Hamilton Nursery has been an incredible support for my family, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the start, their staff has been kind, understanding, and incredibly professional. As a disabled parent, I had concerns about finding a nursery that would be inclusive and supportive of my needs, but Hamilton Nursery exceeded all expectations. They provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment where my child thrives daily, thanks to their thoughtful activities and warm, attentive care. What truly sets Hamilton Nursery apart is the way they've supported me as a parent. They've ensured I feel empowered, welcome, and fully involved in my child's experience, making the transition to nursery life smooth for us both. Their genuine understanding and willingness to accommodate my needs have been such a relief. I couldn't ask for a more caring place to trust with my child's growth and happiness. Hamilton Nursery feels like a second home for my child and an extended family for me.

My daughter has been going to Hilltop Nursery since she didn't settle in her previous nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The Hilltop staff made it so easy for her to settle in, and now she absolutely loves it. Some days, she doesn't even want to come back home! The team is incredibly warm and attentive, creating a welcoming and safe environment for all the children. The activities are enriching, from creative crafts to interactive play, and they put a big emphasis on outdoor time, which is wonderful. I can confidently say she is way better off here than at her previous nursery. Hilltop has truly been a positive change for her, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing place for their little one!

Our daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery. She has developed leaps and bounds there. Her speech is brilliant and she is so independent. She loves being with her friends and we can't speak highly enough about the staff. Every single one just wants the best for the children. Definitely recommend!

The staff have been amazing in trying to help my 3-year-old into nursery. The manager has shown kindness, flexibility and leads by example. From the moment you enter the nursery, there are warm smiles to welcome you and your little one. The staff have shown love, kindness and cuddles toward my little one (and me!) when we have been upset. The staff have taken time to find out what interests my toddler and plan activities to keep her happy and involved. The staff keep me up to date on how my little one is doing to provide me with reassurance. I'm most grateful to the team for making the whole experience a positive one.

I could not rate this nursery high enough, both of my children have attended and have been loved and cared for by all of the staff working within the care setting they have become like family and I couldn't recommend them high enough to anyone who asks and doesn't. Management and staff are amazing and will go above and beyond to make the family and children happy and content.

It was a difficult decision finding a suitable nursery for my daughter however I knew straightaway that Hamilton Nursery was the perfect place. We were welcomed into a bright, friendly and safe environment and I was reassured straightaway by the positive and helpful information I was given. My daughter absolutely loves this nursery and is eager to go each time which to me shows she feels safe and happy. I am very thankful to all the staff for their support and thorough handovers every day. I would also like to point out that I feel the nursery is very well managed and I especially like how present the manager is. She is always very hands-on alongside her fantastic team and ready to help out with any queries. A wonderful team of people in a great environment where I just know my little one is going to flourish. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep doing a great job!

Great nursery with a lovely atmosphere with good management and experienced staff. The children love going and really enjoy their time there including the food! They love trying the different foods from the varied menus.

I came to see the Hamilton Nursery on an open day after visiting several nurseries. We came in, we were very welcomed by all the staff, they all are lovely and so warm. My daughter felt so comfortable in the first instance when all the staff tried showing her around bearing in mind I didn't see her as comfortable when I went to the other nurseries. The environment, the setup is amazing. All children's toys are clean no hazards to the children. The number of staff on the children ratio is brilliant. I started the settling-in sessions with my daughter, I was feeling so upset, anxious about leaving her and my daughter felt the same, however the manager and three members of staff in particular have been nothing but amazing in helping the both of us settle. The app where we can see activities and with the look on my daughter's face I wouldn't change a thing about this school. I am very pleased with my daughter to continue her first years of school with Hamilton Nursery, brilliant, I wouldn't change a thing about this nursery.

My son has been at the nursery since the age of 9 months, now at 3½ years we have removed him after serious concerns about the nursery and its conduct. The nursery has been reported to Ofsted. After a disagreement with the nursery manager over access, the operation managers decided to take revenge and wrongly report my child to social services. This is just wrong and we are shocked and upset at the management's conduct. Both me and my wife are friends with other parents from the nursery and they have also expressed similar concerns about the quality of the childcare and this is also echoed on various social media groups so suggest you do your due diligence by reading up on the concerns/experiences from other parents.

My daughter started at this nursery in November 2022. She has settled in so quickly as the staff work so hard to build positive relationships. All staff are professional, polite and always happy to support. They provide loads of fun and creative activities and engage parents in what goes on through the day using the app. I feel so comfortable leaving my child to be cared for with them. I am grateful for the team and all that they do. Thanks all!

Very happy with this nursery my little boy struggling with needs and nursery knows how to go around them. So very grateful for all staff that work together, friendly staff. Would like at the end of the week to know how my child's behaviour has been. Even if it's good or bad over the week that he's been, that would help thank you.

My two girls attend Hamilton Nursery and they love going, I couldn’t thank the staff enough they go above and beyond! They are all extremely supportive, encouraging welcoming, kind and the best friends/staff to my children. Even as a parent all staff are very approachable and nothing is too much bother I highly recommend this nursery.

During February my son had loads of changes. We moved house and he moved up a room. I was really nervous about how he would be. But the staff at Hamilton Nursery made his transition so smooth he did not even bat an eyelid at anything. He is coming on leaps and bounds and surprises me with some of the knowledge and conversations we have about what he is doing while at nursery. He loves it there and loves all the staff, talking about them even when his off. He remembers every single staff member. While out shopping he picked up a top and said one of the staff members would love this. Just shows me how highly he thinks of them all and that they are never far from his thoughts. Leaving him while I go to work is never a worry as I know that he is in the best hands possible. Thank you Hamilton Nursery. You're all so wonderful and such an excellent influence in my son's life.

My son has been going here for nearly a year now, and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare. It’s wonderful seeing him get excited about going to Hamilton nursery. Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. The teachers really make an effort to engage with the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. It's a safe, fun, and loving environment, and we’re very thankful to the whole team.

The staff at Hamilton Nursery are very attentive and accommodating, my child is always happy when leaving nursery. They are very good at being attentive to the needs of every child and very observant of children’s needs. I always get development updates on my child which is very helpful. My son is in the foundation stage but since he started when he was 3, I can safely say the staff have been so attentive to my son’s development.

My daughter loves her nursery and her teachers. She is enjoying every day there and learning a lot. It was the best choice to send her there and I am 100% sure my younger boy will join it soon too.

My daughter who’s currently three years old has been at Hamilton nursery since about fifteen months old, she has created positive relationships with both the kids and more importantly the staff, she always comes home happy and tells me all about her day and speaks really highly of the staff. The food is really nutritious and my daughter says it’s really tasty. I love how efficient they are with updating the app with what she has eaten etc. I am a very protective mum and have full trust in the staff at Hamilton nursery and my mind feels at ease. Not only is she happy within the environment, she also has learnt so many things, they really prepare the children well for when they go to school which is really reassuring. I have also recently been into the room for a Mother’s Day event and I was also amazed at how clean it is in the rooms. A special shout out to two staff members, they are a credit to the nursery, they all are.

This is such a wonderful nursery - every single member of staff has an enthusiastic energy and a positive attitude and they create such a loving and supportive environment for all the children. My little one has learnt so much being there and clearly enjoys every day - his interactions with the other children and staff, and the different activities he can get involved in each day. There is plenty of positive encouragement, updates and communication between staff and parents so my mind is always at ease when little one is at nursery...keep up the good work everyone!

My little boy has flourished while being at nursery. The staff are excellent and are amazing at their jobs. I feel safe to leave my child within their care with full confidence that he will be looked after like he was one of their own. 10/10.
