My daughter had been with totz N teens since she was 9 months old. The staff are wonderful. My daughter loves going there. They have taught her so much over the years. It has made going back to work so easy as I know she is well looked after.

Currently my son is attending totz & teenz and he is non verbal and is waiting for a diagnosis and the way the staff in the room deal with him is amazing, to see the connection that he has with them makes my heart jump with joy as he doesn't trust people easily Would 100% recommend sending your child here

My child currently attends this setting in the baby room, the staff are fantastic the setting provide great meals and great communication with the staff, this is my first child and I was very anxious about leaving him the team in the setting really put me at ease my child is very happy and settled excited every morning when going in

Great staff and always so supportive. Really go above and beyond. Feel so secure and settled know that my son is being cared for and safe. Has thrived from attending and made great friends. Always so accommodating and listening to any queries or concerns.

My son has been coming to Totz N Teenz for nearly 4 years, it is like a home from home for him he just loves it never once has said he doesn't want to go. The staff are so welcoming and always so supportive of any needs my child may have. I particularly love receiving the regular updates in the app from the staff with what he has been up to and seeing the pictures. Staff are so kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful and always there to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They treat my son like one of their own. Thank you Totz 'N' Teenz.

My 3 year old attends Totz 'N' Teenz and she absolutely loves it. She's settled in really well thanks to all the amazing staff. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone. Staff are fantastic and so friendly and always keep you updated on how your child is getting on throughout the day.

This is a fantastic nursery, both of my children attended and they really enjoyed it. It can be difficult to leave your children but the staff in tots and teens make this so much easier because they genuinely care for the children. I have had staff send messages to check when my daughter went home sick. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

my child loves going here and the staff really helped her with settling in will go running to any member of staff that meets her at the door and always comes home happy. management have always listened to any concerns and answered any questions I've had

So delighted my daughter got a place at Totz and Teens. Everyone looks after my daughter as if she was their own. She loves the arts and crafts, songs, playing outside, cooking there's always so much to do. My son went he too from P1-P7 and still goes back to visit.

Amazing setting with wonderful staff. All my children have attended and the staff make the kids feel at home. Great activities and support. Couldn't be happier. My baby goes straight to his staff with no issues and will get the cuddles he needs to settle. Even after a few days off he will run straight into the room

Great nursery, all staff are lovely! My daughter loves it here. Gets a wide variety of meals & snacks with plenty to play and do. Love seeing her observations & photos on the app aswell. Makes me feel at ease leaving her knowing she is enjoying it.

I can't rate this nursery highly enough, my child has been attending for around 7 months. The staff made the settling in period so easy for both of us and I can leave him there without a worry in the world and get updates and photos throughout the day. My child is so happy and the staff are so helpful and extremely friendly.

My son has been at the setting for almost a year - all staff are extremely friendly - My son is happy going in and I feel very reassured leaving him The regular updates and photos of my child along with his progression is sent through their app which I really like! I can also see meal and toileting records and then I receive a verbal report on collecting my child each day. My child's development has most definitely improved since being at the setting

The staff are lovely. They always answer any queries or messages quickly and give a good handover. Lovely wee outdoor area and kids seem to get regular use of it which I love. Afternoon snack is nutritional and healthy and usually stuff kids love. A bit more variation would be good. Great secure facility and kids are happy and well looked after.

I currently have a 1-year-old attending Totz 'N' Teenz but have used this nursery for sixteen years as my older children have also attended. All of my children have received excellent care and I've always had peace of mind leaving my children here. All of the staff are wonderful and always greet us with a smile. I'm kept informed of my child's day on the new app which is great as I can check on what she's doing while at work and can relax knowing if she's eaten and had a sleep. The update of pictures is also brilliant. I would highly recommend Totz 'N' Teenz to anyone in need of daycare for their children.

A great childcare facility. The child is always put first and the staff are fantastic. Always so friendly and helpful and my daughter loves them like family. The centre is spotless and the meals provided are healthy and tasty - my daughter regularly asks for seconds!

Excellent setting. I couldn’t be happier knowing my child is in their care and has been there since October 2021. I would highly recommend it. Every member of staff is kind, very patient with my child, and more than helpful in facilitating care, especially at times when unexpected issues occur. All childcare staff acknowledge all children and interact like any good caregiver should, and this in turn, reassures us as parents and also creates an environment where our children want to go, where we know they are happy and are safe. The staff always go above and beyond what is necessary to fulfil their job description. I would have no problem recommending this setting to anyone in need of such a service.

We are relatively new to the setting but I have been put to ease as a mummy and my child has settled so well. The staff are fantastic. The app is used for communication and I love receiving photos, updates and observations. I can tell that my baby is happy and content and I would recommend the setting to anyone.

Excellent nursery, my son loves going in every morning. The staff are very good and always planning the next activity to complete with the children. I always received artwork which is lovely to keep. Management staff are always on hand if you need them for anything and for support.
