My daughter has been enrolled since she was 6 months old, she is almost 3 years old and adore going there. She loves her key workers and made friends within the nursery. I recommend.

Since our daughter joined nursery she has had an amazing experience. The nursery staff have been welcoming. We receive on the portal daily dairy logs which are detailed explaining our child's day at nursery. Whenever we have any questions management are quick to respond. The communication has been amazing and our daughter gets excited every time she comes to nursery.

The staff is amazing, I know my child is in good care while I'm working. Everyday when I come to pick her up she doesn't want to go home. Everyone is super friendly, I was really surprised one morning to get a cup of coffee on the way out.

The nursery has been excellent for the 5 years we have used it for our 2 children. The staff are so friendly, come up with great activities and aid in learning and help with problems like toilet training etc. The food they serve is great and good variety and both kids loved nursery.

My child has been at the nursery since she was 1 and has thrived during her time at Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school. My child always talks about nursery with such joy and as a working parent, this gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is happy, content and fulfilled whilst in the care of Prospect House staff. Staff are always extremely pleasant and it is clear from their interactions how much they genuinely care for the children. My child is now in preschool and I have noticed significant development in her interpersonal skills, including sharing and taking turns, communicating her needs and listening and following instructions. She loves doing learning at nursery and can write her name, identify letters, numbers, shapes and colours. This will all put her in good stead for when she starts school this year.

My son has been going to Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school for the last year and he absolutely loves it. He goes and comes out with a smile on his face, which as a first-time mum is always lovely to see. We visited a few nurseries and felt this one was welcoming and has a lovely feel to it, I am glad we chose it. The staff are caring, friendly and supportive. My son has gained independence, and confidence and has developed in all areas since attending this nursery. To top it off we receive regular updates on his progress, including photos which we love to see. Definitely recommend!

My oldest has been attending since early 2022, and I have complete trust in the staff here. She used to call it 'Friends House,' and still loves going. The team is incredibly friendly and approachable, and I often end up having a quick chat with them during drop-off or pick-up. My youngest joined in May 2024, and he gets so excited every time we arrive. Both of them have learned so much, and their confidence has grown tremendously. Even though we moved to a new city last year, we still make the drive to this nursery because I know they are happy, well-cared for, and safe with people I truly trust. They also eat better than I do in a day!

My baby is extremely happy at Partou Prospect House since day one of his settling sessions! I couldn't be happier with his development and the way the ladies look after him - he receives cuddles all around and his excitement when he gets through the doors says it all! He has some food intolerances and the staff have been extremely supportive of our journey! I 100% recommend this nursery if you wish to have peace of mind and a safe place for your child. The only reason I give 4 stars on cleanliness is purely because I think the Partou group should do regular deep cleaning on carpets and flooring especially on baby rooms - nothing to do with this particular nursery as I don't believe it is up to the staff to do it.

A very supportive, friendly nursery whose first priority is to look after and develop your child. My oldest son attended from 9 months until he was 4 and loved every moment and my second son just started in September at 10 months old and he is already so happy each morning we arrive at Prospect House Day Nursery. Couldn't be happier with the nursery! Would highly recommend.

My son has been going to Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school since September and since starting he has really come on so much with his learning. All the staff that I have met are so lovely, they are always smiling and happy to help with anything, my son has made some good connections to a couple of staff members. A very good wide range of nutritional snacks, lunches and desserts. Overall happy child, happy mummy.

Our son, now 24 months, has been attending the nursery since he was just 7 months old, and we are incredibly grateful to have found such a loving and nurturing environment for him. It brings us great comfort to see how genuinely cared for and supported he is by the team. The staff's thoughtful and effective caregiving techniques have deeply impressed us, and their communication is excellent - they consistently update us on milestones and share important information, which we greatly value. We feel completely at ease discussing our son's development and planning the next steps in his education with them. The nursery feels like an extended family, and we have full confidence leaving our son in their care. We appreciate the balance of structure and flexibility, the engaging play areas, and their emphasis on outdoor activities in the garden. We also love that they encourage practical skills from an early stage, creating an enriching and well-rounded experience for the children.

We are thoroughly impressed with this nursery. The facilities are fantastic with a well equipped garden. The staff are friendly and our child is very settled. The app to keep us up to date on his progress is also great.
