I am grateful to all of the staff who work at Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursey and preschoolers. My son is much happier since he joined Bank Street Brunch from Heron Quay Brunch. He is more confident and more active. I am appreciate what they have done to my son Lucas. He is always happy and stuffs are always caring and treat my don like a family. I am very pleased. Thank you all for your hard job!!!

I cannot recommend Bright Horizon Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool highly enough! From day one, I felt confident that my children were in the safest and most nurturing hands. The staff are wonderful-caring, supportive, and treat the children like family. What truly stands out is their focus on development and learning. The nursery offers a wide range of activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor play, sensory sessions, and early literacy and numeracy exercises. These activities have helped my children grow in confidence, communication, and social skills. Every day, my kids come home excited to share what they've learned and the fun they've had. The staff's dedication to creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment has made such a positive impact on our family. Thank you, Bank Street Bright Horizon for providing my children with a second home where they are safe, loved, and thriving!

My son attends this nursery and they have been wonderful in accommodating for him. They make everything extra special, they put so much effort into his activities and ensure he gets a wide variety of experiences. I am really grateful for the care and attention my son gets from Bright Horizons Bank Street. His key worker is very well experienced and they are working hard to develop him everyday. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my baby in their care.

Highly recommended. My son was originally at another nursery but I was continually frustrated at their deficiencies. Looking at multiple Bright Horizons, Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool felt different which was why we ended up choosing it. What an excellent decision that was! What worries I had about the lack of outdoor space were quickly assuaged when I saw the daily updates of the trips to the park and Canary Warf in general. The staff have created a really wonderful space for the kids. My 2-year-old literally runs to the front door of Bright Horizons Bank at every morning (he did not do this for his other nursery ). I am delighted by what a good time my son is having here and by how much he is learning. Every day it is a new word, song or silly move. I only wished I had sent him here from the start!

The fabulous team at Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool has made our toddler's recent transfer so welcoming. I was really nervous about the big change and with timings being challenging, I had my concerns. However, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us and my child is so happy there now - it's hard to believe I ever worried! The food always seems delicious and healthy and they do a wide range of activities, including creative indoor projects and regular excursions around Canary Wharf. Despite not having private outdoor space, the team takes the children out daily, giving them the chance to explore different areas instead of the same space every day. They also strike a great balance between providing updates via the app and not being on devices constantly to achieve this. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience - I can highly recommend to any parent.

Great childcare. Very understanding staff and supportive deputy manager not only with children but with parents. My child is still enjoying his time at the nursery, and I can't thank all the staff enough for the positive impact they are having on his development.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful nursery that has played such a significant role in my daughter's growth journey. The branch is managed very professionally, and the team there is exceptional. They pay careful attention to all the details and observe our kids attentively. The level of education quality, cleanliness, and activities are always top-notch.

My son has settled really well into Bright Horizons at Bank Street and much of that owes to the loving and patient staff. He definitely looks forward to going to school every morning (even though at times it's sad for me to see him go off with his teachers without much hesitation) and it definitely helps us focus at work, knowing that he is in good hands. The regular updates on the app help us keep up with his day-to-day development and definitely helps with our fear of missing out on his milestones. I would highly recommend the nursery to any prospective parents.

Our child loves going to the nursery every morning and seeing his friends and teachers. His mobility, interactions and daily walks around the Wharf have really helped his development. Additionally, the teachers ensure an almost daily update of our child's activities and behaviours. Finally, the daily healthy meal plan is brilliant (especially for working parents!). Would recommend right Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool.

Lovely place. My son developed a great relationship with his nursery nurse and the nursery has enabled him to really evolve his interactions with other children. I very much value my son' development at this nursery.

My son has been with the nursery for almost a year and he has made tremendous amounts of progress in every aspect. He was a bit slow to talk initially and the fact that we spoke a different language at home obviously didn't help, but since he's attended nursery, he started to speak both of the languages much better and more actively and has become properly bilingual. The staff made dedicated efforts to help kids with different language backgrounds, which we really appreciate. Every week we find that he's learned something new. The staff are always so cheerful, friendly and supportive and our son has developed really deep and trustful relationships with the team in his room (that he cries when he knows he will move to a new room as he grows). He also quite likes the food there. We are very happy with the nursery.

I have three children who currently attend the nursery, all starting at six months of age from March 2019 onwards. I am extremely happy with the levels of care and learning they get across all of the rooms, and I find the staff to be very kind and nurturing. The management team are incredibly responsive and supportive of anything I need for the children.

Very lucky for both of my sons to have their first teachers in Bright Horizons, Bank Street. Their key person is just brilliant and also the other staff are very kind and friendly. Managers and deputy managers are professional and well-organized. I am happy with the school's daily activities, schedule. The kids/babies learn a lot.

I am really happy with the nursery and the progress made by my child at the nursery. The staff are polite, professional and friendly. I can see that my son has developed a bond with his teachers and other children. He enjoys his time at the nursery as there are plenty of activities at the nursery. It's nice to see his daily updates on the app. It was an emotional journey for me when my son started his nursery, but I must say that the staff at Bright Horizons made all the effort to make it easy for us! I am very thankful to Bank Street Nursery staff. They are very caring and great professionals and helped my son to settle very quickly. My son has a strong personality and I was afraid that it might be difficult for him to settle into a new nursery, but he loves this nursery and asks me to bring him to nursery on weekends too! This never happened before.

The staff is genuinely close to the children, monitoring behaviors and giving guidance to parents. I love seeing my toddler learning fast too. The staff puts a lot of effort to enrich the schedule with activities and provide multiple occasions for children to interact with each other!

The nursery has education qualities, facilities and management at a high standard. My daughter has been with this nursery for nearly a year now and we are happy to see she is having good times with her class and the fast learning in speaking/communication and everyday motion skills.

Our experience at Bright Horizons, Bank Street has been excellent. The communication is regular and helpful. The staff are committed and provide our son with not only daily activities and development support, but also with a caring and comfortable environment. He has thrived during his time there.
