I absolutely love this nursery - I was recommended it 5 years ago and now I'm always recommending it to others. It's small and cosy but at the same time the kids can benefit from the field, the outside play den and the gym studios. They even get to go swimming once they hit 3 years old. The staff are fantastic - so caring and there's a good dynamic between them. A lot of them have worked there for a very long time. The nursery manager brings loads of energy and fun and the kids adore him. A safe space full of fun and care!

Since the new management took over the nursery is a much friendlier and happier place. The communication from the managers is excellent (if not from head office) and I feel much more secure that my child is happy and cared for and that the staff seem happier too. Nothing is too much trouble and they are taking much more initiative to involve parents and create interesting activities for the children. Having a friendlier and warmer approach has made a world of difference.

We are so happy with the nursery. our daughter loves it and it’s fantastic to see all the things she is learning, the friends she is making, and the activities everyone is engaged in (like taking care of the garden). The manager, deputy manager and staff are all just brilliant - thank you!

Absolutely delighted with our experience at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Brondesbury Park! The atmosphere is incredibly nice, and it fosters such a happy environment for our 2-year-old. The staff's kindness and professionalism are top-notch, making us feel confident that our child is in excellent hands. We couldn't have asked for a better place to nurture our little one's growth and happiness!

Really well-managed nursery with a lovely community feeling. All updates are managed through an app but the staff are still happy to discuss the day at pick-up. The nursery isn’t the biggest and there is limited space but the cricket field adjacent can be used and the children have ample room to run around there. My child looks forward to going to nursery every day!

Been very pleased since my son joined. Good team, good activities, good updates. Only minor area that could be better is the amount of space, but that's the circumstances, it's made up for by the hard work of the team. Thank you guys.

Staff at this Nursery go above and beyond to care for and support my son since he was 13 months old, now 3 1/2 years. He settled in very quickly after having a bad experience at another nursery. The staff were very supportive of me and my anxiety about settling him into a new nursery. My son now talks fluently as he had delayed speech. An app is used which tells me what my son has eaten, when he attends swimming and when he goes to the toilet. Staff put videos and pictures of him on the app. My son is very happy at this nursery. This is very reassuring. I am a member of the monthly parent forum and all the parents are in an app group in which we feedback to the parent forum. My daughter will also be going when she turns 1 year old. It is located in a secure and safe environment as it’s based inside a Gym. I highly recommend this nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing and the manager and deputy manager are very supportive to the staff and parents. The children are always happy.

My little girl has been attending this nursery since September 2020 and she loves it. She likes all the nursery staff but obviously, she has her favorite and she now says she has her best friend there as well (a little friend). They have so many activities throughout the day - from painting, free play, outside activities in the garden, activities in the studio (pickler triangle, tricycles). I love that most of the toys are wooden and if not there are toys with which little ones learn through play. They also offer swimming lessons when they turn three which is an extra plus. Food is prepared from scratch daily and is always very well balanced. My daughter eats it all, sometimes double. The nursery staff are great and would always give me a good insight into what she’s been doing through the day, how many nappies they changed, and how long she slept. I love that they do different/special themed days throughout the year (pyjama day, Christmas party, book day, etc.). My little one loves it!

Awful! Do not send your child to this nursery. I enrolled my 15-month-old son to this nursery on a part time basis, and after a few sessions, I had to withdraw him. It took such a long time to find a nursery within the area, that accept under two's, hence I was very pleased when my son was offered a place. The so-called 'nursery manager' never seems to be in, which I found very strange and worrying. Whenever I would call I was told she was 'off' and even the week when my son joined the nursery - she was off on annual leave for a couple of weeks, again - which I found extremely strange. There were so many incidents that occurred from my son's soiled nappy not being changed, to contradicting reports about whether he had eaten or not, and to the staff not caring when I expressed my concerns. Upon withdrawing my son from this nursery, I sent a very detailed email to the nursery highlighting the incidents. Two months later and they haven't even had the manners to respond. This speaks for itself.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more highly. Choosing a nursery is such a significant decision and from the word go the manager and her team made us feel so reassured, comfortable and supported. Even though they have been through the process hundreds of times, they were sympathetic and understanding of what a huge transition it was for us as a family, and most importantly so loving towards our son from day one. He really couldn't love it more. The staff are like family, and they treat the children as their own. There's no need for app updates here - you know the staff are all giving your children the care and attention they need and handovers at the end of each day are really detailed and full. The only thing you can wish for with your childcare is that your child is in an environment where they feel loved, welcomed and encouraged and every one of the amazing staff here do their all to ensure that is the case. It's a truly wonderful nursery.

