We absolutely love this nursery. Our son is currently in the baby room and all of the staff are wonderful, we trust them completely with our son and they take allergies very seriously. Food is varied and they do lots of messy play.

Our 3 year old daughter has been a very happy girl at Bright Horizons since she was 6 months old. She has formed fantastic relationships with her little friends as well as with the staff. It has been lovely seeing her grow and develop into a bright young girl, and we are certain this is due to the exposure she has had to the nursery environment from an early age and interacting with other children. The staff are caring and make an effort to update the app with photos and descriptions of the activities that the children have taken part in. As a parent it is also very reassuring to be able to see the meals that have been eaten and see notes of nap times etc. Overall we have been extremely happy with our experience at Bright Horizons over the last 2 and a half years!

Just to say we are very happy with the nursery. My son has blossomed in the last couple of years. He has developed creatively (painting, cutting out shapes etc) and intellectually (he is interested in reading and curious about all sorts of things). He also loves his friends there, he is a very sociable little boy. Food there seems to be very good, he eats most meals and I'm glad he is getting a balanced diet with dishes from all around the world - I notice chips have never been served! All nursery teachers seem to be very good (and patient!) and I'm kept well-informed about my son's activities during the day - and his development.

The choice of nursery, is one of the most important choices you can make as a parent. I can't express how grateful I am to all the staff at Bright Horizons Reigate. My son only recently started in February, and it's been so heart warming to see how much the staff have a genuinely deep connection and care for all the children. My Son has already started to develop new skills which is great to see. Special thanks to one member of staff, in particular, but thank you to everyone.

We are delighted with Bright Horizons as our daughters Nursery, she is thriving there and learning so much! From skills, to speech developing we are seeing so much change daily with our child's development and we are so grateful to the staff there for this. The staff are fabulous, patient, informative. I always know how her days have been and I'm kept notified of any new observations regularly. Our daughter loves her nursery and we are so glad of our decision to send her there.

A fantastic, nurturing nursery. My son has been attending for the last five months since he was 1 year old and I could not be more impressed with the activities, development, care and safety procedures they follow. All the staff are brilliant but a special mention to one member of staff, in particular, who my son quite literally adores and is absolutely amazing at keeping us up to date with his progress and care.

Strong management team ensures a very well-run, vibrant and happy setting and community of staff and parents. Loyal, engaged and capable team across all the different roles/functions. Parents are confident in their children's well-being and children are stimulated, well cared for and known by the whole team. As a previous parent at another Bright Horizons Day Nursery, I believe Bright Horizons Reigate Day Nursery and Preschool is head and shoulders above. Food and drink - wider menu would be welcome.

Our 2nd son has just completed his nursery journey and started school. He has been attending since he was tiny. We've been supported with both boys as they have grown from babies, toddlers and preschool. The management and admin have always been brilliant with a strong team of staff who are kind, caring and friendly; always happy to talk and answer any questions or concerns. The boys have been excited and happy to go to nursery, as it's been their constant all these years with my eldest still greeted warmly on pick up of his brother! Our children have been encouraged in their development and learning, through fun and play. The nursery has a lovely open outdoor space. Well-planned activities throughout every day and tasty food. Communication through the app is also very good. We will miss everybody and are very thankful for the personal attention each member of staff has given our boys. A special thanks to the manager and all the team!

I have had two children go through the nursery now and as a family, we have had a brilliant experience. The low staff turnover has given the children consistency and I felt we were very well supported as a family. Both children built lovely friendships, learned a lot and left very well-prepared for school. Thank you to the lovely staff and management.

I've been so happy with the process of my daughter starting at the nursery this month. All of the staff have been accommodating and welcoming to her and all of her settling-in sessions and first day have gone well. I've been super impressed with the updates on the app throughout the day and contact from the team to keep us reassured about our daughter's progress also.

We have had a wonderful experience at Bright Horizons. The staff have made our son feel so at home. Activities are clearly planned carefully and thoughtfully and he comes home full of pride at his creations! The management team is always there to answer questions. The team has been particularly supportive of helping potty train my son and their efforts have made a difference. The app and photos keep us up to date and the food is clearly good as he eats it all up! Special mention to 4 members of staff in particular for looking after my son with so much care day to day. This is our second time with Bright Horizons and we have been delighted both times. Our younger son is signed up to join his big brother soon!

