Absolutely cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Our son has recently joined, and from the very first enquiry to his settling-in period, the entire experience has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly welcoming and professional, and they've created a nurturing, safe environment where our little one feels comfortable and happy. I feel truly confident leaving my child in their care, knowing that he is in such capable hands. If you're considering a nursery, I would wholeheartedly recommend this one to anyone.

This is my little one's first week at nursery and so far, I really can't fault the experience. The staff in the baby room are so attentive and caring. I spent time during the settling-in period in the room with the staff and children and you can really tell how much they care for each child and their needs. As a first-time mum and someone who was extremely nervous, this week they have certainly made this transition much easier. The app updates and run down of their day when collecting him has provided so much peace of mind. Great experience so far.

My little boy settled in so well the nursery has a great range of fun things for the kids to do and learn at the same time. The app is great and it's always up to date on what my child's up to. Friendly staff.

We're really happy with how this nursery and the staff take care of our child. It took me months to find the right nursery for my daughter but this one stood out. The staff are so kind and caring and I've seen huge improvements in her confidence and language. She really enjoys her time here and looks forward to going in. As a parent, it's such a relief knowing she's happy and safe in a place where she feels comfortable. The staff are amazing, they're always friendly and go out of their way to help. Seeing my daughter who used to be clingy, become more confident has been incredible, all thanks to this nursery and their staff. The facilities are great, everything is safe, and she loves the activities they do each day. I also love getting updates from staff about how her day went. I'd highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, fun, and educational place for their child. The team really goes above and beyond!

I would absolutely recommend this nursery, the staff keep you updated with your child's day and no request is a bother to them, each and every member of staff is dedicated to ensuring each child has the best possible day, every day.

My child has been attending this nursery for a while and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention they receive. Since the new head and assistant staff took over, the level of care has noticeably improved. The staff are incredibly nurturing, creating a warm and secure environment where children feel safe and welcomed. They provide a perfect balance of structured activities and free play, fostering both creativity and social development. What I appreciate most is the consistent communication with parents. I am always well informed about my child's progress and any upcoming events. The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of educational toys and resources, making it a fantastic space for children to learn and grow. Overall, this has been a highly positive and enriching experience for our family. We're very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery. Really Bright Starts!

Staff here genuinely care about the children they look after. Communication with parents is open and receptive to the family's needs. Children are treated as individuals and encouraged and well supported. Staff are polite and keen to foster a positive relationship with both kids and their grown-ups. My child is excited to arrive in the morning and full of smiles when I collect her. They've been working very hard to build creative areas for the children to learn and explore and a lot of thought has gone into every play section. It's worth noting my child has additional needs and the staff have worked closely with us to make sure she is included and supported.

Excellent nursery school, my kids have been attending since they were babies, they are now preschool-age. Can't find a fault, great atmosphere and safe environment and most of all, my kids enjoy attending.

My little girl's confidence has grown so much since she started at Bright Starts Nursery in February. She loves being at nursery and loves spending time with all the other children. This was the main reason I put my girl into nursery as she didn't spend much time with other children and I'm so glad I did because she's come on leaps and bounds. Whenever she's not at nursery she's asking to go so that gives me confidence that she is well looked after and also having a great time while she's there. The outdoor facilities are fantastic!

Staff are all brilliant and over the past year built a lovely relationship with our son, he is so happy when he sees the girls. Very good communication from the nursery with pictures and updates about how his day is going.

I absolutely love the nursery. All of the staff are fantastic and have great relationships with all parents and children, even the children who aren't in their class. Everyone knows everyone and it's such a warm home/family feeling. My daughter has been attending since she was 8 months and will be 3 come January. The support I have received and how much my daughter has come on is unbelievable. I couldn't recommend this nursery any more.

I cannot praise the nursery and the staff enough! The rooms are lovely and nicely laid out, the children get to mix with the different age groups too. It's the staff that make this place though! From the staff in the rooms to the management, they are all friendly and professional. I feel that I can go to them about anything and they really put me at ease. My daughter loves it there and really enjoys her time. I feel that she is safe and well looked after.

My child always has a good time at Bright Starts Nursery. And she has advanced with her verbal skills and motor skills a lot ever since she started attending Bright Starts. Staff are fabulous, very attentive, caring and thoughtful. During the time of transitioning from baby room to toddler room, my child had a bit of hard time for dealing with that, but the staff would quickly respond to her insecurity and settle her and assure me that if everything was ok afterwards. I can see my child is really enjoying her time at Bright Starts because every morning she is a bit grumpy to let me dress her up, but if I say you're going to the nursery she would immediately jump up and let me change her outfit. Thank you guys for giving my child such a great time with you and letting her feel loved and cared every time she's there.

My son has grown and grown with confidence whilst attending this nursery over the past 3 years. We really appreciate the regular photos and updates on the app and the recent upgrades to the nursery facilities and environment. My son loves the outside space and it is fun, engaging and safe.

Great nursery, staff are all very nice and I feel my son has come on so well since the nursery was taken over, and loves going in every morning. Outdoor space is great for the kids too since been all refurbished.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for 10 months, and overall, it's been a great experience. The transition from toddler room to the preschool room was much smoother for her, and she absolutely loves it. The staff understood that my daughter could be quite anxious and gave extended settling in days to preschool room and they were really patient and kind with her. The manager, has been extremely welcoming, and since taking over, there have been many improvements like new room equipment, toys, and a wonderful outdoor garden. The nursery tailors activities to each child's interests, which keeps our daughter excited about learning. Her eating habits have improved too, thanks to the great lunches - they inspire her to try new foods at home! She also learned the alphabet in sign language, a testament to the creative learning environment provided by the staff. The staff are always lovely and keep us updated on how her day goes at pick up. Highly recommend this nursery!

The staff have been great helping my son settle into nursery. They are all very attentive and there is always good communication from them. They spend a lot of time outdoors which my son loves. The nursery is welcoming from walking in the front door.

Our little boy loves this nursery, the working relationships he has developed with all the staff is second to none. Each member of staff knows him inside and out and accommodate his day to his strengths and interests, giving him choice to independently get the best out of his days in nursery. My son is full of stories from nursery and he talks in great detail about his day from breakfast to lunch to snack and all his activities in between. He totally thrives and since he started back in 2021, he has grown and developed more than we expected thanks to all the lovely staff, working not only with us, but also my son to get the best out of him and ensure we are working together to build on his solid foundation of knowledge and skills! Very grateful for you all.
