The absolute best nursery for my daughter to attend! She has been there since September 2024 and since she has been attending she come on leaps and bounds. The staff who work here cannot do enough for the children and will always go above and beyond for them. My daughter is so well looked after during the 2 days a week she does and absolutely loves going! To the point that half the time she will walk in without even saying goodbye. I cannot thank the staff at Turkey Mill for all of their hard work and cannot express how grateful myself and my partner are to know our daughter is at a nursery where she is treated so well and always has such a fun day! Thank you to every single member of staff x

This nursery has exceeded our expectations. From the moment our daughter joined in October 2024, we've been impressed with the care and education provided. The staff are lovely and consistently go above and beyond to ensure each child receives individual attention and support. My daughter's development has accelerated since she joined. We've noticed significant improvements in her cognitive abilities, social skills, and confidence. The facilities are excellent, offering a wide range of activities for physical and intellectual growth. The nursery's commitment to a safe and inclusive environment is evident in all aspects. Regular communication with the staff keeps us informed about our daughter's progress. The team's passion for early childhood education has played a crucial role in her impressive development. Their warmth and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere that values and respects parents and children.

My eldest started at Bright Horizons Turkey Mill over two years ago, and my youngest joined two months ago. Throughout this time, the entire team at Turkey Mill has exceeded every expectation I had. From our very first visit on the open day to my most recent drop-off, the staff have been nothing but supportive, kind, and genuine. Every interaction feels warm and reassuring, and it's clear that the team truly cares. Both my children are treated as individuals, with their unique personalities and needs recognised and nurtured. I've seen remarkable progress in their development, and I believe much of that is thanks to the incredible dedication and care shown by the team. Thank you to everyone at Turkey Mill for creating such a positive, nurturing environment - your hard work and compassion make all the difference!

I have 2 children at the nursery, with my eldest starting there at the beginning of 2022. Both of them have received untold amounts of support whilst at the setting, for several reasons, and I can't thank the staff enough for all they do. My children love their time at the nursery, and I can honestly say their development is where it is, because of all those at Bright Horizons.

I moved my son to pre school at bright horizons following a few negative experiences at his precious nursery. I was unsure about the move particularly as the pre school is more costly than the last however I cannot believe the change. Although my son still struggles with attachment and going in of a morning he comes home so happy and having learnt something new every day! The key workers put time and effort into each child's learning and allow them to engage and learn in so many different activities. My son has gone from being put in front of a tablet watching kids TV at a nursery to now thriving coming back telling me things he has learnt and showing off new skills. I could not be happier with the change for him.

My daughter has been with Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool since she was 1 and is now almost 5 and heading off to school. She has always formed such wonderful relationships with her key workers who have consistently made her feel safe and secure and kept her happy and engaged. The activities they play through each age group are brilliant and she is always eager to show and often teach us what she has discovered and learnt each day. There is nothing more comforting than to have your child be happy and eager to go to school so they can see their friends and teachers. Thank you.

We have been very pleased with our child's progress at Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool. We are kept up-to-date frequently every day with information, including activities, meals and naps. There are also regular photos with detailed descriptions so we get to see our child enjoying the activities and the reasons for why they are chosen as regards development. Our child is happy at the nursery and has made friends. Our keyworker and all other staff are friendly, approachable and excellent at their jobs. Our feedback is handled professionally and quickly. We definitely recommend the nursery and look forward to our child's continuing progress there.

Our daughter is currently in Toddlers room moving to pre-school. She has been attending Bright Horizons since 1 year of age. We have always been very happy with the staff and service, they always go that extra mile and all really adore our daughter which brings us much comfort and we are extremely happy for our son to join in 2025. I would recommend anyone to bring their children here.

It is a wonderful environment with engaging and varied activities, and we particularly love the constant access to the outside and that each age room has its own garden. Mistakes can be made by staff, but the aunties are very open where they accept responsibility for those mistakes made and work with the parent and child to rectify and learn from them.

I am always pleased with how happy my daughter is when I pick her up from nursery. There is a huge range of activities on offer throughout the day and a good balance of playing and learning. The staff are kind and caring and build good relationships with the children.