I currently have my second child at the nursery and it's still providing the high standard of service it was when my eldest went there 6 years ago. The staff are friendly and caring. Everything is overseen by a highly experienced and knowledgeable management team who are always there for queries. We love that the nursery was a purpose-built building so everything is well planned out. The facilities are great, especially the outdoor spaces where they let children free play freely and choose to be outside or inside. I have recommended the nursery to other parents and continue to recommend it.

Our girls love going to nursery. They have attended Bright Horizons since they were 8 months and 1 respectively, and all the way through have loved their experience. We were closely supported as the girls settled in to ensure they were happy. They confidently go into nursery every day because it is a home from home for them. They have lovely relationships with the staff, and love all the activities. We really appreciate that all the staff know the girls by name, even if they don’t work closely with them or are fairly new to the setting. The whole nursery feels like a big family and the girls have friends across all of the rooms. Our eldest is encouraged to take leadership roles like lunch helper and line leader which make her feel really proud of herself, and she loves the reader programme and yoga! We cannot fault the warmth, support and community ethos fostered by the manager and her team. It is a special place to be.

My son started attending the nursery in December 2023 and his progression has been incredible, becoming more confident in big groups and growing his own little personality. He has gone from running to greet me at the door so he can leave, to dragging me into the room to show me what toys he’s been playing with. The nursery has been excellent from the start, we had a great experience visiting, onboarding, settling in and beyond. All of the staff are friendly, remember every child’s name and are generally brilliant - communicating, offering insight and support, and showing a genuine interest in my child’s development. He’s very happy here, and so are his parents!

Overall, very happy with the team and how welcome they have made her feel. She is happy at nursery. We appreciate the regular updates via the app. Only slight issue is that the meals aren't as varied as they were in the beginning. It might not be helped as she is part-time but for example, this week she had pasta twice and not a lot of vegetables. Also, chatting to Mums at other nurseries, it might be nice to organise outside activities to come visit the nursery, e.g. dance classes, pet visits etc. But overall, very happy.

The nursery is fantastic for my daughter! The staff really make it what it is, a calm, welcoming and caring environment. Staff are always so polite, friendly and accommodating and it's clear they enjoy the work that they do, The management at the nursery is also excellent and the nursery is very well-run.

My daughter started in the baby room in October 2023. Prior to attending, she had spent every day with me so I was concerned about how she and I would manage with the separation anxiety. The staff ensured that they gained all necessary information from me about her, likes, dislikes, current skills, preferred communication styles such as makaton etc. The settling-in process was completed with her individual needs prioritised. I was kept up to date with regular photos and encouraged to ring if I had any worries. Fast forward three months and my daughter is flourishing. Her speech has really come on and she is more confident in herself. The staff are extremely caring and loving and I couldn’t ask for more. I feel the staff are invested in all of the children so know my daughter is safe and happy. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Reigate since she was 7 months old and will remain there until starting school next year. She loves nursery! The team at the nursery are incredible, friendly and passionate about delivering the best care and support to the children. I have always felt comfortable leaving my daughter in their care, it’s been a pleasure to watch the friendships form. My daughter is now in preschool, she takes part in yoga, boogie mites, Spanish, writing and countless outdoor games. The nursery makes sure that no day is the same and educates even at a young age through play. The manager is an experienced manager, who in fact was my nursery carer 30 years ago, which goes to show you would be leaving your child in the care of a team led by someone with expansive knowledge on childcare, health and safety. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We feel incredibly grateful that our son has settled in so well at Bright Horizons and that he is so happy, and that is a credit to the staff and leadership there. After visiting other nurseries, we instantly got a feeling that Bright Horizons was right for our son and we were so right as (even when he is feeling wobbly) he is always happy to come in each day, and he always cheers up quickly. It’s especially a huge weight off my shoulders to know he is in such great hands each day, with people that know him so well. The nursery staff always reassure us and their communication is brilliant: the time they spend on this really matters so much to parents. The staff really are special, and this is reflected in how happy all of the children are. It’s wonderful to see the enthusiasm they all have, as well as the relationships they clearly develop with the children. As a teacher, it is also great to see the variety of activities that the children get to do each day.

After being let down last minute by another nursery, Bright Horizons, Reigate stepped in to help and I couldn't be happier. The management team were very helpful and my son settled in straight away. The staff are all fantastic, very knowledgeable, caring and create great bonds with all the children. My son always happily walks in each morning. He has developed brilliantly over the last year, growing in confidence too and regularly tells me when I pick him up that he had fun at nursery. Really grateful that we were let down elsewhere in the end or we wouldn't have found this place!
