My daughter absolutely loves her days at nursery and it is all down to how wonderful the staff are. They are very attentive to my daughters needs and seem to really know her well. She enjoys the daily activities, indoor and outdoor play and even the food! My daughter is beyond her developmental milestones and I must give credit to the nursery staff for helping her to achieve this. Thank you for you continuing hard work and support.

Our 2nd child that we have currently going through this setting and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Both my daughter (who is now at school) and my son is currently in the baby room, both of them have thrived at nursery thanks to the hard work and dedication of the staff and manager. The staff in every room are wonderful, they are so caring and warm and the activities they come up with to engage the children are fabulous. Both of my children have felt safe at nursery and have enjoyed every day. My son gets so excited when he sees the staff in the morning, and he usually can't wait to greet them. The nursery is clean and tidy, the artwork on the walls is always well presented and clearly put up with care and pride. Communication between staff and parents/carers is brilliant. Not a single complaint.

One of the most significant decisions is where to place your child. I'd consider a nursery equally as responsible for a child's development after the age of one, and I am so grateful to the staff at the Fire Station nursery. The staff engagement, facilities, activities, food-everything is excellent. My child always has a smile on his face whenever I peek through the door during collection, and he knows the practitioners by name, saying he loves them all. From the moment you're sat down with the manager, reviewing the facilities and signing the documents, to the day your child starts (and beyond), you feel so welcomed as a family, and nothing is too much trouble. The safeguarding in place is thorough, which we recently experienced when my mother-in-law collected our child - the requirements were beyond a minimum expectation, and ensured that only the allowed and notified people are able to enter the building. I'm so thankful to everyone at the Fire Station nursery.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys her days in nursery. She is well socialised and happy in the nursery environment, and her nutritional intake is great. I love the updates via the app during the day as to nappy changes, feeding times and nap times - this is a great feature which reduces my anxiety whilst not with her. The staff are lovely and I can see that they really do enjoy working with the children. The nursery is clean and well presented, the outdoor areas are great and the selection of toys available in the age-specific rooms are very well chosen. It makes me happy to know that my daughter is happy and well looked after!

Overall the nursery and staff are fantastic. My child seems happy, confident and comfortable there. It would be good to see more detailed information on day to day / learning. Understanding what the children are learning and doing to prepare them for school

I have two children who attend the nursery. Both absolutely love attending and have developed so much since starting. I recommend the nursery to everyone. We do travel from another area to the nursery only about 10 mins drive but it's worth it in our opinion you can tell the staff actually care for your children.

The twins love going to nursery and accessing all of the learning facilities within the nursery. The staff in Pre School 2 their current room are fantastic and helped them come on in all areas of their learning and development.

My 2-year-old has been with Fire Station Day Nursery since he was 4 months old. He has truly thrived and developed within the nursery and I find him coming home learning and saying new things every day. The nursery nurses are great and cater to each child's needs. I can't recommend the nursery enough we have had no problems in the last 3 years. Very friendly and accommodating.

My little girl has come on leaps and bounds at nursery and the Toddlers team are really helpful and caring and have her best interests at heart. She loves coming to nursery and it is great to see her climb the stairs and run to the door to go in. Thanks to all the team and everyone at the Fire Station Nursery for your ongoing care and support

Staff at Fire Station Nursery are brilliant. They really know and care for the children, I can see that the activities and environment at nursery help the development of my son. We chose Fire Station nursery because when we visited we felt it was a caring atmosphere, our experience has been nothing but positive.

We've had the best service from Fire Station, from the nursery staff to management to accounts. Everyone is super helpful and responsive. The nursery itself is secure, clean, bright, welcoming and engaging. Our daughters love going to nursery, learning new skills, playing with new things and love the outdoor space. The food choices are balanced and the girls have tried new things whilst being at nursery. We would recommend the nursery to anyone.

I absolutely love the fire station nursery and so have my 3 children that have been going for a number of years now. The staff have all been fabulous with our children, they take the time to understand and adapt to each child, ensuring their needs are met. I have had no problems at all for the whole 5 years I have been sending my children. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

We knew from the start that our daughter would be going to the Fire Station Day Nursery as all of my nephews and nieces have also attended there when they were growing up. When our daughter actually started we got to meet a lot of the staff, who are just brilliant and that goes for them all as our girl is now in preschool 1! The staff have always helped us out whenever we've needed to adjust things, even at last minute, very professional and friendly, as for our daughter she's doing amazing with her growth in all aspects, always happy and smiling whenever we drop her off or picking her up, and it is all down to the amazing staff at the Fire Station Day Nursery, I would HIGHLY recommend this nursery to everyone without question!

My child has been at Fire Station Day Nursery since 10 months old, and at every stage has been well supported and looked after by the staff at nursery. The nursery is a safe place and all staff are friendly and nurturing. I have full confidence in this nursery and my child is very happy here.

Over the last six years, both my children have attended the Fire Station Day Nursery and they have been very happy and well looked after. The staff do an amazing job and the children are in a happy and safe environment. The staff have been there many years and really form strong bonds with the children. My son is in his last year as he is starting school next September and we will miss the nursery and the amazing staff. I couldn't thank them enough for all they do!

My son loves coming to nursery every day. He's always happy when I pick him up and loves his key worker. I'm so happy with the progress he's made in pre-school too, I think this is the most settled I've seen him in nursery. She always keeps me informed and I'm really impressed with the new skills she's teaching my son. His key worker is a credit to the nursery

My baby boy has been attending this nursery since October 2023. Although he's only been there for a couple of months, he has settled in really well. The staff are so kind, lovely and approachable. They keep us informed about his day at nursery, including his nap times, feed times and activities that he's been doing. They also send pictures, which puts our minds at rest during the day when we're missing him. They also have a soft playroom, which looks really fun. I could not recommend this nursery enough.

Every time I drop my granddaughter off she is met with lovely, cheerful staff who make her so welcome. She loves her meals which are good, tasty, wholesome food and her activities, especially her Christmas theme, of course. I feel very happy leaving her there and when I pick her up, she is usually having a lovely nap in a calm room with nice music playing. I can highly recommend the Fire Station Day Nursery.

My son is so happy at Fire Station Day Nursery. I chose this nursery based on my daughter’s previous experience, who has since left for school. The staff have become such a large part of their lives and I have felt comfortable since day one leaving my children in their care. We receive daily updates and are very happy with everything overall. Would highly recommend.

My little boy has been going to Fire Station since he was six months old. From booking a viewing of the nursery to enrolling him and this past year and a half, everything has been amazing. The facilities are amazing, and the staff are just so lovely! My son absolutely loves it - he runs in every morning without hesitation. He has developed so well, and so many other mums comment on this. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!
