We’re very happy with Melton Mowbray Nursery School so far. Our child has been in baby robins for four weeks now and he has already changed so much. He is still tearful when we drop him off in the morning but the ladies in the room soon cheer him up and get him playing and interacting with the other children. We have had regular updates with his progress which, as working parents, is invaluable. He sleeps far better for us at night, as they have his nap times down to a fine art. The food is clearly a hit as he rarely refuses anything and we love being able to see what he’s had each day to cater better for him at the weekend. We’re very happy with our choice for little man and can’t wait to see how much more he learns and develops in the coming months.

Our daughter has been going to Melton Mowbray Day Nursery for roughly five months, two mornings a week and she absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, efficient, polite and very caring. It’s a big thing for any parent leaving their babies with anyone else. All the staff have made it so much easier to do. Regular updates on the app are a great plus. We even know what she’s had for breakfast and lunch. I feel very safe knowing my daughter is here, being looked after by the amazing staff.

I am in the military so move around a lot which means I have a lot of experience with nurseries. This one is joint best that I have used. The staff are great and my child is happy to go to nursery and thoroughly enjoys it! Love the app for connectivity and good communication. The outdoor space is the winning aspect of this nursery! So varied and large. Just love.

Both my children have enjoyed their time at this nursery. The setting is very welcoming and the staff are fantastic. They go above and beyond to provide my children with fantastic experiences whilst in their care.

Brilliant nursery, my son loves it. He gets upset when we walk past and don't go in on the weekend! They keep the app up to date throughout the day on how he is, we love getting the pictures of him through it. He's always so happy when we collect him.

This is my child's second nursery they are attending, due to the closer distance. My partner and I are very happy with the nursery and our child seems very settled and relaxed there. Communication is good and the staff are great!

Lovely nursery, my daughter is very happy here and the staff look after her very well, nothing is too much trouble. Since starting here at 9 months she has made lots of friends and really enjoys going.

Absolutely amazing nursery managed and run by some incredible staff! I would like to say a big thank you to the manager and all staff because they make my daughter very happy and comfortable! My daughter absolutely loves this nursery she talks about her teacher friends and particularly the activities that they have!

My son started the nursery around a year ago, he settled in straight away and had amazing relationships with staff who helped him daily. He has learnt so much since being at the nursery and his speech has really improved. All the staff have been brilliant at the nursery and made my son feel welcome in every room. The manager is also great at making sure any concerns are sorted and both parent and child are happy whilst at nursery which is great for reassurance!! Overall brilliant nursery and I am pleased we chose this one!

My child has been attending Melton Mowbray Nursery School for 3 months now. Both anxious mum and child have been put at ease. The level of care is of a high standard. My child is so happy with both key worker and buddy, and I am always kept up to date with the progression, physical and mental development, and day-to-day activities. Would thoroughly recommend it - nothing is too much trouble to ask!

My daughter currently attends the Melton Mowbray Nursery School and has additional needs, we are so grateful for the love and support all the staff give her, she loves going and has special bonds with the staff members. They always make sure they provide developmental play opportunities all day and go the extra mile to ensure each child’s wishes and needs are met throughout their time there. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone seeking a supportive and caring learning environment for their child. All the staff including the manager are incredibly friendly and open and always ensure they take time to listen to and greet the parents as well as the children. The food they serve is fantastic and the facilities are newly refurbished whilst being very homely and perfectly adapted for young children. There is a variety of activities every day and I couldn’t ask for any more.

My child seems happy to go to nursery. Handovers could have slightly better communication on occasion. I would also like the kids to go out of the nursery more. Other than that, management fab. Staff fab. Love the outside space.

Really lovely atmosphere. We received regular feedback and a breakdown of the day on collection. The staff are amazing and so careful, so nice to leave my little one somewhere where you can see they really care about the children that go to them makes a huge difference, always looking at new ideas that the children can do and have a great outside space the children can use in good and bad weather.

Caring and friendly staff, clean and refreshed setting with recent renovations, exciting, creative and varied range of activities both indoors and outdoors. Accommodating to your family's needs and a decent food menu each week. Everyone is really helpful and I feel like our children are very well cared for!

My twins really enjoy nursery and love the staff. They have a wide range of activities and they always eat their food that is served. The meal times are a range of different meals and are all really healthy.

Outstanding nursery. My daughter loves coming everyday and adores the staff. Management are brilliant, always accommodating to my changing needs. Brilliant communication with parents. Fantastic food and such a variety.

My little boy has attended Melton Mowbray Nursery School since he was 6 months old and is now 20 months. A new under 2s room has recently opened for the older children in this age bracket, and it has transformed my sons nursery experience. The room is superb, perfect for his age, and he is always excited to attend. Staff are fantastic, caring, helpful and always organising great activities. I am overall extremely happy with the Melton Mowbray Nursery School and I would definitely recommend.

The nursery has been fantastic! My son adores all the staff and starts and ends every day with the biggest smile! Staff are very helpful with my own health conditions, making sure they are free to help get my son ready to go home. The enrichment activities and communication with parents is second to none and I'd highly recommend this nursery....in fact I do to any friends.

Lovely staff who made my son feel very welcome, with him starting mid-year and only for a few months. Clean, tidy and well managed. Would use it again if I needed a nursery. Would recommend it to friends and family.
