The staff are always very pleasant. My daughter has settled in nicely and has made lots of progress. The staff celebrate a variety of occasions with children for eg festivals, PJ day Valentine's Day. I would recommend this nursery to other parents.

My children started in September and they have settled in really well. All staff are welcoming and take great care of my children and keep me updated with everything that they have done throughout the day and how they have settled in.

My child started on September 24 in the baby/toddler room, he loves it there and the staff make you feel really welcome. My little boy is really happy there. They update you with pictures so you can keep updated with what your child is doing.

Lovely place to send my son. Staff are lovely and if I ever need anything I can ring and staff will go above and beyond for you. My son enjoys it so much the girls who look after him are so loving with him and couldn't do anything to make me happier about leaving him there. Thank you.

Overall it is a wonderful nursery and my child enjoys his time there! Any issues are discussed and resolved quickly. The staff are approachable and friendly. Nursery is bright and clean at all times. Making it a safe environment for the children.

We have noticed a big difference in our son since joining this nursery. He comes home singing songs and tidies up his toys after playing with them. He has developed lots of new skills since he started at the nursery. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful and the app allows us to track what our son has been doing that day, what he's eaten and they even upload pictures of his activities. The staff always give this information when I go pick up my son. I would highly recommend Kids Planet nursery.

My child has come on leaps and bounds since starting a year ago. The staff are always very friendly and helpful when needing advice. Being able to see updates and pictures throughout the day always gives me lots of reassurance and the food must be amazing because they always eat it all.

Amazing care and learning at Kids Planet, could not recommend it any more. Helped my daughter settle in and create and maintain relationships with the staff so well. Really do go the extra mile to ensure that my child is happy and taken care of as well as great communication!

Absolutely amazing nursery. My daughter loves it here. The staff are supportive, friendly and caring and above all very reassuring. This is particularly helpful when children start their journey. Feedback is given daily and food is absolutely delicious.

My child has settled so well. So welcoming and understanding towards the children and parents! And are very interactive with the children, constantly entertaining, playing and reading, getting all children to interact together too! Highly recommend.

Always go above and beyond for both parents and children, would highly recommend any child to come here, my daughter has made so many friends here and is excited every day that she attends, the bonds they create with the children are phenomenal.

All the staff are brilliant always smiling and happy and caring about everything! I couldn't ask for a better place for my daughter and son. I am upset my son has to move in September and go to school nursery. They are brilliant here and I would recommend it to everyone and anyone!

I am really happy after seeing growth in my daughter's skills. Her playing habits and eating everything improving day by day. I really like the staff who provide wonderful care to my daughter and greetings nicely.

Just started my 2-year-old here. Staff are so friendly and helped her settle in really well. She enjoys attending. I love the app that the staff always update nappy changes and food updates. I love seeing pictures of my child on the updates too. It's been 1 month and I feel like we've been here ages.

Very good kindergarten. We also take our youngest child to this kindergarten. The teachers are very attentive. My only wish was that the electronic program for parents could be translated and written in other languages.

Both my children attend here, my daughter being the longest, she absolutely loves it. There hasn’t been a day in the last 2 years where she’s not come home happy and excited about being at nursery. The staff are all hardworking, friendly and very supportive for both parents and children. Outstanding work.

My children love attending their nursery setting. Kids Planet Dudley Hill is a home-from-home. We are always greeted with a warm welcome in the morning not just from room staff but from managers and kitchen staff. My child’s day is published on the system throughout the day which means I see pictures and updates on how their day is going. Upon collecting my children, they are always so happy from enjoying their day and love bringing home all their pictures and creations they have made during their day. I couldn’t recommend a more relaxing setting for your children to settle in at. 5star rating for not only the childcare but also the food, friendliness and so much more.

They are very informative in feedback. They make my child feel good about wanting to go to nursery. And apprised us of what to do next with him and what he needs to learn next. Staff are amazing, always smiling.

Wonderful interaction. I saw a wonderful change in my child. He learns new things every day and new words. He has become self-reliant in some simple things, and this is all due to the wonderful efforts and follow-up of the nursery and those responsible. Thank you.

Very friendly, my child has come on leaps and bounds with their support and always seems keen to go back. Staff are easy to approach and willing to have open two-way communication. My second child is to attend this nursery and have never been disappointed.
