Our child has been at Bright Horizons West Norwood Day Nursery and Preschool since January 2024 and she loves it. They put so much effort in to the activities, so our child always has a great time. The staff are kind, caring and really get to know your child. We couldn't be happier.

The staff at the West Norwood Bright Horizon Nursery are great. They are incredibly caring and attentive, making sure each child feels special and valued. The nursery is very accommodating to each child's needs and they take a lot of effort to follow each child's progress and development. The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of activities that keep the child engaged and excited to learn. The updates on the app is great, you get to follow what your child has been up to, what they eat, how well they've slept so that you can manage their evenings accordingly. We particularly love the photo updates! We are absolutely thrilled with the West Norwood Bright Horizon Nursery! Our son truly enjoys going there every day. We have seen such positive growth in our son since he started. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Bright Horizons. The staff here are truly exceptional, kind, supportive, and incredibly dedicated. Our little boy lights up with excitement every morning when he sees them, and the bond they've formed means the world to us. Knowing he's happy and well-cared for while we're at work is such a relief. The nursery itself is fantastic. The space is always spotless, and various activities and foods keep the children engaged and nourished. The early opening time is incredibly convenient for our schedules. Bright Horizons has become more than just a nursery for us; it's our extended family. The staff knows each child so well and genuinely cares about their welfare and development. With our family living far away, the support and advice we've received from the staff have been invaluable. We wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons Nursery West Norwood to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones.

We absolutely love this nursery! The staff are just amazing, so kind and supportive, our little boy is so excited when he sees them. They've got such a lovely bond which just means the world to us knowing he's happy when we're at work. The space is great, always so clean, variety of activities and different foods. Also very useful to be open at 7:30am. I honestly can't fault this place and would highly recommend it.

Since the moment my son started preschool, he loved everything, activities, and staff. We are happy to have chosen this school. He loves all his teachers and we are happy with all the support they provide and also all the activities.

Bright Horizons Nursery West Norwood was the best decision for our family. I’ll always be grateful for the amazing time and love my daughter received from all the staff. They make sure to create a fun and safe environment for the kids making sure to provide a lot of activities that help their development.

Amazing nursery. Our daughter loves going every day. The staff are so friendly, attentive and make it a comfortable environment for all the children. We would recommend the nursery to anyone. They keep us updated via the app and all the staff have gotten to know our daughter, not just her key worker.

We are very lucky to have found Bright Horizons West Norwood and my son is very happy there (he’s been going since 6 months old and is now 3). We couldn’t rate it highly enough. In particular the staff are all amazing. We will definitely be sending our daughter there when she turns 6 months old next year.

There is nowhere that I would be happier to leave my kid on a daily basis. Just the best and loveliest group of caring people that look after the children. The other lovely kids are a credit to them all!

Our 1-year-old daughter joined Bright Horizons West Norwood Day Nursery and Preschool in September and we are thrilled with how well she has settled in. The team are amazing – so welcoming, kind and supportive. They’ve really helped to build our daughter’s confidence and they’re great at keeping us updated on her progress and what she gets up to each day. The facilities are excellent too, with a wide range of toys, books and different activities planned. We’re also really pleased that the children spend time outside every day. I also love that parents are welcome to visit any time – I recently did a storytime in the baby room which was very sweet!

Bright Horizons West Norwood Day Nursery and Preschool provide excellent care for children; we have always felt our children happy, safe and looked after. It has meant not having to worry when we are at work because we know they are having a great time with lots of stimulating activities and lots of love and care from the exceptional staff there.

The best. Always helpful, always supportive, super friendly and focussed on our child and their development. They’re always happy when they’re dropped off and the development has been incredible. I couldn’t imagine having our little one anywhere else.

We have been so pleased with Bright Horizons and how our son has thrived there since he started attending. The staff are lovely and very caring and the managers are very engaged and attentive. We love the ethos at the nursery as well as the welcoming environment, rooms and outdoor spaces. We particularly like the fact that each age group/cohort has their own dedicated space and outdoor space, which is not something we have seen at many other nurseries.

I currently have two children at Bright Horizons West Norwood Day Nursery and Preschool - one in the preschool room and another in toddlers. From the moment we went to look around it felt like home away from home. Both children have forged such special relationships with their key workers and the other adults in the setting and I feel confident and happy leaving them each day. My oldest is already insisting his room adults join him at ‘school’ next year! I cannot praise the staff enough for knowing my children inside out. The room activities are purposeful and well-planned, as are the enriching trips and experiences on offer throughout the year. And I love seeing what they get up to on the app updates! A huge thank you to the manager and her team at West Norwood.

Just would like to say a big thank you from my heart for all your hard work, love, dedication, and patience to all the children. I genuinely didn't want my daughter to leave because I know how well she has been taken care of since she started as a 1-year-old. All of the staff are so caring, positive, supportive, and ever so passionate. Gorgeous nursery with a real family feel. My daughter has been through each age group and now my son has started. The staff care deeply for the children - all of them know mine by name whether they care for them directly or not. Preferences are listened to and respected. My first was happy there and my second is too. I'm always confident they are safe and well cared for.

This is such a great nursery - all the staff are friendly and really care about all of the children. There are so many activities, from sensory play, to imaginative play. My son is quite sensitive but he has developed so much here, bonding with his key workers and making friends. The nursery manager is very hands on, organised, encouraging and I think runs the nursery brilliantly.

My daughter has had the best time at Bright Horizons. They have created a lovely warm and fun environment in which my daughter has been able to make great friendships. She loves the sensory and messy play and I think it creates a sense of adventure and exploration for them to develop. She is always eating new and exciting things at nursery that she wouldn’t necessarily get to try at home.

I love the Nursery, they are really loving with my son. My son finds it really hard to come into the nursery. They are really loving to always come out to help me down the street to get him in. Trust me, my son is hard work. And I love the fact that they are always helping us out every time. I love when you collect your child from Nursery and they tell you what my son did, what they eat how they enjoy playing outside in the garden, playing with friends. The Staff are always smiling and ready to tell you about your child then never tired.
