Kids Planet Burbage provides great care for my child. He always has such a good day when he is there, and comes away in a great mood. They are always ready to comfort my child in the morning as he does struggle with drop offs sometimes. Love how they get outside in all weathers. Great nursery

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kids Planet Burbage. The staff from the baby room, tots, toddlers and pre-school are fantastic. They always greet us with a smile on their face and are always happy to answer and support with any questions. The managers are always so helpful and approachable and communicate upcoming events with regular monthly newsletters. The children are provided with healthy home cooked meals and my son is always happy playing when I pick him up at the end of the day!

Overall positive experience. Transparency on pricing continues to be a challenge and no clear justification for multiple price increases in quick succession. Preschoolers suffer from over subscription now in the younger years and have been pushed into the oldest and most tired resources. Updates on the app are sporadic, very few pictures compared to previously, and these are often weeks after the event so lose the opportunity to have a conversation with child about it

Such a great nursery in every aspect. The management and staff cannot do enough for my son who has high care needs; they all genuinely care about him and nothing is too much trouble. He loves his days at nursery and is always so happy to be there. Can't rate Kids Planet Burbage highly enough

We have been using Kids Planet for both of our daughters since they were 1. The staff look after them as if they were their own and I really couldn't ask for more. I strongly believe it is the warm, caring staff that make this particular nursery so brilliant.

Kids Planet Burbage is a wonderful nursery. The staff are encouraging, enthusiastic and really care about the children. We get detailed handovers, updates about what activities the children are doing and regular learning stories via the app. The building is a great set-up with good outdoor space. The food menu is varied and I always smile when I see that the children have had second helpings. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Overall I'm so glad I selected this nursery for my son, the staff are so friendly and informative, my son loves the nursery and staff also and I feel so comfortable knowing he's in their safe hands. The app is also great for updates during the day etc.

The staff are all very friendly and caring, all staff know the child by name and greet as they come into the nursery. The child has a fantastic time and seems very well looked after. Developing in leaps and bounds with the help of the nursery staff. Feel like my child is known very well by staff members and they meet their physical and emotional needs very well. Staff have helped my child transition through having a new sibling, as well as helping me feel supported with the change too. Have absolutely no worries sending my child to nursery for the day.

I absolutely love this nursery, all of the girls are great and so welcoming. I've never worried about dropping my daughter off as I always know she's in good hands with staff who are kind, friendly and supportive and I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

The staff at Kids Planet are brilliant. They should be paid more for the quality of care they are able to give to the children. I'm glad that the staffing levels have finally increased for them to be able to do their job to the level and standard they aim for. This increase in staffing levels has been reflected in the happiness that my child now goes into nursery, which I do not feel is a coincidence. Thanks again!

My child has attended the nursery for two years he has SEN requirements which have not only been taken on board but have been embraced by the team at Kids Planet. Since attending nursery my child has overcome some challenges, I am a firm believer that the encouragement and social engagement he receives are fundamental to his development. Not only do they support my child but I too feel supported. They have engaged with external specialists, attended physio sessions and worked fantastically with our Portage worker. Our child comes home tired, messy and happy! Thank you!

My husband and I are very pleased with the nursery. All of the staff we have dealt with are friendly, helpful and excellent with the children. The range of activities and experiences on offer are great and really help the children to thrive and grow. We don’t worry at all about our son when he is at nursery, we know he is safe and happy and that is a credit to the staff who work there.

All staff are helpful and very knowledgable about our childcare. The pass over of information between staff is excellent so you feel safe talking with any staff member. Management are understanding and helpful with any issues we have. Overall our child loves going there. We love the new app and information we receive on there. It’s lovely to still be involved with her day even though our child is not with us.

All the staff are amazing! My child has such a great connection with her key worker, she adores her. As first time parents, the nursery has always supported us giving us tips and ideas, the most recent one was encouraging our child to brush her teeth. We mentioned to her key worker we were struggling to get her to do this. By the afternoon a moment had been added to the app where she was learning how to do this in a fun and interactive way, when night time came, she was so excited to brush her teeth. Even now every morning after she has brushed her teeth she says ‘my keyworker will be pleased’- life savers! My daughter thrives at nursery and loves going in every day. She’s just started preschool and can already see her becoming more and more independent. It’s the staff that make this such an enjoyable experience for my daughter. That’s every staff member, when my child was in the baby room to all the staff in toddlers and recently preschool staff.

No complaints, friendly staff, personable, approachable, daughter loves it so cannot complain. Love how flexible you are to adhoc days when needed and my daughter has such a great bond with all the staff, I think that just shows how great the nursery is, never worry when she is in your care.

My child has built an excellent relationship with his key worker at Burbage Kids Planet. He is always excited to go to her at drop off time and has plenty of smiles for all of the staff. The app keeps us informed and it is so helpful to know how much he has slept and eaten during the day so we know what he is going to require from us on an evening. The only thing that would assist me further would be if the menu was emailed out ahead of the week so that I could meal plan around what he is having at nursery.

Our son is in the preschool at Burbage Kids Planet. I can speak on behalf of myself and my wife that we couldn’t speak highly enough of the nursery and the staff. Two members of staff have been particularly supportive of our son as he has been diagnosed with global development delay, they have gone over and above with emotional support to us as parents and additional help with our son. This includes helping us with an EHCP application, DLA form and SEND support for the nursery for additional funding to support our son. We see the nursery as an extension of support we have around us to help with our son's additional needs. I would also like to thank the two members of staff who help look after him on a day to day basis, both these staff members especially give us peace of mind he is in safe hands when we are both at work. I would be happy to provide any further testimonials or recommendations - a superb team effort from everyone there. Thank you so much!

Love the nursery and all the staff are always friendly, helpful and supportive. My child loves spending time at the nursery and always looks forward to going. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff. Overall excellent nursery.
