I have no concerns with the nursery and the staff. My son took a few tries to settle in and the staff were very patient and understanding. Since then my son has really loved it and enjoys going in. A particular staff member uploads the learning story on the app with my son's progress which I really appreciate. She took time with my son to really help him settle, thanks.

the staff in the nursery rooms are always very pleasant, supportive and helpful. The app is great as you get information throughout the day about nappies, meals and activities- although not everything is uploaded or some days are hit and miss, however I understand how busy they must get so that's never a problem and they provide a full handover when pick your child up. The meals are always varied and sandwiches are offered as alternatives if children don't like the choice. The nursery host "stay and play" sessions every so often- this is a nice idea and we always try to go when we can I do feel the nursery should offer open evenings with a chance to meet the new staff members when children are transitioning to the next class. I also know that children go to have fun, but the clothes need binning most days as they don't use bibs at meal times or aprons with painting activities, this is an additional cost

My daughter often feels upset when dropping her off at nursery but she is always welcomed by smiling faces and lovely members of staff who always put me at ease and ensure she is settled once she gets in. The staff I have dealt with from baby to tots and now the toddler room have all been fantastic and are such hard working caring people. I am very happy with my little girls progress, the staff care about my daughter's development and do engaging activities every week to encourage her growth and understanding. All updates are uploaded on the nursery App along with photos of what she is getting up to each day which gives me that extra comfort when I'm at work. The food choices are brilliant as well, plenty of variation each week. Thanks to everyone at Kids Planet

My son loves preschool room, loves all his teachers and friends. He doesn't have a bad word to say about nursery. It's great how much time they spend playing outside. The updates on the app are lovely to see what they have been upto and looks like the learning activities are so much fun. Staff are always friendly and helpful to me. There are also lots of initiatives to help lower income families such as the coat swap scheme and the food bank scheme.

This is a fantastic nursery both my children, ages 3 and 1 are thriving, they get excited to go in and are happy playing when picked up. The staff are warm, welcoming and take a real shine to each and every child. The staff are really good at updating the app to show us what the children have been upto that day and updating us on meals and nappy changes. The outdoor space allows the children to roam freely and explore using their imagination, the children are always outside too which I love.

My little boy started the baby room when I went back to work and I felt so at ease straight away. The staff are so friendly and thorough. They will send me little messages letting me know he's okay. The communication is great and the range of food he is eating in there is great. Thanks so much baby room.

My son had never really been alone with anyone but close family and was finding it hard to adjust even though he is so outgoing. The nursery accommodated him to do as many settles as he needed before starting his usual hours. Now when we ask if he would like to go to school and see his friends, he reply's 'yeah'. We are happy with how much he is enjoying himself and this will stand him in good stead for when he starts school properly. We also love as a family that we get updates about his day through the app. from photos to what food he has had to his nappy changes.

We could not be happier with KidsPlanet. We are first time parents and the reassurance we feel on a daily basis knowing that our son is so well taken care of, means the absolute world to us. The staff in the baby room know my son so well and are just truly wonderful with him. We can't thank you enough. We love the app, seeing our son's daily photos gets us through the day. Thank you so much for everything you do!

We love Kids Planet Litherland. The staff are amazing, so caring and encouraging with my little boy. The setting is beautiful and I love how the nursery goes above and beyond for inclusion and diversity. The extras they provide such as the haircuts and photos are brilliant initiatives. My little boy loves the food and diet is varied and nutritious. The communication is excellent and I love the daily photos/videos of my little boy. I recommend this nursery to everyone.

My daughter has settled in really well at the nursery . She's always happy going in seems like she has fun; especially when they get to play outside in the garden . When she goes in she puts her arms out to go to the girls that look after her , which has really helped put me at ease leaving her. The staff are really helpful and informative. Overall a great experience .

Our daughter continuously is developing and her key worker is fantastic. Our daughter loves all the staff in her room and is always happy to go in. Since joining her new room her language, empathy and just general attitude has improved so much and I truly believe the staff are helping our little girl become the best and happiest version of herself.

My little one absolutely loves going to nursery and with it looking like that she has special needs she gets so excited about seeing her teachers and little friends, she has come on so much since starting nursery and everyone is so kind and nice.

My daughter attends 2 days a week for a full day and she absolutely loves going day in day out, always coming home with a smile on her face and loves her key worker, the nursery is brilliant with all parents and children and I wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you.

Brilliant nursery and lovely staff. Always feel liestened to and the girls have created such a great environment for my boy. I'm really happy with my son being at this nursery. They always cater to his specific needs.

Lovely nursery and nursery staff have been great settling the children in, especially in the rising 3's room. I find that some of the office staff do not appear that friendly or approachable though. My children have been happy and have had fun.

My daughter has been in the toddler class since September and has progressed so much in a short amount of time. The staff always have a lot of time for my daughter and will discuss how she is getting on both before class and after class. I have found that the staff have really helped me when it comes to preparing my daughter for her new baby sister. My daughter's key worker is brilliant at keeping me up to date with how she is getting on with her skills each month and will always tell me things that need improvement so that we as parents can assist at home also.

Absolutely lovely nursery. Staff were fantastic, especially one staff member in particular. The level of support I received from her with my SEN children, I couldn’t have asked for better support, everything from EHCPs to additional funding was provided for my babies. Best decision ever sending them to Kids Planet.

My son went to this nursery for two years beforehand he had never spent time away from me. I can not find enough good words to say about this nursery and its staff, they are amazing, my son is non-verbal they always went above and beyond with him from understanding him without his words to feeding him when he only eats certain foods to helping me with forms, helping me get my son into a specialist school we would have been lost without them. My son would not be at the stage he is in life now without them. If I could have kept my son in this nursery till he was 16 I would have. I could thank them from now till the end of time and it would still not cover how grateful I am for the stuff they did for not just my son but me too. Amazing place, I cried my eyes out the day my son left even to this day we go past this nursery and my son gets excited thinking I am taking him there.

Really happy with the activities provided and the progression between the rooms, the excellent communication with parents, the lovely outdoor area and the lovely staff who are always happy to help and greet my little one with a smile every morning.

We love Kids Planet Litherland. The staff are amazing, so caring and encouraging with my little boy. Lovely nursery and nursery staff have been great settling the children in, especially in the rising 3's room. I find that some of the office staff do not appear that friendly or approachable though. My children have been happy and have had fun.
