There is nothing to fault about Selca, my baby loves going here. The staff are wonderful and so caring, and I love the updates we get. She always seems to be doing something new and stimulating. Communication in general is excellent. It's peace of mind knowing that your most precious person is being looked after somewhere as good as Selca.

The staff are all welcoming and really personal with parents and also my child loves going. The nursery keep daily pictures of what they get up too which so lovely to see from painting to being outside. Highly recommended Selca Nursery in Llanharan.

Such a lovely setting. Affectionate and caring staff - it feels like you're handing your baby/toddler over to a member of your family. Photos uploaded daily and plenty of activities. My little girl has picked up so many skills in such a short space of time.

The whole team at Selca Daycare are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond to look after and educate our children. Lots of varied activities, outings and learning topics, make for an incredibly rich and fulfilling developmental experience for them. Absolutely no complaints and many, many thanks!

Great teachers consistently devise new, learning, and exciting activities for children! We are delighted and proud that our son attends this nursery. The nursery uses a very convenient application to inform the parents about the child throughout the day. Thank you very much! You are the best!

My child has been going since October 2024 and has thrived since going. The staff are all extremely friendly and attentive to my child. I have wonderful updates every time he goes and my mind is put at ease. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough

My child has attended this nursery since 9 months old. The staff are very attentive, settled my child easily when she first started attending, and give me regular updates on her care and activities. She has developed massively with the teams support, and I am happy she is in safe hands each day. I'd highly recommend Selca.

My son has been at Selca for 2 years plus. To say he enjoys it there is the biggest understatement ever. To see your child so happy is a joy and he has lived his best life at Selca. He wakes up at 6 and the first thing he will say is School! He talks about all the experiences he has daily and adores the staff and the Duck... I can honestly say it's been so wonderful to see and I will be forever grateful for the experiences you have given him. Thank you.

Selca are an absolutely fantastic nursery setting, I recommend them to everyone and anyone who asks. Having previously used another local nursery for my first child, I can honestly say the service is worlds apart from Selca. They keep you updated and informed throughout the day with regular pictures of the activities taking place. The communication is incredible including from management. Fantastic value for money, which in today's world is exactly what you want. I really really cannot thank the staff at Selca for the level of care they provide for my child. I trust them wholeheartedly to care for her.

My daughter has attended Selca Day Nursery since 6th June 2022. The staff at Selca have been amazing with her and she has loved every day there. I have always felt confident that she is well looked after and she has gained so many social skills and friends whilst there. The communication from management has always been great too and they have always been so accommodating with our working hours. We appreciate you all so much!

Really positive experience with Selca so far, daughter has been attending for 9 months and really settled in well. The staff are kind and friendly, the flexibility is absolutely everything working parents need - thank you.

Our little one has been going to Selca full time since January. The staff are really good with him and he has an absolute blast everyday. We get regular updates on his activities and feeding etc. And lots of lovely pictures and videos. They also ask assist his development and we are very much looking forward to parents evening soon. He has grown in confidence already and is a very happy little boy. Thanks guys!

The wonderful team at Selca provide wraparound care for my little boy from school five days a week. They are so welcoming and accommodating and have really taken the time to help my child adjust to a new nursery setting. They have gotten to know my son and vice versa since opening, and he absolutely loves it there! The food they provide is amazing; they always do extra little activities with the kids, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with Selca! They have amazing resources, make craft objects, and provide excellent space for learning and play! On the management side, they are quick to respond to emails and always so lovely.

My children have been using Selca Day Nursery for around four years. My eldest went to Llanharan, and my son is now in the sister one. I can honestly say I would recommend the nursery to anyone. Every single member of staff has always been pleasant, enthusiastic and welcoming to our children and us. I have never once felt anxious leaving the children there and knowing they are in the best hands. The children have always had fun, and I love the daily pictures/updates. Communication is excellent and feels lucky that the children have such a lovely nursery on our doorstep.

My little boy is non-verbal and so I was apprehensive about leaving him in a nursery setting. However, the wonderful staff at Selca Day Nursery have made him feel comfortable and adapted ways that work well with my little fella. He absolutely loves one member of staff in particular, and I feel his time with Selca Day Nursery has helped him to be able to settle into a school setting more easily when the time comes. There are daily reports via an app on my phone which usually include photos so I can see what fun he's been up to. I use the free childcare offer but unlike some nurseries, he has meals and snacks included in his day without any extra cost to myself. Overall I would highly recommend Selca Day Nursery to anyone looking for childcare within the Llanharan area.

My son has attended for 8 years and due to this has attended full days from 8 months old to wrap around, breakfast club and after school club. My 18 month old also now attends. Amazing staff, caring, flexible and understanding. Children are always happy there and are messy coming home which shows how much fun they have had with activities and Learning through play. There have been many improvements over the years which have always had the children at the heart which is exactly how it should be and they have directly benefited the children. I have to mention how outstanding the manager is and has been over the last 8 years, you are an asset to the nursery.

Our child absolutely loves her nursery. She attends mostly breakfast club and wrap around and absolutely loves all the assistants who help, educate and care for her. We're so pleased that we've chosen Selca for our child. Thank you each and everyone for making this experience so enjoyable for us and our child.

Such a lovely nursery. My little girl has been attending since October 2021 and goes 3 days a week. On the days that she doesn't go she misses it. The staff at Selca are lovely and clearly passionate about what they do. My little girl is in the butterflies class and has come on so much since starting there. I love that they update on an app each day and send individual photos of what she has been doing each day along with a detailed description including what she has been learning, how she's been feeling and what she has eaten. Each month they concentrate on a different topic, which makes the little ones so inquisitive and interested, every time I collect my little girl from Selca she is so excited to tell me about what she has learned that day. Thank you so much for creating such a welcoming, educational environment for my little girl.

Our 10-month-old daughter has settled so well into nursery since starting in February! We were worried about her settling as she is very attached to her mum, but within a couple of weeks, she has settled amazingly into the baby room! She loves all the other children in her room and adores the baby room staff! We honestly can’t thank the three staff in the baby room enough for settling her in so well, she doesn’t even look back and cry anymore when being handed over! We love seeing all the pictures that the staff upload of her every day carrying out activities! We have saved every photo from her first session until now in an album for us to look back on! We love how much the staff go above and beyond to make sure she is happy and contented every time she’s in the nursery! We always feel so relaxed dropping her off and know she is having fun! They have also been a great help with her weaning and trying new foods!

My children love the nursery! I haven’t actually seen the nursery facilities as children started during Covid, but the photos look lovely! The app always shows activities, pictures and information. I have got to know some of the staff members through pick up and drop off but a lot of staff I am still unaware of their names.
