The staff are wonderful and supportive. My little one loves going to the nursery. Everyday there is a new activity and something new to learn. The app is helpful as you are able to check in and see if your child has eaten or had a nap. I have recommended this nursery to all my friends and family!

Snowflakes Day Nursery and Montessori has been an absolute blessing for our family! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt the warmth and dedication of the staff. The team is incredibly nurturing, ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore their potential. The Montessori approach at Snowflakes is outstanding. We've seen remarkable growth in our child's confidence, independence, and love for learning. It's clear that the staff genuinely care, tailoring their approach to meet the unique needs of each child. Communication with parents is fantastic, keeping us informed with regular updates and insights into our child's development. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Snowflakes. Highly recommend!

The nursery and it's facilities are amazing. The staff were really good with my son. He joined the nursery when he was 21 months old. His speech development has been amazing. Also his people skills have really improved. The food that was given was of good quality. He never came home hungry or never felt under fed which is very good I think. The outdoor space also is quite good. My son's motor skills have also improved. I'm very happy with his progress. He learnt things like wearing his own shoes, socks & jacket, washing his hands, using a fork, knife and spoon to eat. They also helped us with his potty training. They also constantly kept us updated regarding our child's activity through their app. I would definitely recommend this nursery if you're looking for all round care of your child.

Highly recommend Snowflakes Nursery! Homely, caring staff and brilliant extracurriculars including French, science, football and baking which our son loves! Also, the baby chicks ten day experience was simply wonderful! The food is also fantastic, healthy and varied and has helped our son develop a real love of trying new foods. Lovely outdoor areas and playgrounds and excellent communication. We also particularly love the events the nursery organises for parents and children throughout the year. The Christmas Nativity and fireworks night, in particular, were highlights of our year! It's lovely to feel part of a community and get to know other parents. Thanks so much for all your hard work!

Amazing nursery and staff. My daughter has been here 2 years and absolutely loves it! Never had any issues I’m so grateful I found this nursery, looking forward to sending my younger child very soon. Highly recommend!

In one word Fantastic! My first son attended this nursery and still has amazing memories from his time there. He has learned so much and made great progress before starting reception. I have now taken my other son and the staff have been absolutely wonderful helping him settle in. Having little ones with allergies the staff and management have been extremely professional and responsive to all our needs. My experience has been very positive. The team are warm, nurturing and caring, equally, the setting is lovely, with great facilities and lots for the kids to do. We really couldn’t ask for more. Would highly highly recommend!

Snowflakes Norwood Green is a great nursery. I've been very pleased with the service since my daughter started in 2022. The staff are very helpful, and the nursery atmosphere is very good. I highly recommend this nursery.

I cannot recommend Snowflakes enough! The staff are great, and they’ve created a lovely environment for the children to learn and grow in. I’ve seen a huge difference in my son’s development since he started there.

We feel so lucky to be a part of Snowflakes. It's such a lovely welcoming place. The level of care is far superior to any other nursery we have seen, and the staff genuinely cares! Our daughter is so happy there. She struggled to settle initially, but the staff were so patient and allowed her to settle at her own pace. She has thrived since being there, and her speech and knowledge get better every day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snowflakes to anyone looking for a nursery.

Both our daughters have loved being at Snowflakes. They always come home and tell us all the amazing things they do. From baking to watching chicks hatch, they do so much! Our eldest daughter just started reception, and they were so impressed by her level of knowledge, and that's all thanks to Snowflakes. I really feel that they individualise their care for each child. We have considered moving our youngest daughter to the school nursery as it's more convenient. But seeing how well she's doing and how they teach her based on her individual ability, we will be keeping her at Snowflakes until Reception. Thank you, Snowflakes!

The very first time visiting, I was happy, and it felt just right. I think I visited two or three times before knowing it was the right environment to bring my baby into. I was greeted with the kindest, most warm, safe area. The staff are friendly, always greeted with a smile. You can tell they love the children. The children are excited and happy to come every day. They always notify you straight away if your child has been hurt or unwell. So happy that my son is happy coming here. He has learnt so much. I know I've made the right choice, as you hear so many horror stories. I can't wait to see him continue to develop.

Great nursery, professional staff, always meet you with a smile and share the progress of children. Our child has progressed so much socially and learnt to make friends and play with others. The nursery sends videos of activities of your child. There is a daily debrief upon pickup too. We are very happy with Snowflakes nursery.

My son has been at Snowflakes for a year now, and we have seen his personality come out, and the way all staff embrace it and support our son to be himself is amazing. All the staff know what the kids like and dislike and are really person-centred; this is one of the aspects we like about Snowflakes. Our son's transition from the baby room to the toddler room was very smooth; we didn't even realise how quickly and efficiently it happened, and it happened at his pace, with no force or push came from anyone. The staff are very friendly and always at hand to support us and help us to continue any new learnings at home; recently started potty training. When we feel worried on the days our son seems upset, no matter how many times we call to check up on him, we are always greeted with a lovely voice and always get useful feedback, which as parents, is much-needed reassurance when we need it the most. We are extremely grateful to all staff and teachers.

I have been sending my daughter here since she was 4-months-old. She loves her nursery and has developed into a blossoming young toddler. The staff are amazing, very friendly and supportive. One of the best nurseries around. Well done, keep it up.

A wonderful nursery with very friendly and caring staff. Communication is so easy, and the staff are very warm and welcoming. My daughter looks forward to going into nursery every day and is having the best time of her life! It has great facilities, a lovely location and dedicated staff. A place that keeps one at peace as you know your child is in good care and will be well looked after. The online system which is used by the nursery on a daily basis is an excellent way to track your child's development and keep up with what happens at nursery. That, along with daily feedback from staff during pick up about your child’s day, as well as listening to and supporting you with concerns. The staff here also supported our daughter with key milestones such as self-feeding, potty training and confidence with other peers. Our experience of the nursery has been fantastic, and we would definitely recommend to others.

Such an amazing nursery. The staff are lovely and really care about each individual child. Our little girl has made such a great connection with both the children and staff. The interaction between the staff and parents is great; we are updated with everything possible to support our child.
