The nursery has amazing staff and very good management, my daughter settled in few days, she is so happy going to the nursery as she is having so much fun and learning a lot with all activities every day. Location wise is perfect, easy access and a lot of green areas.

The team at Brightsparks Eltham are so wonderful with my 1 year old daughter. Her socialising, motor and speech skills have all come on massively since she joined in January. They use the app which updates me and my husband live everyday on how much she eats and sleeps, and we get very sweet photo updates at the end of each day. Staff are always so friendly and my daughter loves to go into nursery every day and comes out with a big smile.

I just wanted to take a moment to express how wonderful Brightsparks nursery is! They provide a nurturing environment, and caring staff who plan lots of fun and engaging activities everyday. My little one is very happy and excited to go in and now has a better eating and sleeping routine. The app is also a huge plus! Keeping me informed all day long.

This is our second day care experience as we moved home last year June. The staff that work here are all very friendly and some send their own children to this daycare which is assuring! There's very little staff churn and our little girl, has bonded well with all the children and staff. They do their best and it shows! Highly recommended!

My son joined the Brightsparks family this year and after a long period of looking for nurseries, he has finally found his place! He would cry every time I dropped him off at his previous nursery, every single time! But we came across Brightsparks, just on the show around my son did not hesitate to get stuck in playing whether I was in eye view or not! He runs into nursery laughing and smiling and does not shed a tear throughout the entire day! It has made me so happy and relieved to know he has found his place! All the staff are lovely and the manager is incredible, always keeping me in the loop as a new parent to Brightsparks! Thank you all for making my son's nursery journey amazing!

We are so happy with the experience that both of our children are having at Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool. They are thriving due to the amazing care that they receive. It is a very kind, caring and organised place - communication is excellent and we receive detailed reports on how our children are doing plus pictures and parents meeting. The staff know our children very well and are very knowledgeable and passionate about helping the children to learn and to be happy little people! Thank you.

My child started going to this nursery at 12 months old he is now 26 months old, and loves it there! The staff are all amazing and they get to know the parents really well, at handover the staff always make time to let you know what your child has eaten and how their day has gone! Management always keeps you updated on any issues they or your child has through their amazing app which you can use throughout the day to check on what your child has eaten how long they have slept etc, they do lots of inside and outdoor activities and always post pictures so you can see! Overall a fab nursery.

Amazing nursery! Extremely supportive staff with the settling-in stage, so attentive they made it almost too easy to leave my first baby! They are informative, and reassuring and send lots of updates to keep me super involved. My son only started at 9 months and has made lots of progress and continuously eats lots of fresh food with good table manners too! He has been on an offsite trip already and I was updated with lots of photos. Nothing is too difficult for them and I’m so pleased with my decision to send my son there! The baby room leader is fantastic, the Nursery manager is always thorough and the rest of the staff are just so warm and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough when you walk in to view you just know! Thank you guys.

Brightsparks is a lovely nursery for your little ones and the staff are amazing when it comes to helping your child with any extra needs they may have. My son has been attending since he was 10 months old and is now age 3. Could not recommend it more!

My son has been going here since he was 6 months old, he is currently 15 months old and he loves nursery! The staff are very caring and attentive, they really get to know your child on a personal level. Food served always seems filling and healthy, as well some treats. I have always found staff to be approachable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. My son is thriving and is very happy here.

Staff are so lovely and understanding. I could not fault them; whenever I needed advice or help, they were always there for me. They have a great variety of meals. My son always has the best time while there with all the activities they do.

As I am a 1st time mum, my feelings felt heard and listened to. All my questions are answered and life is better knowing my child is safe and happy. Brightsparks gives me one less thing to worry about. Knowledge and experience within the team are a godsend. They know things that care professionals couldn’t tell me after many visits to urgent care (thank you to the manager).

My child has been attending the nursery since she was 13 months old, she adjusted very quickly and made huge progress since then. I can see how much she is learning and developing and I am sure I would not be able to do it on my own. We get daily updates with pictures of the activities kids are doing during the day, I absolutely love to see it! All staff are very professional and friendly at the nursery and I can see in my child how happy she is and how attentive the staff are as they know and notice even a small change in a child.

My son loves this nursery. Friendly staff and a wide variety menu for the children. Each room has its own outside playing area with the children in classes based on age. Would highly recommend 10/10

I have had a really good experience with Brightsparks. I feel that they are nurturing and caring and they know my children well and tailor their approach to suit their differing needs. They learn lots and have lots of fun experiences. The staff are approachable and kind. I have no complaints!

Our little one has been with Brightsparks for just under a year. We cannot recommend it enough. The days are really well structured, activities throughout, themed months and weeks, garden play - you name it! Our child has learnt so much whilst there and most importantly, she is so very happy and is looking forward to going to nursery every day. The staff are kind, caring and hardworking and the manager is so involved and constantly on top of everything. You also get weekly pictures of activities and a daily handover at the door. As a parent, your concerns are always taken seriously and dealt with compassion. Throughout the year there are activities where parents are invited to join or encouraged to join/share activities, etc If you’re looking for a good nursery where you know your child is safe, encouraged to be the best version of themselves whilst having loads of fun, leaning and enjoying their childhood - then I wholeheartedly recommend Brightsparks.

From the first day, the staff at Brightsparks were so welcoming to us and our little one! We were so nervous leaving our kid at nursery but Brightsparks made us feel at ease! Our little one has been going since he was 18 months and still loves going back from time to time. They really look after them well here and work so hard. There’s a great selection of activities and toys that entertain them for hours. They have a great selection of food during meal times too!

Always a good experience my daughter has never come home and said she has had nothing but a great day. Staff always polite and very helpful. Other children and parents that attend are always friendly and any requests we have had towards our daughter's care have been met

We had a very bad experience with our first nursery. Our son was attending there and as the previous nursery put it, "There's tension and danger in the nursery when he's in". They suggested that we find another nursery and not say anything about our or their concerns. As you can imagine, we were distressed and reluctant to even consider attending another nursery. After some time passed, we decided to try other local nurseries and our experience with Brightsparks was completely different. Instead of blaming our little child, the nursery staff set out a plan for how to deal with and most importantly, prevent overwhelming situations for our son. He still seems to be settling into the nursery structure, but we are receiving enough support and honest feedback from the staff, which is very important to us as parents. I cannot recommend Brightsparks highly enough for anyone who is in search of a new nursery.

My child started Brightsparks in January and has settled in very well. The staff are very well trained and professional. I am kept well informed about the overall care of my child throughout the day via an app and also updated at the end of each day. I am very happy with the overall care provided and would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.
