All of the staff have been absolutely amazing. They really do make the childcare game look so easy. From helping with my application to supporting my son's journey. They are next to none and I couldn't be happier in a childcare provider for my child. Shoutout to all the staff and those in the office for giving me all the guidance and advice on everything childcare cost-related!

I cannot write/say a bad word about Stepping Stones, my daughter has been attending since just before she turned 2 and her development has come on leaps and bounds! The staff are so professional and so lovely too! I really cannot say anything bad! Everything about this nursery is fantastic, from the facial recognition to enter the building to the fantastic play areas for the children, the spacious rooms full of activities for the children even the variety of healthy meals served to the children. I really will be sad when my little girl leaves Stepping Stones.

Moving my son from his previous nursery into Stepping Stones has got to be the best decision I've made for him to date. I've viewed a lot of nurseries but nothing matches the standards of stepping stones. From the staff, to the hygiene, healthy meals, and educational element - I am grateful for being welcomed into this nursery. I noticed my son was at another nursery for over a year and never settled, within 2 weeks my settled into Stepping Stones and would be excited for nursery. Definitely recommend and for me, it's worth the extra 10-minute drive to drop off. I am looking forward to seeing my boy develop and make more memories in his nursery. They are currently assisting us in our potty training journey and even with this, I feel like as a parent I'm getting all the support I need and even advice! As a mother, it's so important to know your child is left in the care of professionals and a safe and clean environment and I can confidently say Stepping Stones delivers this.

We love Stepping Stones! Our baby enjoys so much being at the nursery! We can see that in her smile! We are very grateful for all their kindness and love! The staff is amazing and we can see how much they care about children!

My daughter has been at Stepping Stones since she was 1 and she’s loved going to this nursery, staff are lovely and she’s made a lot of friends. Would recommend this nursery! She will certainly miss Stepping Stones, thank you so much for taking care of her.

Amazing nursery it’s been my daughter's “home” for about two years and a half, and she loves it. My little one will soon start nursery and choose Stepping Stones to guide her in her journey! The words are not enough to recommend them!

Our child has been at the Stepping Stones Day Nursery for three years since he was one year old. Our experience has been very positive, and we feel confident leaving him at the nursery. They provide fresh, delicious, and healthy food, the facilities are excellent, and staff are friendly and approachable. I would like to thank all the staff and the managing director for all their help, support, and kindness. Overall Stepping Stones is a caring environment and I can't recommend it more.

Our time at Stepping Stones Day Nursery has been a truly wonderful experience, filled with love, learning, and growth of our child. Throughout the time our little one spent at the nursery, we have been consistently impressed and deeply grateful for the exceptional care, attention, and education provided by the dedicated team of teachers and staff. I visited a few nurseries prior to Stepping Stones; however, I knew straight away this was the nursery for my son! Absolutely brilliant! The staff are incredibly supportive. My child’s needs were met and attended to! The nursery is hygienic and clean. I could not have asked for a better experience for myself and my child.

Firstly, I would like to leave some feedback following the Mother’s Day stay and play session yesterday morning. The staff in the red room are brilliant; you can really see that they work well as a team. Everyone was engaging with the children, and it was nice to see how included each child was during drinks time and singing and sitting together. I am very impressed and happy to know how familiar each staff member is with my child, considering he only does two mornings a week at the moment. I am also very pleased with his transition from the baby room and how friendly the staff are that still work there. As a first-time mum, I am very happy with the care he receives whilst at nursery; he is always welcomed at the start of the session, so please pass this on to both baby room and red room staff members!

Stepping Stones is one of the excellent nurseries. Especially for the bigger children, it's the best place to start. We are very happy and very satisfied with the way they treated our son and highly recommend Stepping Stones Day Nursery. From top to bottom, everyone is really very helpful, friendly and very caring of children. Our son was very fussy about eating, but after joining the nursery, he started eating, and we have seen so many changes in him, including behaviour. Our son settled so quickly and made attachments with staff, and that credit goes to all of the Stepping Stones team, who always stand at the doorstep with a warm welcome. I must say, one member of staff is very good with communication, (email etc) for your information. At the reception, the ladies are always there with smiling faces to help you either with the paperwork or something else. We are really thankful to everyone who looked after our son and gave him a great start.

My son has attended this nursey for 2 years nearly and it is exceptional in all areas such as cleanliness, variety of food offered (catered for individuals' needs), activities and interaction with children, development strategies for individuals and most importantly the staff are amazing to say the least. My son has had an excellent time with Stepping Stones and I couldn't thank the staff enough for all the time and effort they have given him and other children to help them in their development. Special thanks to one staff member who has been very attentive, caring and supportive to my child and another staff member for her support with the referral to Speech and Language Therapy.

Stepping Stones is the first nursery for my two-year-old daughter. She loved it and was so happy there and leaned a lot. The staff are kind, friendly and always willing to help. We are very much pleased with their service and would highly recommend this nursery.

My 3-year-old daughter joined Stepping Stones just before turning 1. The team has been amazing with her, and we are greatly thankful for their kindness to our little one. She absolutely loves going there every morning, and I am sure being in the nursery has helped her develop her self-esteem and knowledge of the world.

Stepping Stones Day Nursery Ltd has been fantastic. My daughter has really thrived here and we have been really pleased with the progress she has made. All the staff are fantastic, particularly in the yellow room. Everyone we have met has been attentive, helpful and has always put our daughters needs first. We are sad to be leaving but we are so glad we got the chance to experience the nursery.

Within days, the staff knew my son so well. He's now coming to the end of his third year now (sadly disrupted by Covid) and still loves it. The staff are professional and friendly and clearly love what they do. The environment and facilities are stimulating and changing. He has learnt so much more than I could ever teach him at home, and there is a clear attachment between him and the staff.

We don't have enough words to say how professional, helpful and lovely the staff has been (two ladies, for example, are outstanding), but also how much positive impact this nursery has had on our daughter's development. She was there as early as 7-months, and Stepping Stones has been fantastic, and we already tried another one before, so have a point of reference. Would definitely recommend it!

Our child had been with this nursery for about 3-years, and we always found that the staff were friendly and very professional. They looked after the special dietary needs of our little one and ensured she always interacted well with the other children. She has come on leaps and bounds in all forms of her development, and special planning has helped in areas she's had issues with.

I don’t usually write reviews, but honestly, words cannot explain how thankful I am for the staff that was caring for my daughter for nearly 3-years here. My daughter was genuinely the girl that didn’t want to come home because she loved it so much here. She built a good relationship with pretty much all the staff members and learnt a lot indirectly through play. Every night she would come home and tell me all the exciting things she did and learnt and was so happy to go back the next day. I visited a lot of nurseries before finally deciding on Stepping Stones, and it was the best decision I made. I’ve recommended and will continue to recommend Stepping Stones Day Nursery.

Even if because of a change of circumstances I had to move my son to another nursery, and even been short time there; it was a very helpful and very good experience for us. They help me with everything, as was all new for me, and my son had an amazing experience. He has more confidence now, interact a lot more; it has been very good for him. Massive thank you to all the team. They are brilliant.