Our son has been going to this nursery for more than two years (since he was one year old) and he loved it from day one (and so did we). He's always looking forward to going and happy when he comes back home. Everyone working at the nursery is so kind and we have always felt that he had a real bond with everyone looking after him. They're also doing so many different activities with the children and it's amazing to see how he progresses. I also love how they're celebrating many festive days throughout the year, making it so fun for the kids! In addition to this, the manager is amazing, always trying to help us as parents and to give us as much feedback as possible. They're just wonderful!

Lovely nursery where my baby feels like home! Every morning when I drop my 12 months old baby off, she is so happy to get in and gets so excited to see the lovely ladies who she loves. It makes me so happy to know that she is having a great day, full of play and education, nice food and all the cuddles she needs. The ladies are all extremely nice and helpful, we have a very good relationship with all of them and trust them 100% as we can see our baby girl is so comfortable with them from day 1. It's so rare to find a "home" nursery in London, it really feels it's very cosy and every baby and parent is looked after which is so important, as you only want the very best for your children. I trust they are in the best hands there both developmentally and emotionally.

Nuffy Bear and the friends that our daughter has made during the 18 months she's been there feel like an extension of our family. We feel truly lucky to have found this nursery that meets our daughter's needs, knows her personality and keeps us informed of what's she's been up to- as best they can during a covid world. The manager and the team go above and beyond to make our daughter's time at Nuffy enjoyable and encourage her personality to shine and grow. We have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to anyone.

Our 3 year old son has been attending Nuffy Bear since he was 11 months old. I cannot recommend the nursery and staff here enough - our son's needs have always been catered for and the staff all have a real bond with the children. The nursery manager has always been open and communicative and understanding of the different phases that children of nursery age go through. We have always been able to speak to her openly about any of our concerns/worries as parents. Our son's development has been wonderful to see during his time at Nuffy Bear and we hope his younger sister will have as much fun there as he does!

The nursery and staff have been truly fantastic over the past 12 months, and have dealt with the current situation extremely well - keeping communication with us going over the past few months. Highly recommended nursery with great staff, great facilities and professional staff who are great with the kids.

Both my daughters attended Nuffy Bear Nursery since they were 1 years of age and my younger child is still at the nursery now in the pre-school room. We have been so happy with this nursery - the staff are all amazing and so kind and caring. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and she has such a fun time and is cared for in a warm and safe environment. It really is a wonderful nursery and we are so grateful to have found it. They have also coped amazingly during Covid and have put in place many safety measures but at the same time not impacted the high level of care and attention for the children. The nursery head is truly wonderful. Highly recommended!

Couldn't be happier with Nuffy Bear Nursery. Both my daughters are so happy at the nursery, and can't wait to be dropped off in the morning. They provide the right balance of nurturing and development, and I've seen such a difference in the development of my kids since attending. The staff are absolutely amazing, and develop very strong bonds with the kids too. Overall, couldn't recommend highly enough.

We came across Nuffy Bear Nursery during the covid-19 pandemic as key worker parents, as they were one of the few nurseries still operating. They were hugely welcoming to us in this crisis and were flexible in adapting days and drop-off times to support our NHS work. They worked so hard to get our children to settle in quickly and were always reassuring and supportive. They have been our key worker heroes during the pandemic, and we reluctantly left them in July 2020. Huge thanks to the manager and brilliant members of staff - two of them in particular. Their attitude of being so helpful and friendly during this hugely stressful time for us will never be forgotten.

Very nice and friendly nursery. Stable, low retention of staff, most of the teachers know my daughter since her time in the 'baby room'. Not so excellent outdoor facilities but the nursery has access to studios in the gym. Kids benefit from yoga and swimming classes, which we find excellent and our daughter absolutely loves it. They also do weekly cooking classes. Another plus, they celebrate all different special days from different religions, traditions and cultures.
