Bright Horizons Chelsea has been a wonderful experience for our daughter. The staff are nurturing and dedicated, creating a safe and stimulating environment. We especially appreciate their flexibility in accommodating our schedules and the individualized attention they provide. Our daughter loves to go there and has thrived socially and academically, thanks to the engaging activities and excellent communication from the team. Highly recommended!

It's a very friendly environment, more like a family. Everyone is very helpful and loving. They try their best and keep you updated. Especially, the management has a close eye on the kids and their development.

We have been helped with a settling period for our daughter which was successful. Our daughter acquired confidence throughout the weeks, with improvements in dining and in relations with other children. We are very satisfied and also, the app is particularly amazing, we are able to monitor what our daughter is doing and what/how much food she is eating. Great idea!

Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool is a credit to the company and brand. They are nothing but caring and have a genuine love for the children that attend. The environment is so friendly and a home away from home, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

It is an open and honest nursery, fantastic to be with approachable employees. The manager is welcoming and addresses various topics. There is a new activity listed, the music lesson, that is a positive note to the day. My daughter is having a good time and she is making new friends each time a new child is added to the team. Finally, they organised a christening event that adds to the fun!

It has been a pleasure sending my two kids to nursery at Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool. I had the opportunity to speak to the manager many times, she has shown great leadership in the way she manages the nursery. She is very helpful with parents and very loving, caring to my kids! All the staff there are very good with the kids. My children come back home every day happy and always share all the interesting activities they have done through the day at the nursery!

I'm immensely grateful to Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool, a second home for my daughter for three years. The staff, from reception to teachers, are exceptionally warm and caring, dedicated to each child's development. Chelsea Day Nursery creates a secure and stimulating environment with bright, well-equipped classrooms and spacious outdoor play areas, promoting exploration and learning. Their strong communication with parents includes regular updates on our child's progress and engaging parent-teacher meetings. In summary, I highly recommend Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool. It has played a vital role in my daughter's early years and I am confident that the skills and values she has gained here will serve her well. Very happy with this nursery. Staff and management are great. They care. My daughter has been there since she was 11 months old, she’s now nearly 3. They have a lovely garden where the children get to enjoy as much as the weather allows them to.

I am thrilled to say that Bright Horizons, Chelsea has exceeded my expectations. The beautiful garden is a standout feature that my son who is 2 years old loves exploring and playing in. The staff are attentive to all of the children and create a warm and welcoming environment. Overall, I couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child. The app is also very useful and a great way to be informed about your child's activities while he is at the nursery.

Both of my girls joined Bright Horizons Nursery when 20 months old and they quickly learned to like it. I can also say that the staff has been friendly and caring, and the new management makes us feel welcome.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons for more than 3 months now and she has truly blossomed during her time there: social skills, first steps, eating food... The staff is super welcoming to both parents and children. My daughter wants to go to nursery every day and I can see she is enjoying it a lot.

Clean and safe environment. Well maintained. Just what I needed. Staff are kind, friendly and professional. I can do my daily tasks without worrying about where my child is. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my child there.

I recently joined this family but I was immediately enthusiastic about it. The nurses are always sunny, sweets, and with positive vibes, but at the same time very accurate and competent. The management is always always there to make sure everything goes well and nothing escapes them. The environment is clean with spacious rooms and above all an outside space where my little girl can play freely with sand, water and all! I'm happy, but above all, my daughter is more happy than me... so she would never want to come home when I go to pick her up! You are doing a great job!

I have found the staff to often go above what is expected. They are kind, they care about the environment they are creating in the nursery and they put the safety of the children first. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I feel a big change in the ethos since the change in management and am very happy with all the staff who take care of my little one.

My two children have attended Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool for the last four months. The team are a great bunch that are always happy and welcoming to children and parents. My youngest child has started taking steps whilst at the nursery and the team have supported so well with this. My eldest child is a very fussy eater but she is doing so well with the food served at the nursery. They both enjoy the food. The app is great - we get updates on the girls throughout the day, letting us know what they have been up to and things like nappies and food. Overall, a great nursery.

Our son has been going to Bright Horizons since May 2021. We started off at the Battersea nursery and moved to the Chelsea branch when Battersea closed for repairs. I was expecting Chelsea to be a professional and well-run nursery and it’s certainly that. I wasn’t expecting to feel so reassured and happy that my son is in such good hands in such a safe environment. The ladies and gentlemen working there are without exception kind and loving. I’m so pleased that they have taken such an active role in my son’s upbringing. My son is a wonderful boy and it’s thanks to the people who look after him. I’m very grateful to the three managers, to all the practitioners past and present and to the chef. Thank you! My family is very lucky to have you.

Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Chelsea since September 2022, she was 7 months old when she started. The staff are incredibly caring, loving, friendly and professional. I can see that they care for my daughter with genuine sincerity, we leave her every day knowing she's in safe and loving hands. They pay close attention to any illnesses/fevers etc in the group and contact us immediately if needed. The baby room is well equipped with age-appropriate toys, books and furniture with direct access to the garden and outdoor play area. There is freshly prepared hot meals and snacks available. The staff arrange stimulating activities, so the kids are always busy with something fun. The nursery app is very useful as it allows us to know what our daughter is up to throughout the day as well as seeing occasional photos. Our daughter loves her time at nursery and we plan to send her to Bright Horizons Chelsea until she starts school. We recommend this nursery wholeheartedly!
