As a parent, leaving your child in the care of another can be difficult with all the worries and concerns that come naturally with it. Without a doubt, the staff at N Family Stratford have made this transition for both our child and us brilliant. Throughout our experience so far, we have really felt that we have been listened to and they have even personalised activities for our child. Communication has been second to none and we have been really happy with how our child continues to grow and develop here.

A great nursery. Our son learns so much and loves to go to nursery each day - probably helped by the amazing food he gets to eat. Special shout out to The Gym room team, so caring and kind for each of the children!

So very happy with our experience at the nursery. We have 2 children who attend here. The food and menu is fantastic. We're really impressed with what our children are learning in their rooms. My daughter in particular who is in the pre school room constantly comes home and surprises us with new skills she has learned. My son has just started at the nursery and he has settled so well. We've always felt like we're part of the family. There have been some teething problems over the years but the nursery have been great at responding to any issues and working to improve those. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to other families and in fact I have done several times.

Our daughter loves coming here. We were so anxious about her starting nursery but after her first two weeks here she was thriving. She loves all the activities and the food and the atmosphere generally is really lovely and inclusive. The staff are brilliant, particularly her key people - we feel very lucky that she has her primary and secondary key people and the team as a whole are all wonderful. Any issues we've had or any questions over administrative things or payments, the management team has always acted swiftly and efficiently. A particular staff member has been great answering all our questions and queries. We would highly recommend this nursery.

We have had a wonderful experience at N Family Olympic Park and our son is now happily enjoying his time in the Gym, having started at the nursery nearly a year ago. The staff are all so friendly and kind, and they do an amazing job at supporting the development of all the children at the nursery. They are constantly thinking of new and creative ways to help the children learn and they come up with exciting activities every day. The whole experience is excellent, from the food they provide to the extra activities that they put on outside of nursery hours (Halloween party, Christmas party, graduation events etc.). We are so grateful for everything the nursery does and our son absolutely loves spending his time there!

My elder daughter has been going to this nursery for the past 2.5 years. The staff in all the rooms she has been to have been lovely, supportive and engaging, encouraging her through developmental milestones. There is a good sense of community at the nursery, with many locals maintaining a relationship outside nursery time also. They frequently go outside, mostly in the inner garden but occasionally outside (if I could give one advice, I guess they could be taken outside more often). The nursery is indeed quite expensive.

All-round excellent nursery with great purpose-built facilities and lovely staff. Our daughter has been there for nearly 3 years and both she and we have been happy with our experiences. A good deal of the N family brand (corporate communications, app, stash, educational jargon, motivational slogan posters etc.) seems to be aimed more at the billpayer's experience than the child's, but we can't fault the care our daughter has received there. Having looked around practically all the nurseries in the area, N Family Club Stratford is a clear front-runner.

I love this nursery. No complaints. Very thoughtful and inclusive. The team support children and parents. Looking forward to my son joining his sister next year. I feel it was overall a very great choice. Great work N family!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! It has been absolutely amazing to see how much my son has developed in just 2 months of attending N Stratford! Every morning we get updated on the planned activities for the day which is fantastic! As well as receiving photos and videos of what's gone on throughout the day on the app. There is always so much available for them to do. My son runs straight into the nursery excited for his day which is lovely to see. He tells me he loves his new nursery and that he is happy! He has made so many friends from the local area too. The educators and facilities at N Stratford are what make this nursery so special!

My baby has just completed her first week at N Family Club Nursery and I'm extremely pleased with the settling-in experience so far. I had been nervous for months about leaving her for the first time, especially since she's always been very attached to us. However, she adapted surprisingly quickly, thanks to the caring and patient staff who have made her feel safe and comfortable. The consistent communication has also been a huge relief, as the photos and updates from her teachers allow me to see how well she's doing. I'm excited for the weeks ahead and grateful for the wonderful care she's receiving.

Highly recommend N Family Club - Stratford! The staff are attentive and the nursery planned lots of activities for the kids daily, both indoors and outdoors. The facilities are fantastic and it has its own enclosed garden as a safe space for the kids to play and enjoy the weather. The biggest stars are really the educators. They spent time to better understand our child as everyone is different, they are patient and really care for our child. At the end of the day, they'll share feedback on how the day went and are more than happy to work with us to provide a happy environment for our child. Our child can already say their names and we feel she is happy there!