I couldn't recommend Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool highly enough. They are supportive, encouraging and engaging with all of the children and support each child's individual development. During the last few months, whilst our daughter has been within the setting, she has developed more than we could have imagined. Her eating has improved leaps and bounds and her concentration with tasks has improved too. All the staff here are highly approachable and have a genuine care for the children here. There have been a couple of unavoidable changes to staffing in the rooms recently and they have been handled with care to ensure the children remain happy and confident. Thank you for being so caring, educational and professional!

I cannot fault Bright Horizons, Turkey Mill. It is so lovely to hear my Granddaughter telling me about her day and the lovely activites that they do. The staff seem to manage a lovely balance between learning and play. It is also very encouraging that when I have dropped off and picked up they check who I am and the security there is very good. The staff are always very friendly and have time to talk to you which is also lovely. Even though I do not pick up regularly they still explained the activities that took place and it was lovely to hear that they had praised my granddaughter for being kind. It is also lovely that they have the outdoor space. Well done Bright Horizons for your hard work and care.

I am so impressed with Bright Horizons Turkey Mill Nursery, I couldn't rate them high enough! It is a really difficult decision to choose the right childcare for my son who is now 17 months old, and after viewing several nurseries and childminders, it was a no-brainer to select Bright Horizons Turkey Mill! Since he enrolled over the last 3 months, he has thrived and thoroughly enjoys himself! I especially love the photo updates and details about his days here, but mostly I love how the staff make all the efforts with the day-to-day activities and always have more than enough time to give me the debrief. It's also amazing to have regular observations. I will be upping my son's days to 3 days a week, if I could afford more I would! Thank you for all you do to keep my son safe, happy and learning!

The nursery was great. My daughter started to learn to eat different things as I had asked for help with this and also use the toilet. She started in nappies and finished nursery clean. Onto Pre-School we go. There had been a lot of 'new staff' in and out, causing a feeling of unsettledness. Next, my daughter, who has always loved going to school, began crying and not wanting to go in due to a little boy bullying her. Things like pulling her clothing! Pushing her over! Spitting! Appalling! I even asked her how her day was in front of staff when collecting, where she'd tell me this, and they said nothing. My daughter opted to leave and went straight away to a new preschool and she was back to her usual excited loving school self! The place costs too much for a less-than-standard setting. The food is good. That's all the positive. Staff are too stretched with not enough of them there. When I explained she was leaving, they honestly were too busy to care! It was like sorry number 203 is leaving.

Our son has now been with Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool for over six months. In our first couple of months, we experienced some administration issues however after these were rectified we’ve not had any issues. Our son seems incredibly happy here and he has a great bond with the staff who look after him. There are brilliant activities set up for the children every day and it’s lovely to see what they have been up to via the app. The staff are very friendly and always have time to tell you what the children have been up to during the day. We are very pleased with our choice to send our son here.

Worked in nurseries for ten-plus years so know what to expect. Yet, I'm always disappointed by Bright Horizons. The only reason my son is still here is because no other nurseries have space and he doesn't want to leave his friends. Communication is poor. We find out about charity days the day before. Never really know what my son has been up to as it's not always on the app and handovers aren't great. Observations are mediocre, especially as we only get one a month. They seem to do a lot of messy play/crafting but I never see any of it. I only know because my son comes out in dirty clothes. Didn't get anything for Valentine's, Mother's or Father's Day, even though they said stuff had been made. His final year in preschool and they haven't done anything for it (nativity/singing). When I asked why not, they replied we don't know. They sang on the app later that day. Would not recommend this nursery.

Excellent preschool and nursery. My daughter started when she was 2 years old and totally enjoyed her time here until graduation. Play and activities with learning outcomes. Good outside area. Amazing staff! All of them are so caring, understanding and wonderful people.

Overall, I am pleased with the nursery and the progress that my daughter has made since joining babies. A big thank you to the staff for making my daughter happy to walk into nursery.

Having taken my little one out of another nursery to come to Bright Horizons, it has been lovely to see him flourish. Staff have always been so helpful, and attentive and really taken the time to get to know him. I can't recommend Bright Horizons enough and have done it to friends. My son loves coming in every time he attends which is lovely to see!

After a bad experience in another setting, we are so happy we changed our son to Bright Horizons. We feel much happier knowing he is well cared for and looked after and his development has come on leaps and bounds. The staff and management are exceptional and worth their weight in gold.
