Amazing nursery. My daughter was so happy here. Great communication with the teachers. Great preparation for the reception. My daughter has absolutely loved the different activities, learning and outdoor space.

I am so glad that I've put my second child in Oldfield Brow Primary School Nursery. Initially, the decision to attend Oldfield Brow Primary School Nursery instead of staying at the previous nursery was mainly for easier drop off (one drop off for two kids). However, after starting at Oldfield Brow Primary School Nursery, my son has grown to love nursery so much that he asks to go to school even on weekends! It is especially lovely when he randomly surprises me with new learnt skills/knowledge such as counting and (partial) storytelling. The teachers are very friendly, caring and supportive and I would highly recommend Oldfield Brow Primary School Nursery!

I have been so happy with the nursery at Oldfield Brow. Two staff members, in particular, are very warm and kind with the children and they are clearly very skilful educators. We had some concerns at my son's previous private day nursery, but now he is at Oldfield Brow, he is clearly much happier and more settled. He is always sharing little bits of new learning now and funny things that have happened throughout the day. It has made a big difference to him all round, to have the skilled and consistent care and nurture from everyone in the team. The outdoor provision is great and the classroom is a varied environment, with lots of opportunities to develop their understanding of the world and their motor skills. We have also been given well-tailored targets that our child is working on. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone. We are so grateful that our son is so happy and well catered for. Thank you, everyone!

My son has really enjoyed the transition from private nursery into Oldfield Brow. Staff have helped him settle in really quickly. The nursery have been quick to understand my son's strengths and development areas, and their professionalism is a step up from what we saw at our private nursery. Having their own outdoor space to themselves has meant he isn't overawed by the presence of much older kids.

This is such a lovely and friendly nursery, my daughter loves the staff. They greet all the children in the morning with a lovely smile, making it easier for the children to go in. There are so many things for the children to do and explore and they are given many opportunities. My daughter has learnt so much in the last couple of months since starting the nursery and tells me about her day every night. They have an amazing outdoor space for the children to explore, and the inside is just as amazing, with many things for the children to do.

This is a very welcoming nursery and the staff are extremely friendly. I was a bit anxious when my son started as he was unsure on how to be around other children, he had a few incidents at the start where he wasn't very nice to some of the children. The staff were very understanding and very supportive with ways to help him behave better, he now plays nicely and has had no incidents for weeks. He has also made some friends and loves going every day he is always so excited to do new things as there are many things for the children to explore and learn at the nursery.

My son attended Oldfield Brow Primary School Nursery in September 2021-2022, I could not recommend this nursery enough. He started off as quite a shy, reluctant child, still having accidents during the day to now being the most outgoing, confident little boy. They really worked well with his strengths but also helped massively with areas he was struggling in. My elder son, who is now eight, also attended this nursery, excellent then too. He still talks about his time here now! Wouldn't send my child anywhere else. Two members of staff, in particular, are both brilliant, 100% comfortable leaving my pride and joy in their care!

Sending your first child to school is a really daunting experience, but from day one our little boy has loved going to the nursery at Oldfield Brow. The teachers in the nursery are so warm and welcoming and always greet him with the biggest smile, we feel he's really looked after there. The facilities are amazing too, there's a new construction zone outside and lots of really well planned and thought out activities in the classroom as well as a lovely home from home warm feeling when you go into the room. Our little boy is really happy and content there, they're also so flexible and supportive with the parents, couldn't recommend the nursery enough!

My daughter loves the Oldfield Brow Primary School Nursery! The teachers are super friendly and very kind. My daughter is very happy to go to the nursery every morning with a big smile! She even wants to stay longer on the nursery every day. Would definitely recommend! 5 stars!

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. From the application process, to information evenings and settling in days the school and staff have been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble and my partner and I were made to feel at ease sending our little boy here. Our son has settled and slotted in to nursery/pre-school life perfectly thanks to the foundations the school have given him. He runs in to nursery each morning full of enthusiasm, ready to see his friends. To say he adores the staff would be an understatement, he talks about them constantly at home asking if we think they would like certain things etc and picking daisies for them to say thank you. The nursery has had an extension and fabulous makeover over the summer. The space is nice and open with a modern feel whilst maintaining a cosy environment for the children to learn in. It's tastefully decorated and takes on the curiosity approach to learning using natural resources where possible.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since September 2021 and we have been delighted with the care, support and learning environment at Oldfield Brow Primary School Nursery. After the disruption of covid, it was great to see such enthusiastic staff and lovely resources to help the children prepare for school through play. The nursery staff are welcoming, provide lots of feedback and have held events for us to visit and look at the nursery facilities in more detail and see what our little ones have been doing. Our daughter is happy and confident here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this setting!

I had a very positive experience with the Nursery when I sent my daughter there and was happy enough to send my son when it was his turn. The teaching staff are excellent - professional but friendly and obviously love being around children. I feel that both of my children learnt a lot during their time there but, importantly, enjoyed being there and actually looked forward to going. I recall one morning when my son was upset when I left him and a little later on I received a phone call from the Nursery to say that he was fine and not to worry - that stopped my fretting and I knew he was in good hands. I would thoroughly recommend.

My son has been attending Oldfield Brow Nursery since September and he loves going there. The best thing about the nursery are the teachers who are warm and caring and have created a nurturing and imaginative environment for the children to learn in. The classroom is bright and full of learning areas and resources. They have a large outside space including a track for pedal cars, a mud kitchen and a sandpit. Each week they cover a new topic which they use to develop new skills and learning opportunities. I feel included in what my son is doing at nursery and know how he is progressing. I feel he’s been very lucky to go there.

The teachers are really nice and take care of my child whose first language is not English. Spending much effort on my child and designing the most suitable teaching schedule for my child. I have a direct way to discuss with teachers.

Very kind and considerate staff. Always go above and beyond to help the little ones feel comfortable and included. Lots of great activities each day- both educational and fun! My child has really come out of her shell since starting and the staff have really helped her build her confidence. Would definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful nursery. I was nervous sending my daughter to nursery as she is very shy. All my worries vanished as she was welcomed by the teachers. It’s a lovely nurturing environment with lovely outside space. My daughter learned so many practical skills and her interests were always supported. I was kept up to date with her progress and she left with a strong foundation for ‘big’ school, but more importantly, she was happy to be there!

My son attended Oldfield Brow Primary School Nursery in September 2021-2022, I could not recommend this nursery enough.