We couldn't be happier with N! Our baby started at around 6 months old and the team have been so amazing supporting his development, getting special equipment to help him sit and stand as well as celebrating his milestones. We've been with N for over 6 months now and it's wonderful to see how happy our baby is to go to nursery every day, to be kept up to date with what he gets up to and see the innovative activities they come up with every day. I recommend N to everyone and genuinely don't think we could be luckier with the staff, their kindness and care. Thank you so much!

Excellent nursery! The staff are relaxed, happy and engaged, and this lets them give alot of attention to the children. Our child settled quickly and enjoys every day. The communication is brilliant, all within an easy to use app, anything you need is a breeze. We choose this nursery based on observing the staff and children and have found it be as brilliant as expected.

This nursery is run like a business (in the spirit of its founders!). Not set up to support parents. Our child attended the nursery for over 2 years & we had to fight countless battles. From day one, we had numerous conversations with the management. Our concerns about our child's development were neither addressed nor listened to. Staff seem to come and go and people with no management experience are offered management roles. Instead of creating a thriving learning environment, our child was offered a place to be looked after, nothing more. The management was terrible and there is a clear lack of communication and flexibility. Fees are regularly increased without justification. It's nice to have an appealing nursery design, and I guess we fell into the branded trap, but it's not just about the shiny surface, it's about the actual content, which is clearly lacking here. It was all heartless, and I wish we could erase that experience.

Our daughter transitioned to N Family Club from another nursery in May and we couldn’t be any happier. The management team are knowledgeable, supportive and understanding and the class staff are just incredible. The culture is spot-on and everyone (children, parents and staff) appears genuinely happy and valued. I work in education so know how important this is for children’s development. We used to struggle to get our little one out of the front door each morning but since she started at N Family, she literally runs and talks about “Club” all the time. The info we receive on a daily basis is very impressive and we always know what is happening each day as teams share photos of the activities in advance. Our daughter loves being out and about and really enjoys Forest School. She’s only been at N Family for a few months but she’s made so much progress with her communication and understanding. We’re so proud of her and grateful to the staff. Thank You everyone!

N Family Club - Stratford is outstanding. The care our son has received there has been incredible, empathetic and deeply personal. Every member of staff is knowledgeable and provides unique care. They all understand the curriculum and come up with such fun ways of providing learning for the children. Every day at pick up we get a full brief about how the day has gone and it's clear that the carers, and especially our son's key carer, is deeply invested in each activity. Our son loves being at nursery and we have seen so much development and growth from him since he started attending in June last year. The nursery managers are very responsive and proactive, keeping us informed and updated about our son's care. Would definitely recommend this nursery!

Our daughter has had an amazing time at N Family Club since starting the first day the nursery opened. She has been welcomed by all of the incredible educators and management staff, and we have watched her grow, develop, and thrive as she has moved through the rooms. All of the educators work tirelessly to provide educational and fun activities to keep her entertained but also challenge her to learn new things, integrating the EYFS framework. We are so grateful for all of the support the nursery has provided and are very happy we chose N Family Club as the place to send our daughter!

We sent both our children to this nursery. We had a few ups and downs but the staff and management listened to our issues and handled them professionally. We are very pleased with the nursery staff. Not only do they look after kids indoors but also take them to forest school - make them aware of nature and the environment. Kids and parents are welcomed with a big smile. All the activities are very well planned and organised.

Great place, lovely and attentive staff. Good learning activities and good food variety. My daughter has plenty of time in the garden and she is well looked after by team members in her room. Would definitely recommend it.

N Family Club Stratford is a wonderful nursery with caring staff. I have sent both my children there and have been so pleased with their care of children across a range of ages. They design thoughtful, engaging activities for the kids and encourage lots of outdoor play and forest school adventures. The extra activities - "N Extras" - are a wonderful bonus, but honestly the biggest draw is the caregivers, who are obviously dedicated to the children and foster a warm, loving learning environment. The space is wonderful - rooms filled with natural light, lovely wooden toys, and a big garden with water play, slides, a track, and lots of opportunities for exploring. The food provided to the children is high quality and your child's activities and schedule are updated regularly throughout the day using an app. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone (and have to many of my friends!).
