Both of my children have attended Jack Straws Lane & I have always felt confident that they are being well cared for, encouraged & supported by the staff. The outdoor learning is excellent & both of my children have been very happy here.

We love Kids Planet Nursery in Jack Straws Lane. I feel my boy is in excellent hands. The level of care and supervision is excellent and the outdoor activities, and access makes it extra special. I can't wait to send my second boy here! :)

I am very happy with Jack Straws Lane Nursery. The staff are warm, caring and truly dedicated to children's well-being and development. Both my son and daughter love coming here, and its amazing to see their confidence and learning flourish. The nursery offers engaging activities and provides lots of outdoor time which they love. Communication with parents is excellent. Thank you to the wonderful team!

We are delighted with this day care. The team of childcare professionals is warm, kind and motivated. The facilities are pleasant, beautifully decorated, and include a large outdoor space where the children can thrive. The activities offered are varied and engaging, ensuring that every day is enriching and enjoyable for the children. I especially appreciate that they spend a lot of time outdoors, playing and exploring. Finally, the meals are carefully adapted to each child's needs. We are grateful to have found such a caring and stimulating environment for our child!

We are so pleased with this nursery. We have had 2 children go through the nursery and couldn't be happier. The staff are caring, creative, and professional. The children get to experience many different things and spend plenty of time outside. Would definitely recommend it.

We have had the most wonderful experience since our son joined Kids Planet Jack Straws Lane in August 2024. Our son has settled in so well and absolutely loves the staff especially his main carer. As a first time parent, I cannot describe the relief of leaving him with everyone in Jack Straws Lane, a home away from home. Developmentally, the staff have been so engaged with his progress and helped him progress. We couldn't be happier with our experience to date and feel very lucky to have a got a place here.

Jack Straws Lane is just excellent. Our first son attended from 6 months to school age and we are thrilled our second got a place in the babies' room! The staff are so kind and caring, treating the children like their own. We couldn't be happier.

We love this nursery! Our son is so happy every morning when he walks through the door. The team are wonderful, and the atmosphere is cheerful and joyous. The team work very hard to organise fun activities and trips for the children. Our son needed special assistance with glue ear for a while, and the team have been very skilled at attending to him. It's the best nursery!

Kids Planet Jack Straws Lane is a lovely nursery setting. The staff are truly caring for the children. The children are stimulated and encouraged to learn new skills at a pace that is right for them. Their curiosity is encouraged and if they show a particular interest the staff will go out of their way to help support exploration in that area. The amount of time spent outdoors, regardless of weather, is to be particularly commended, teaching children that there's no such thing as bad weather. We couldn't be happier with Jack Straws Lane as our child's nursery.

My daughter is currently in the under 2's room at the nursery and is enjoying it greatly. She walks into the room with a big smile every morning and goes and hugs one of the carers there waiting for her. Not only is she excited to be dropped off but usually when I attend to collect her she is in no hurry to leave and wants to stay playing with the kids and toys, in particular when it's story time, she does not want to leave. She has learnt a wide array of skills and has grown independent. The staff are all so lovely, knowing my daughters name even when they are not in the same class. Her key worker is exceptional and my daughter has a very strong bond with her which started from day 1. A huge thank you to all the team.

I am very happy with Kids Planet Jack Straws Lane Nursery. The staff are taking so much care of my daughter. She is happy and enjoys her time at nursery and she is learning a lot. Also, the staff helped us with everyday tasks such as convincing her to wear shoes!

Jack Straws is an outstanding nursery and we feel lucky we sent our child there. The staff are great. The facilities are fun and the setting is safe.

My little girl joined this nursery when she was just over 1 year old. She is very attached to me and I was worried about her. As time has gone by she has a good bond with her key person and other teachers in the room. She settled in very well. Thanks to all the teachers in the room for their kind help.

The nursery is very safe and clean. The staff is attentive and caring. They put on fun events and daily learning tasks for the kids. Beautiful property that is well maintained. Plenty of pictures are posted for parents to see. Again the staff is awesome and well trained. Would recommend this nursery to others over others I have viewed.

My son is leaving this nursery today which is very sad but he had a lovely 2 years stay at Jack Straws Lane Nursery. Here they have the best staff. They are always helpful, friendly and kind-hearted. My son has developed very well on all sides and has become confident. He enjoys communicating with others and the staff encouraged a lot on his imagination. The Jack Straws Lane Nursery built great connections with parents, and also a social network for families in which we engaged a lot! Highly recommend!

Jack Straws Lane Nursery is amazing, from the carers to the facilities, everything has always exceeded my expectations. Our children love it here and we always feel that they are well supported. The management is responsive to queries and very professional. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

What I particularly like about Kids Planet Jack Straws Lane is that the kids spend most days outdoors and playing with natural objects and toys. The menu is well-balanced and my daughter is very happy with it. The staff is very friendly and helpful when needed.
