Little Pioneer's in Woolwich is such a beautiful nursery. The staff is so friendly and the kids love going there. I have heard so much about other nurseries and how badly they are run and organised and this one has shown a real different approach and the staff puts so much care into the kids and you can tell it's about the kids and not just to please the parents. Love sending my son here and the friendships he has made.

My son comes home happy. I'm impressed with staff and how all of them know my son's name even though some of them care for different room. I'm not worried when my child is there, I can always text his room or check on the app what's he's been up to. I can see he's also made developmental progress since joining.

I'd like to share a little feedback about the nursery. First of all, I want to say that all the teachers are very kind and do a fantastic job with the children; I've seen great progress in my daughter, and I'm truly grateful for that. Just a small suggestion: I've noticed that sometimes the environment could be a bit cleaner. I think it would be a good idea to avoid wearing shoes inside the room. I've noticed that children go to the garden and come back with dirty shoes, and parents or others also walk in with outdoor shoes. Since children often play on the floor, this could bring dirt and germs into the space, making it less hygienic for them. With illnesses like scarlet fever going around, perhaps more frequent and thorough cleaning could help ensure an even safer and healthier.

Phenomenal nursery, which my son enjoys and has fun! They really care for the little ones and we never regretted signing our son to this nursery! Well done for everyone that works at this nursery! Keep up with the good work!

A lovely nursery with really kind and caring staff. Our son loves attending and feels very well looked after while he's there. The staff are all lovely, supportive and understanding of the children's needs and really seem to care. We love it!

My toddler loves nursery and is doing very well developmentally. It is all thanks to the wonderful staff. They follow the EYFS curriculum closely and provide actionable feedback. Though the management has been in flux, it hasn't affected the quality of care and education. My feedback would be a little more transparency around daily/weekly activities if possible.

As parent of two children currently attending to the nursery, I am very pleased to see both of them very happy to be there. They love the staff and were able to make friends with whom they meet and play even outside the school days.

My twins have been at the nursery almost 2 years and from the very beginning, the staff have shown care, consideration and professionalism. During the induction session, my mind was instantly put at ease and this continued as my two moved up rooms. The nursery operates an inclusive setting for all families, taking note of the specific family set up details. The regular updates and family inclusion sessions have been amazing. The current manager started a few months back and within weeks you could see the beneficial changes she has made with the wider team of staff, which is instantly recognised when you visit the nursery. My twins are progressing really well and enjoy attending the nursery. I would highly recommend the nursery to others.

We have been with the nursery since 2023 and my daughter has grown in the nursery guidance. What I appreciate the most is the connection each of the teacher has with the kids, not only as a key person but in general. They see immense pride in how the kids develop, and as a working mom who doesn't get to spend the full day with baby, it is beyond reassuring to have a team like yours. All the teachers are brilliant!

We are so happy with the nursery and very grateful for the amazing staff there. Our daughter is really happy and continues to learn lots in pre-school. The new manager has also introduced some really positive changes to support with school readiness. The staff are really warm and caring and give so much support to our daughters development - thank you!

My daughter joined the nursery at 9 months old in July and we couldn't be happier. She is well supported and cared for, the practitioners are always welcoming and take time to get to know and understand her. Even though my daughter attends the Ladybird room, practitioners from all rooms make a great effort to interact and say hello which makes for a comfortable environment. My daughter is always so happy and has learnt so much. I'm excited to see how the rest of her journey goes thanks to the wonderful staff and managers! Thank you so much.

I am very happy with the Co-op Childcare Nursery Woolwich. The staff there are quite friendly and supportive. I feel so grateful and blessed to have found such wonderful staff, they really ease my worries, and my son is always happy to go into nursery and play with his peers.

I've sent two of my children to Co-op Childcare Woolwich and have been very happy with the settling. The nursery offers a family like atmosphere with kind and caring staff who go above and beyond their daily duties. There have been some positive changes since the new manager joined in; the learning environments are more inviting, and more resources have been purchased. Parental involvement has been strengthened with many events being organised for families to join in. The observations and next steps enable me to extend my child's learning at home. The only disadvantage of the nursery is the doorbell system which it is not the staff fault. Its very stressful for me in the mornings to drop off children and often I need to wait to be let in which delays my journey to work. If this was in place, I would give the nursery 10/10.

My overall location of the nursery is convenient. The staff are even more amazing, incredibly helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just need a few refurbishments and improvements. They need to work on entry system a bit, even though it's much better than what it was. The play area needs a bit of work. They need to expedite the fixing of the cameras. That's our only concern.

The nursery is a lovely, welcoming and friendly place. My daughter loves going and she has bonded with lots of staff members. We have used the nursery for nearly 4 years altogether and even with some changes along the way, it continues to be excellent!

Our twins joined the nursery in November. I don't think I could be happier with how the transition into nursery has been! The staff in their room immediately put me at ease during the induction days, they had taken the time to learn our kids' names before they arrived and had printed out pictures we sent to them of family members and friends! Not once have our children cried about going to nursery and we get regular updates on what they're up to during the day. The staff try their best to match our kids' sleeping patterns to ours at home, but give us daily updates on it. The other children there are happy and kind. I feel that this is a reflection of the environment that the amazing staff create there.

This was the nursery of my daughter whom has currently moved up to reception, decided to send my son too as I've always been very happy with the care and love shown by all the practitioners. The baby room staff are amazing, my son is well looked after and he enjoys staying in the room. The variety of activities is very good, but I wish the old chef could come back, as I feel the love and care she has always put into her meals was the best. Highly recommend to all my friends and people when asking about this nursery or feedback. Couldn't be happier!

My experience with Co-op Childcare Woolwich is absolutely brilliant. The staff are very caring and understanding. I feel my daughter is not only a number but filled with love and care every day. The nursery makes me confident in leaving my daughter all day and I always receive feedback during the day which helps me to make me feel I have made the right decision in selecting the nursery in Woolwich.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 9 months old and the staff there have been instrumental to his development and well-being for the past three years. He has really flourished in terms of communication, emotionally and socially and this is all down to the patience, love, care and support he's received from the staff. The nursery has definitely been a home away from home for my son and we are sad that we have to leave because of a change in circumstances. A very big thank you to management and the team for your dedication and commitment for making the nursery a safe, supporting and nurturing environment. I highly recommend this nursery to all prospective parents looking for an excellent childcare setting!
