Easy Dashboard Overview
We like our Dashboard. It’s intuitive and provides an up to the minute view of the number of CVs we hold. It breaks down the type of roles people are looking for, current skill set and where your future employees are based. Plus, your preferences, and all your saved searches and alerts are displayed for easy access.
Simple and Powerful Searching
Our search facility makes the process of identifying the right CVs fast and simple. We’ve included the key criteria without over complicating the process. You can search on desired and current job roles, salary range, languages spoken, location and the type of contract a candidate is looking for. You can also use our Boolean search facility to broaden or narrow your search.
Your Search Results
Results are displayed to help you see the information you want quickly…. vital if you are up against a tight deadline. An overview of each record shows all the key information and when each record was verified. The 'Relevance' order option uses our own unique algorithm to show the best matches at the top of your Results.
Profile
Once you’ve clicked on a record you can view their employment history to get a better feel for the candidates background or view their original CV quickly. If it’s the right candidate for you, you can download and save their CV, add notes, send the CV to your inbox or email the candidate directly. This is a great tool for shortlisting candidates and ensuring you get the best possible fit for your organisation.
Managing Your Saved CVs
Your saved CVs are stored in folders to access at a convenient time. You can name each folder to reflect a search and if you decide they are not right for the role you can remove them from your shortlist. If a candidate looks promising you can move or copy them to another folder.
Alerts
Here’s where it gets interesting. If you want to be the first to know about new candidates coming on the market setting up a CV Alert is key. You can set the frequency of your alerts to monthly, weekly, daily or hourly and if you want to be notified straight away there’s an immediate alert option.
CV Download Usage
This is a great way of staying on top of your usage figures and ensuring you make the most of the service. You can easily see how many CVs you have downloaded and how close you are to your daily allowance. There’s also an Account View for when you have multiple team members accessing the account.
