My little boy started mama bears in January and he absolutely loves it the staff in the nursery are very welcoming and lovely especially in the bouncy room where my little one attends. The toys and activities have always been developmentally appropriate and varied, with seasonal activities incorporated. I am kept in the loop via updates on the app and I love to see what he gets up to. There isn't anything I could possibly criticise about this nursery.

We have been very impressed by Mama Bear's. Our children absolutely love attending nursery which makes it much easier as a working parent to drop them off knowing they have an exciting day ahead with their friends. The staff are very understanding and respectful and treat our babies as individuals. The toys and activities have always been developmentally appropriate and varied, with seasonal activities incorporated. We are kept in the loop via updates on the app and I love to see what they get up to! They love the food too and eat really well at nursery. There isn't anything I could possibly criticise, we are all very happy!

Lovely nursery with a great team of staff. So pleased that we decided to come to Mama Bears. Our daughter loves it and the activities they do are great. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for everything you all do.

My son started in September and it is a lovely nursery. He only attends Mondays and Wednesdays but they have been so lovely even from the initial look round. They keep me up to date with pictures, food diary and nap times etc which is of great comfort when I'm at work. The entire nursery staff are so welcoming and friendly and I am very glad they had a place for my son.

My baby started attending at the beginning of February 2024. He seems to really enjoy himself and be thriving with the care and support of staff in the baby room. It is a pleasure to send him in each week knowing he will be cared for so well and that I will receive updates throughout the day of what he has been up to.

It’s been 2 years since my son started at Mama Bear and he absolutely loves going to the nursery. Lots of activities, a lovely outside space, lots of toys but also kindness and care from the staff. Very pleased with the management and staff.

It has now been 5 beautiful months since my daughter joined Mama Bear’s Day Nursery, and she is addicted to it ever since. As a mum, I'm grateful for all the things you've done, for making so much fun, for the stories you've told, the songs you sing, for teaching how to share and being fair and for always being there!

Very happy with the staff working there. Always very helpful. They have lots of patience with the kids. My child is always happy with the time spent there and always smiling when coming back here. Recommend to all.

Couldn’t be happier to have made the decision to send my daughter to Mama Bear's. She absolutely loves it there and the staff are just fantastic. She is currently about to move to the next room up and the staff have done everything to ensure this is done slowly and at our daughter's pace to make the transition as smooth as possible. I could not recommend this nursery enough and will be sending our youngest here also as I know she will thrive here just as much as our eldest has.

My 2 boys attend Mama Bear's nursery, we love it. My 3-year-old is in the preschool room and has a wonderful relationship with his key worker and the staff. He is happy, enjoys going in, is well looked after and enjoys lots of fun activities and learning! I'm impressed by the menu provided. It's great to know that they are having a nutritious and varied diet. There have been recent changes in management which have improved many things, including communication. They offer a parent's evening and use an App to post photos and care details. It's great to see what they've been up to and helps me feel connected to them when I'm at work. My baby has recently completed some settling sessions, I can't believe how well he is doing so far, he seems really happy on pickup and has already developed a lovely relationship with his key worker. We feel very happy to have this nursery nearby and to know the boys are well looked after, it's not easy leaving them so young but Mama Bear's makes it easier.

I have had a wonderful experience with Mama Bears, my eldest son joined in September 2022 and my youngest then followed a few months later. The staff are all extremely supportive and they really focus on working with me to ensure my children's home routine is similar to their school routine which is very helpful. My youngest son, being born during the Covid pandemic has always been a very shy child and likes to stay by an adult however, since he has been in nursery the staff have really encouraged him to engage in playtime and activities with other children which have had a massive impact at home for us too. The staff are very consistent with their communications and daily updates on their app informing me of important details about their day as well as regular photos of them enjoying certain activities. The setting itself is a lovely environment with a great garden and plenty of activities in each room. All the staff are amazing and both my children love coming into the nursery!

My little one has not long started at this nursery, but she has settled in really well. All the team are great with her. They have all helped me to make sure she is settled. Really pleased with everything.

My baby boy has been coming here since he was 9 months old and now he is 2. With so much change that has happened, he still loves going to nursery more than ever now. The new manager is great, she is warm and welcoming as well as very supportive, my little boy runs up to each and every member of staff and hugs them. Thank you to the new girls for keeping us happy and supporting me with him, you are all great.

My son has been attending this setting since October 2021. Sending him to the nursery is one of those things I know would be beneficial for him, but so hard to do! It was. But the staff bonded with him instantly; he has such a personality! The staff there all know who he is. He is so comfortable now in there and is so cheeky with the staff. He has gone from babies to bounce and will be going into their Pre-School next week. His speech has developed, and his confidence has only increased since being there. His key worker for the entire time he has been there, and I can not say enough good things about her. She has the same kind of outlook on everything as we do at home and is our type of person, which is why they matched so well. Another member of staff has also been incredible since he joined. They have both been through so much change since we've been there, and it hasn't shown through either of them. They've been consistent and amazing the whole time. An absolute credit to this nursery.

I do not have enough words to thank the new management for doing a great job in improving customer service. All the staff are kind and very supportive. I could not be happier with the care and learning progress provided. My son loves being at the nursery and talks about his friends and tutors all the time. Keep up the good work.

We’ve been attending Mama Bear’s Bridgwater since January 2021 and we love it so much. We’ve stuck by them throughout the staff changes etc and I have to say that they’ve always put my boys first no matter what. My children absolutely love it there and that is the most important thing to me. One of my children struggles with emotions in situations but doesn’t have this problem at Mama Bear’s. The staff really give him their 100% and cover his needs. They are very well cared for and looked after. My only criticism, which is not of this nursery but of the way things are set up in general, is that the session times are not that great. It would be good if these could be looked at and improved for parents. For example I would much prefer doing a 10am - 4pm session instead of 12:30-5:30 slot but this is not possible. I think you need to give parents the opportunity to drop off and pick up at the times they choose. Rather than specific slots to choose from which aren’t great times.

It took some time for my baby to settle since he was with me for a while as a result of the lockdown. I especially appreciate Mama Bear's Day Nursery & Pre-School (Bridgwater) for helping my then anxious baby get over his separation anxiety. It helped me focus more at work knowing he's happy and safe.

I have been really impressed with Mama Bear's Day Nursery & Pre-School (Bridgwater). My son (and I!) were both really anxious for him to start nursery. After a couple of weeks of teething problems getting him settled in, he has now had a couple of weeks where he has had an amazing time. I know when I drop him off he is safe and well cared for, that fun and enriching activities will be planned, that he will be able to safely interact with other children and trusted adults and that he will eat good and nutritious food. The nursery providers have kept me really well informed throughout the process of getting my little boy settled in, and have been happy to talk to me when I’ve phoned up to see how he’s getting on. I also get regular updates with photos and videos on the app which helps me through the day when I’m missing him. My baby now loves the baby room and has made some nice bonds with staff. I would highly recommend Mama Bears to anybody!

The staff support my grandson in the most amazing way. It is clear the staff care for the children. Always welcome us with a smile and a friendly attitude. Going into the setting has been so nice, seeing all the lovely activities the children have daily and the displays in the room.

Mama Bear's Bridgwater is an absolutely outstanding nursery setting! I could not be happier with the care and learning course provided by this fabulous nursery. Two of my children now attend here and I have no hesitation in enrolling my third child. The staff are absolutely fantastic; happy, welcoming, always greet you and the children with a smile and are always ready to fully inform you of your child’s day, activities and this is also updated on the parent app - brilliant! Brings real peace of mind. Cannot praise this setting enough! Thank you so much!
