Both my children have thrived since they joined this Nursery nearly 18 months ago. It's clear to see that every staff member I come across truly cares about the children, even if they work in different rooms they still know your child. Both my kids surprise me with new things that have learned from being at Nursery. I would 100% recommend sending your child here as yes it's worrying, scary, and can be nervous to leave your kids with other people but this place helps melt all that away!

I think the nursery has been great, we have been attending since early 2022. I do feel that sometimes things are promised and underdelivered ie nutritional plan, the menu aren't adhered to routinely and some of the foods seem odd to be offering toddlers. Over the 2.5 years, the fees have increased a lot and I don't believe the hourly cost charged for funded hours is justified. However, my children are very happy and have excellent relationships with staff and their education is great, which is why we have stayed despite the fee increases. I would recommend the nursery to those looking for a safe environment for their children. Staff turnover seems minimal and a lot of the workers have their own children attend so it makes it feel like a more inclusive environment for the children. The only staffing concerns I have is over the summer holidays when there seems to be lots of staff on annual leave and agency staff are used, but this is the only time I have experienced anything relating to staffing.

It's been a great experience until my child was moved to the toddler room. We have been informed of the app however it does not provide updates for over 2s other than the occasional observations and notifications for parents and caregivers. Other than that it's a good nursery and I would strongly recommend.

I definitely can say my son absolutely loves being at Kiddi Caru, his development and growth definitely seeing a difference, after being so overwhelmed and scared when he started nursery now I can say I'm very happy and, my son is too. I just think he needs to drink more water that would be great, as sometimes he doesn't do wet nappies, maybe encourage this. The girls are doing a great job caring for my son and I will continue to let his journey go further with this nursery, also good feedback as he will do another extra day. He loves being there! Thank you guys.

My child has attended this nursery for 5 months and she has come so far in that time. She has made her first friend with another little girl and has a special relationship with one particular staff member although she likes all the nursery staff. I love this nursery and wish she could attend forever.

We feel so lucky to have our daughter at Kiddi Caru. She has been going there full-time for almost 3 years now, and she loves it. We've seen amazing improvements in her language skills, and she has grown so much emotionally and socially. The staff at Kiddi Caru are fantastic. They work hard, show personal care and we always feel supported by them. Nursery is great at teaching our child important routines like washing her hands, brushing her teeth, putting toys away, and potty training. We are very grateful for everything the staff at Kiddi Caru do for our daughter. Thank you for all your hard work and the care you have provided to our daughter.

Our daughter is thriving at Kiddi Caru (Grange Park - Northampton) and we can really see the development progress she's made since starting in Jan 24. We are very happy with our nursery choice. Our daughter has bonded well with her carers and comes home stimulated and happy every day.

Overall very happy with the nursery. Kids seem to enjoy their time there. A lot of fun activities and the staff are brilliant. I would definitely recommend this nursery. I like how they embrace different cultures and get the kids to learn different things.

My daughter just left Kiddi Caru Day Nursery as we are moving abroad. I was genuinely sad to say goodbye to the staff there who have helped my 1.5-year-old develop way beyond what we could have hoped for her age. She never had a day she didn’t want to go to nursery and she was happy and smiling when I picked her up. Special mentions: the under twos team leader and my daughter’s primary carer who were especially wonderful with her. I got the impression that good hiring of staff was common practice at the nursery as everyone who cared for my daughter was so kind and attentive with her and the administrative/management staff were helpful and responsive. The food provided is nutritious and their safeguarding effort made me feel confident about my daughter’s safety and well-being, which made leaving my daughter there during the weekdays slightly easier on my heart! It is perfectly obvious how Kiddi Caru got their Ofsted excellent status. Thank you all.

Overall, very pleased with the nursery. A lot of facilities for the kids and genuinely caring. As a parent, you always feel uneasy letting someone else take care of your children but the nursery makes things a lot easier. Only feedback I can give is to probably be more proactive in nappy changes. Other than that, I'm very happy I chose Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Grange Park.

We are very happy with the nursery. All staff and carers are lovely, you can really see they care about children, my daughter loves them and can't wait to go every morning. Since she started at the nursery she changed rooms as she's growing older and has been very happy so far in both rooms. The transition was smooth and my little one couldn't wait to start in her new room, she integrated really well. It makes us happy to see her evolve so rapidly and grow in confidence. Can only recommend this nursery!

My son is loving the Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Northampton, Grange Park. Since he started back in November 2023, I can see a clear boost in his overall development, especially in the interactions with other children and the interactions with other adults. He is dancing, singing (in his own language) started to walk and he is eating on his own - and all of this at 1 year and 1 month - thank you Kiddi Caru.

Kiddi Caru, Grange Park is a lovely nursery and has been amazing for our little girl, who has been attending for nearly a year now. Seeing how much she has learnt and developed in such a small space of time is amazing. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and so nice. I love how everyone knows her name - even members who she wouldn't necessarily have interactions with. I couldn't recommend the nursery more. Such an amazing, caring space that is helping my little girl shine.

Great nursery. Outside space is fantastic for my little boy who loves being outdoors. Staff are all lovely, know exactly how to deal with the children's individual needs. My daughter went to Kiddi Caru and developed amazingly. She is now at school and doing fantastic due to Kiddi Caru's help. Great overall nursery.

It was a very hard decision to leave my son at a younger age, but the environment is so good and he loves the staff. It's an amazing place to leave my child without any worries. He loves to explore and enjoy.

Always been helpful, supportive and understanding from the very start with both my girls. Both girls (1 and 3 years old) experienced a lovely welcome when they both started. The settling-in sessions were super useful to help both girls transition into nursery and to the next classes up. Both of my girls are happy, confident and love to explore the various activities that Kiddi Caru offer. I love the app, it enables me to see exactly how their days are going (nap, moving from one room to another, meals etc). There is a lovely gallery which reflects their learning and development. I can see the confidence and difference it makes when sending your children to nursery. Both girls have their own personalities and have built their social skills from such a young age. Kiddi Caru are always exploring different activities, events during the year, cultures and building on children’s personal development. I am very happy with my girls attending this particular nursery.

The staff here are amazing! So friendly and caring and really get to know the children they are caring for. We feel lucky to have such kind and professional people care for our children whilst we are working. Knowing they are here makes us comfortable and confident that they will enjoy their day and are carefully watched to ensure they are safe! The staff members are so, so kind. Thank you Kiddi Caru!

My daughter is happy at the nursery. I am confident that they meet her individual needs. The staff are very compassionate and caring. The staff tailor activities to the children’s likes and preferences. My daughter has established strong and positive relationships with both staff and children.

Our two boys have had nothing but excellent care at Kiddi Caru in Grange Park. A few members of staff deserve a mention - 4 in particular. Our two boys are always excited to see these members of staff and often talk about them when at home, which shows they have a nice connection with them.

I am very grateful for the treatment they give us, all the staff make a great effort to be able to communicate since I speak little of the language. I am very happy that my daughter attends this nursery.

Kiddi Caru, Grange Park is a lovely nursery and has been amazing for our little girl, who has been attending for nearly a year now.
