The staff at Banana moon are always welcoming to both my child and us as a family. There's never a day that my little one doesn't come home, smiling. The team are really brilliant at building relationships with the children, as well as always discussing what's been done that day, what the children have been up, eaten and the interactions they have. I really enjoy receiving the updates about the day with pictures, so I can see what my little one gets up to. The rooms are filled with lots of toys and engaging activities for them to do. And they go out into the garden almost daily, which my child loves. I like that the children get time to socially engage with their own age group, but also those in other rooms, building on those crucial skills of multi interaction levels.

My child goes to this nursery and I am very happy with it. The staff are very friendly, the place is clean, they cook good meals and my child loves being there! Love the fact you can get updates and photos of your child through the nursery app too! Gives me piece of mind and is lovely to see what they get up too when I am working! Very happy with the nursery, so is my child. No complaints & thank you all

Banana Moon is a lovely nursery with staff who go above and beyond to make sure my little boy is happy and feels comforted and safe. The staff are so attentive and communication is great, we are updated throughout the day with a snapshot of how his day has been and the activities he has been up to. They are supportive and encouraging and continuously helping my little one to achieve different milestones. A fantastic place that is also very flexible and accommodating.

Banana Moon is an excellent nursery. My daughter has settled in really well there and always enjoys her sessions there. They've been amazing with her. The communication with the staff is always really good and I love getting the updates I receive during the day. I couldn't recommend them enough!

We are so happy with Banana Moon. The staff is warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children's growth. Our son loves going every day and has made amazing progress both socially and academically. The activities are engaging, and communication with the staff is excellent. We feel truly grateful for the safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment they provide. Highly recommend

There's a feeling of calm and complete acceptance in Banana Moon. No matter how hectic the morning might have been, I walk into that nursery like to a temple. Everyone is kind, down to earth and efficient. Definitely the strongest point of this marvellous setting is their staff. They've supported us through the first childcare experience for our youngest, sleep training challenges, weaning, potty training - all with a smile and constant reassurance, as well as professional knowledge. The app is good, you can see at a glimpse how the day has been and what might need attention later. Nutrition is also taken care of with home cooked meals. There's an outside space with good air. Finally, there's ample parking, flexible sessions, and good value for money. Thanks, Banana Moon, you've been the perfect match!

Banana Moon Nursery is an absolutely lovely place. The staff is friendly, kind, and great at communicating with families about child progression. The environment is safe and nurturing, making it a perfect space for little ones to explore and learn. Highly recommended!

My son joined Banana Moon Day Nursery in April 2024 and has settled in so nicely to this warm and happy setting with the help of all the staff there. They go above and beyond to make my little boy feel safe and secure. The communication is great as I am updated throughout the day with his activities and pictures and a staff member will promptly respond to any query I have. My son loves the activities on offer, they are developmentally appropriate and engaging and he has learned so much through them already. He is always happy when I pick him up. Couldn't recommend this nursery more!

I am very grateful and pleased with the level of care and interest in my child to learn new things. I love the way the staff interact with the children. My son always has a fantastic day, he is always keen to see the staff. I am happy with the cleanliness. I enjoy seeing how excited the full moons are while doing activities with staff.

Great nursery with very friendly and caring staff. We saw a huge development in all areas of our child after a short period of time. A happy atmosphere is created for all kids to learn and grow. Highly recommended.

Our daughter has been attending Banana Moon Day Nursery for over six months and she absolutely loves it. The staff are all very lovely and take excellent care of her. We have needed some flexibility in our childcare and the nursery has been very accommodating to our requests. Couldn't recommend this nursery more!

My granddaughter has grown into a confident, polite and kindhearted little girl. I am sure that the love and support she gets from the staff at Banana Moon have played a big part in this. Her speech, comprehension and fine motor skills have improved so much since she started at Banana Moon. The staff and children always have a smile; everyone is having a good time.

My daughter joined Banana Moon in January 2024, in March she turned 2 and transitioned into her class above. I was blown away by how smooth the transition was. My little girl was apprehensive at first but as soon as she enters her class she is immediately at ease as the staff are so attentive. We have regular updates throughout her day, she is always handed back to us clean, happy and well-fed. My daughter attends Banana Moon two days a week but throughout the week she will talk about all staff and clearly has bonded brilliantly with the entire team. As a family we looked at many nurseries as there are a lot in our area, instantly we knew Banana Moon would be the perfect environment for our little girl. She is a bright girl but she has thrived since attending Banana Moon.

My daughter started Banana Moon Day Nursery on opening day. She is cautious about who she goes to and I was worried that she wouldn’t settle. She was perfectly fine and she loved the staff, particularly her baby room leader. She is always happy whenever I pick her up. I receive regular updates on the app. The staff are lovely and attentive to your child's needs. They recently hosted the mums for a Mother's Day brunch where we got to meet other parents. Overall, I’m really happy with how my daughter is getting on there.

Banana Moon Day Nursery is a lovely nursery, everyone is so nice, welcoming and friendly. They are also very supportive and my child feels very safe and happy there, she talks about all the workers often at home. They’ve also supported her eating habits as I was afraid she would not eat but glad to hear she is and she does much better at home as well.

Our little boy absolutely loves Banana Moon, I couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are amazing and really go above and beyond. The nursery itself is big, bright and has a lovely garden! Meals are always nutritious and we always get regular updates throughout the day. Our son was at another nursery for over a year and I can honestly say that we’re so glad we found Banana Moon and made the switch, he goes in and out every day with a smile on his face, excited for his day, which is something we struggled with before. Would highly recommend.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Banana Moon since our son started last month. The settling-in process was smooth and tailored to the individual and subsequently our son has settled in quickly with no issues. Since then he’s loved his nursery days. We are kept regularly updated with information and photos which we love. There are a range of activities on offer both indoor and outdoor. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this nursery to others.

My little girl has settled in really well here and she absolutely loves it. Has even started trying foods she refused to eat before. Can’t fault the staff and always gets updated reviews during the day of what she’s done and eaten and how much fun she’s having. Would highly recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery.

I looked at 4 nurseries within Tunbridge Wells for my little girl. Banana Moon was my last look around before I gave up. I was sold right away. The nursery manager is wonderful, she is professional, down-to-earth and fun. It’s clear the children all love her. My 1 year old settled immediately as the staff were all so attentive. They introduce her to great activities and have her enjoy every meal. She is handed back to me clean, happy, chatty and excited to show me new things she has learnt. I honestly couldn’t be happier!
