Our little boy attends the nursery in Bridgend. The nursery is fantastic, from the first visit to information exchange, settling in days and general weekly experience. My little boy only goes twice a week but they've been fantastic if we've needed to book extra emergency sessions due to family illness and his key worker is particularly exceptional. Our little boy adores her and is arms out and full of smiles for anyone that's going to take him into the baby room. Would highly recommend them.

My little boy has settled in very well since starting in April 2023, he loves all the staff and always has fun and seems very happy whenever I pick him up. I've had no issues whatsoever. They have also been very flexible if I’ve ever needed extra days! I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My child has attended nursery since October 2021 and he’s now preparing for school. He has been looked after incredibly well from day one all the way in each room. Every staff member has been wonderful. Recently he really has been thriving. He is communicating more and becoming more confident in everyday activities. I love watching him thrive. I’ve only reduced pricing as I believe the nursery should have more funding to make it more accessible to everyone. (But this is not Busy Bees fault).

Lovely nursery, lovely and caring staff. My daughter really enjoys going there every day. Good variety of food for the kids and she is progressing lovely with her development. A bit difficult to drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon due to the few available spaces in the car park which can be a bit stressful. In general, I would definitely recommend.

My daughter has settled well into Busy Bees, staff are supportive of children's development in all areas, with a strong ethos of independence! Always a warm welcome, friendly staff, a structured day of thought-out activities, and child-led play/exploration. I would recommend Busy Bees as a nursery that offers a high level of care, with good standards. My daughter started in September 2023 and has had good feedback, she is 3 years old. Big thanks to all the staff at Busy Bees, the only reason I rated as a 4, is that I am a firm believer there is always room for development, but I am satisfied that I as a parent, and my daughter receive a good level of service, care, support and consideration.

My little one has been at the nursery since she was 9 months old. We’ve had nothing but a great experience there, the staff are friendly and supportive. My little one loves her days at the nursery and I can’t fault anything there.

Our little one has been attending Busy Bees since March 2023. He was 10 months old when he first started, I was extremely anxious to return to work and put him in a nursery. We met with the team in the baby room and had a great first meeting with his key worker. She was absolutely amazing and made us feel at ease about the whole process. Our little one had a chance to explore and he seemed really comfortable in the room and around his key worker. We had a few short settling-in sessions before his first full session so he could get used to the team and routine and I feel that really helped him, and us, to settle in. He's since moved up a room and he loves it even more. He's a super active boy and they do an amazing job of keeping him entertained. He's also a tricky sleeper but they've managed to set a great routine with him so he now naps much better. We love getting our daily updates through the app. Overall, the whole team are friendly, welcoming and understanding. I highly recommend Busy Bees.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Bridgend for almost a year and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide and the care he receives. The staff are excellent and all of them take a genuine interest in my son’s development and wellbeing. All of the staff greet him by name in the morning, and the staff who work closely with him have taken the time to get to know him well. This meant that he settled in very quickly, making the transition for him (and me!) as smooth as possible. The communications from the nursery are timely and consistent, and the updates and photos shared on the app provide lots of reassurance that he’s having a good time, participating in lots of stimulating activities and receiving an excellent level of care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Busy Bees Bridgend to anyone looking for a day nursery for their child.

I’m so pleased with this nursery. The staff are really friendly, attentive and creative with the activities for the children. My daughter goes there 5 days a week and she regularly says in the morning “I love nursery!” Whenever I provide feedback on things I might like improved, the nursery staff always take it on board and action it. I can tell they all genuinely care about my daughter, and that’s so important to us.

Really lovely nursery with fantastic staff. My daughter currently attends but my son was here in 2015 and there are still quite a few of the same staff which is always a good sign. Multiple rooms which are age-appropriate, lots of engagement and activities and a great garden. I get regular updates throughout the day on the app and a chance to speak to the staff at the end of the day to discuss how my child has been.

Busy Bees Bridgend is an excellent daycare nursery. We have had 2 children in Busy Bees and have always been impressed with the learning activities, quality of food and excellent care of the staff. I can wholly recommend Busy Bees Bridgend.

Outstanding place. I couldn't wish for a better place for my child. He's been going there since he was 10 months old. The staff are excellent and really care for the children. You couldn't pick a better place.

My lifeline after returning back to work after maternity leave. Both my children attend Busy Bees at Bridgend with the manager and her team and I could not be happier with the level of care that they receive while with them. My youngest, who was very clingy after a year with limited interaction outside or with others, due to the pandemic, has adapted beautifully to the staff within her room and her key worker. My eldest, who is due to the transition to school this year, has without a doubt developed leaps and bounds due to the hard work that two staff members give. One staff member personally helped me when my son developed glue ear, which is something I wouldn't have even noticed if it had not been brought to my attention. The app means I get lovely pictures of the kids and know where they are measuring against the Welsh curriculum. All in all, Busy Bees at Bridgend has allowed me to return to work in the knowledge that my kids are safe and happy with the best support around them.

My daughter has been in the nursery since a little before her second birthday. As a first time mother, nervous to leave my child at nursery, I was reassured and relieved with the friendly and caring staff. My daughter is now 4 and absolutely adores everything about nursery. The staff from management to nursery nurses are excellent with the children and pour their hearts into providing a high standard of environments, activities and care to the children. The outdoor space at Busy Bees at Bridgend was another thing that made this nursery stand out to me. There is a large garden, with scooters and bikes to be enjoyed, my little girl takes in her wellies and enjoys this space immensely. I couldn't be more grateful to the staff at Busy Bees at Bridgend for making both my little girl and my time with them special and full of happy memories we can cherish forever.

This nursery is fab! The staff and management are so friendly, it has really helped my girls settle in. They both love spending time at nursery! Leaving your children at nursery can be really stressful on the whole family, but with Busy Bees in Bridgend they made is as easy as possible. I am so grateful for everything they have done for my children.

My son has been going to Busy Bees for over 2.5 years and he absolutely loves it there. The staff are amazing and are so welcoming, it is extremely reassuring going to work knowing that your child is well looked after and happy. Every member of staff, including the management, make a fuss of my son every day, they genuinely care for all of the children. The nursery is well maintained and the resources are well thought about. The nursery is a fun place for the children to be, the staff are always happy and always have time to talk to you even in busy morning times. I cannot thank Busy Bees enough for the excellent care they have given my son and I would recommend the nursery to anyone, it is the best nursery I have been to and I did visit quite a few but I knew as soon as I walked through the doors this was the nursery for me.

This nursery is fab! The staff and management are so friendly, it has really helped my girls settle in. They both love spending time at nursery!
