Very confident in this nursery's ability and resources in looking after our child. She's been there since a baby and is now in preschool. It appears to be well-managed and policy is thoughtfully implemented.

The staff are all incredibly experienced and personal and more importantly, my son feels so comfortable there and truly has the best time each and every day. He has developed so much since he started at 8 months old (learning to feed himself for starters!) and he brings home a lot of what he has learnt. I get the impression they love my son and really look out for him. I would be happy to recommend this nursery to anyone as I couldn't ask for anything more.

It's a joy to see our son so well cared for and rapidly developing and thoroughly enjoying his time at nursery and the relationships he's built here. It's also great to have honest feedback about how he is getting on and new strategies we can employ to help him develop further. The staff are a delight and clearly dedicated to the children, though it's also clear they need to be given better Wi-Fi and phone lines to be able to do their jobs!

I have had the pleasure of having both of my children attend Bright Horizons Mount Carmel Day Nursery and Preschool for the past six years and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are caring, professional and dedicated to the children's development. The facility is warm and welcoming with space for children to explore and engage in a variety of activities that encourage learning and creativity. Communication has always been great, with daily updates that have kept me connected to my children's experiences. Over the years, I've seen my children grow in confidence and build strong relationships with both friends and staff.

We are very happy with the baby room and our little one is having a great time there. He loves the staff and they look after him very well. He enjoys all the activities every day and eats and sleeps very well when he is in there.

Our child has a lovely time in the nursery, looks forward to going. Enjoys the myriad activities and interacting with the staff. Long hours are available, which is a great help. We know they are well cared for and build a rapport with the staff and management. An excellent nursery where they do everything they can to build the community of parents and bring us in for activities.

My son has been attending the Mount Carmel branch since August 2023. I could not be more satisfied. They have (and are) supporting him in the best way possible. My son is genuinely happy to go in the morning (which was not always in his previous settings) and we see as parents a massive improvement not only in his behaviour but also in the way he expresses himself. The staff has been working with us side by side for the best interest of the child and it’s great to see professionals so passionate about what they do and also seeing them so attached, attentive and kind to all kids. A special shout out to the team in the 2-3’s room. They are just wonderful.

Bright Horizons Mount Carmel Day Nursery and Preschool has been excellent with our daughter. Her numbers and letters have improved dramatically in recent weeks and we couldn't be happier with her general progress. The staff are lovely and take excellent care of the kids.

I began sending my eldest daughter to Bright Horizons Mount Carmel Day Nursery and Preschool in March 2022 at 5 months old and didn't hesitate in sending her sister in November 2023, also at 5 months old. It was the best decision we made as we don't have family nearby. The support from the Mount Carmel team has been amazing. My children are very social, chilled and routined, which isn't all down to myself and my husband. They love going to nursery. I find the team and management very approachable. All of the girls are amazing with my girls and I find the management in the office very friendly and helpful. Another member of staff has also been amazing with advice on food ideas for when my girls are at home. Fantastic setting and I would highly recommend this nursery.

Our children are being brought up to be kind, curious, intelligent, thoughtful and confident - I'm very proud of the work the team at Bright Horizons Mount Carmel Day Nursery and Preschool are providing, it's giving the best platform to our children for a great future. The staff are passionate and approachable, the opening hours throughout the year are game-changers in providing flexibility and the overall environment is safe and nurturing whilst also being grounded in reality without privilege or exclusion.

Staff have been so amazing! Me and my husband are so thankful for the things that they do. They looked after my son really well, we saw a huge improvement with his communication skills and confidence after a few weeks of settling in. He loves his key worker and he is very comfortable with her. He used to cry a lot when I dropped him off, due to separation anxiety, but now he looks forward to coming to nursery.

Very nice place with a large outdoor space. Staff members are very nice and always try to find new activities for the kids. Management team is also very friendly and communicates well with the parents.

Good service but they can definitely improve the overall service, most of the staff is great. Outdoor spaces need to be improved as well as the overall level of cleanliness. Lastly, I would also suggest looking into the lights, some rooms are very dark.

My son is very happy at Bright Horizons Mount Carmel Day Nursery and Preschool and is always so excited to go into nursery. The staff go above and beyond and give outstanding care. I feel at ease leaving my son, knowing he will have a fantastic day and receive the best care.

We moved to this nursery recently after our previous one moved. Initially we didn’t sign up because it was more expensive but we have really felt the difference and actually it is worth the extra cost. Lovely staff, good environment with outdoor space, feel like they really care and involve the parents.

Overall a good experience for both our child and us parents. Staff and management are listening to any concern we might have and will respond to the best of their abilities. We have seen a good development of our child since he’s been at the nursery.

We are really happy with the nursery. Our son enjoys his time there, he's learning new skills every day. The staff are lovely people and they adapt to our needs and requests. Our son gets to try a variety of food that we wouldn't think of offering him at home. I wouldn't change him anywhere else and I would recommend it to my friends.

My son has been at Mount Carmel for three years and has been looked after brilliantly during that time. The team love the kids and everyone knows the children’s names, even if in a different room. It is such a friendly and caring atmosphere and the management team is so invested in both the children and the staff. We will miss nursery once school starts!

The nursery have been fantastic, especially in helping our daughter settle in. They are always accommodating and take on board any questions and concerns we’ve had. The staff in the baby room are friendly and kind. They always undertake a variety of activities and share them with regular updates on the app. The manager is well organized and quick to respond to queries. They have a varied and nutritious menu, meaning our little one has tried a lot more things than at home. Overall we’re very satisfied with our experience in the baby room.

Good service but they can definitely improve the overall service, most of the staff is great. Outdoor spaces need to be improved as well as the overall level of cleanliness. Lastly, I would also suggest looking into the lights, some rooms are very dark.
