As a parent, choosing the right nursery for your child is such a daunting and nervous time, but I have been so impressed with Jesters Day Nursery and Pre-School. Having already seen how well my nephew thrived, this gave me comfort and confidence that choosing Jesters was the best decision for my own child. The staff are amazing, they always communicate well with us and keep us fully updated on how our child is doing each day. My child loves going in and it is very clear that he has such a great bond with his teachers. Since starting Jesters, his learning and development has just grown and grown. As parents, we could not be prouder of how well our child is doing and how well cared for he is by all staff.

Jesters Day Nursery and Pre-School Beaulieu is a lovely nursery. Both of my sons have attended and they have thrived under their care. The staff are always very welcoming, warm and caring. Safeguarding measures are excellent. We receive regular updates of activities throughout the day on the app, and at pick-up we get a brief summary of our child's day from staff. My oldest son has recently started Primary School and the transition was very easy with the skills and confidence he gained at Jesters. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Jesters Day Nursery has been a fantastic place for both my son and, before him, my daughter. The staff in every room are incredibly attentive and genuinely care for the children. They encourage learning through play, fostering creativity and curiosity. Also, the nursery is always clean. I genuinely recommend Jesters.

We were a bit nervous about sending our child to nursery at first but within a couple of weeks, we saw how settled he became and he was so excited to go in each morning. He absolutely idolises his key workers and has made some lovely friendships with the other children. Jesters Day Nursery are good at keeping the app up to date with our child's activity throughout the day and we get a full debrief when we come to collect him. Whenever we have any concerns or questions, the staff have always gone above and beyond to help/advise us. I wholeheartedly trust the staff with the safety and welfare of our child. Jesters is perfect for our little boy and I would definitely recommend them as a nursery.

Very happy with Jesters, my son has thrived under their care and is always happy to be going to nursery. The staff are responsive to any concerns or changes that I wish to make to my son's routine.

The nursery has been brilliant at developing and caring for my child. She has come on leaps over the last year and that is in large part to her time at Jesters.

Nursery have been really open and accommodating at meeting my son's needs and listening with us in order to do this. Very happy with everything overall.

Jesters is a great nursery for my son. He has been here for almost 2 years now and his development continues to impress us due to the stimulation he receives here.

Very pleased with the nursery from the moment my son started attending it. The staff are very pleasant and communicative. My son loves it here!

Average experience. Little consistency in staffing, heavy reliance on agency, and staff get shifted between rooms and sites - at times would question ratios with qualified staff. Poor facilities, often untidy outside and many blankets, toys and books left outside overnight. Unlikely to be cleaned. No good outside facilities compared to neighbouring nurseries. Overly ambitious food menu for little tummies, expensive surplus for funded 3-4-year-olds. Individually staff are nice and capable but would appear little resource to support staff needs or new staffing and old toys and resources used for children which would make things difficult.

Our son has been attending Jesters Day Nursery and Pre-School, Beaulieu for 9 months now and has settled in really well. The staff are fantastic and he is really happy there. We enjoy seeing the updates on his app and are pleased with his development.

Fabulous nursery, professional and caring staff! Thank you for all your efforts, guys! No money would pay for your efforts - couldn't be happier with Beaulieu Jesters. The staff are so kind and caring; they all know my son, and they are as excited as me when he does new things. It's a home away from home.

The team have taken great care of my children and show care and respect for them and their differences. The team have increased safeguarding measures and is regularly posting updates about meals, learning and activities throughout the day. Thanks to the team.

Another wonderful experience at Jesters stay-and-play. I'm always blown away by how fantastic all the nursery teachers are and how well they know the children and engage with them. Thank you for making us feel so welcome at the session this morning and for all the fun activities. My son Alistair and I had a lovely time.

The staff at the nursery are all so friendly and always professional. They genuinely care about my son, and his key workers have all been amazing. As a mother on her own, the support from this nursery is everything to me. They support my son's learning, and he is so happy there. He forms friendships and learns valuable social skills. The meetings to discuss his progress are regular and well thought out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery. For my son and I, it is a real source of happiness in our lives. We love the nursery and all the staff.

Wonderful nursery, great staff and great communication! My daughter has been there from the get-go! Never any issues! Will be sad to say goodbye. Definitely recommend sending your children to this nursery.

I was nervous at first about dropping my one-year-old daughter to nursery. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating to help her settle in. They plan a diverse range of activities throughout the day, including outdoor play, painting, water play, and reading/singing/dancing. I love how the garden is a shared space, so my daughter was able to interact and learn from older children as well as her peers. The food is good quality and varied, and the nursery is now in constant open communication with parents about taking feedback and further improving nursery provisions. They have recently removed the term-time-only provision, which is a shame. The nursery has recently launched a new app to provide live daily updates. The use of this app has been a little bit slow and inconsistent, however, it is improving as they get to grips with the software. One lady at Jesters (who was in Fawn's room) is particularly wonderful, and my daughter adores her. Overall, definitely recommend.

My children have absolutely thrived in this setting. All staff are so friendly and truly care. The food is varied and nutritious. When we drop our children off, they run into the nursery, and we don’t worry, as it feels like we are dropping them off to family.

We moved our daughter to Jesters after a poor experience with a nearby nursery. We have been delighted by how our daughter has settled in and loves her time there. The management team have navigated some difficult challenges during the pandemic and have had to find their feet, but the care our child has received has remained outstanding throughout. She skips into ‘school’ (as she calls it) and is always smiling when she leaves, which gives us total confidence she is being entertained and nurtured throughout the day. After some initial technical stumbles with their new ‘app' system, the reports as to how she’s doing come through regularly and with sufficient detail for us to trust the team have everything in hand, and we’re very pleased with how it works. All of the team know our daughter by name, and it’s clear they care about her progress and wellbeing. Special thanks to one lady, who she adores. Thanks, Jesters.
