Zebedees

At Zebedees they love good food! They prepare and deliver fresh, delicious meals that provide children with a varied and tasty diet to fuel a busy day of play, learning and development. They cook their lunches every morning from scratch and deliver daily, in time for lunch.

Their hot lunches consist of a main course, side dish and second course. They transport their meals in specialist thermoport containers that keep the food hot, so all nurseries need to do is take off the lid and serve. This means no cooking equipment costs, no need for a nursery chef and reduced utility bills.

Orders are placed each week for the following week, using Zebedees' easy online ordering system. You can order exactly the number of meals you need for each day so no food is wasted.

They also provide optional extras, such as hot or cold afternoon teas, breakfast boxes, baby food plus fruit, veg and salad boxes. All of the extras are freshly prepared by Zebedees each day in its countryside kitchen.

The menus are developed with their Nutrition Consultant, the Baby & Child Nutritionist, Charlotte Stirling-Reed. Charlotte assesses the menus to ensure they are not only meeting the recommended government guidelines but that they are going above and beyond these guidelines to achieve a standard of excellence in early years nutrition.

Zebedees also cater for a number of cultural and dietary requirements, with its alternative dishes designed to be visually similar, ensuring all children can feel included and enjoy lunch with their friends.

Zebedees offers permanent contracts, as well as a temporary service to cover staff holidays and sickness.
