had. From my personal experience, what has let Sandhills down in the billing dept. Invoices are constantly wrong (we have not had a correct one since day one), and they have been very hard to get in touch with as they seem to only want to communicate via email. I also would like to see more information put in the app.

Sandhills Day Nursery Barnt Green is a lovely nursery with really caring staff who look after my daughter with the highest level of care. The nursery has recently been refurbished, and it is a lovely bright and modern environment for the children to learn and play. The communication from staff is excellent, with the newsletters and online app. My daughter has loved her time at Sandhills, and I have always felt she has been in the best of hands. We will be sad when she leaves for school in August.

Sandhills has been excellent with our daughter. They helped her adjust to nursery life and worked closely with us to give her the best start. They have managed her dietary requirements brilliantly and have communicated excellently with us. Staff are friendly, caring and professional.
