The space feels welcoming, spacious, and always clean and tidy, with lots of natural light. The mentors and carers are genuinely kind, attentive, and really engage with the children. Regular updates through the app are reassuring when you're away from your child, and the parent activities they organise regularly are a thoughtful touch.

The staff over here are very well trained and experienced. Very well furnished and have all the new equipment and teaching materials and gives each child special attention.my experience with the nursery is very good I would recommend others too

We couldn't be happier with Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School Maida Vale. The teachers and staff are truly outstanding, warm, caring and incredibly attentive to each child's needs. They have created a nurturing and safe environment where our daughter feels secure and excited to learn and play every day. The facilities are excellent, with plenty of space, modern equipment and thoughtfully designed areas for both learning and fun. The activities are varied and engaging, helping our daughter develop new skills and confidence. It's clear that the team at Little Pioneers genuinely cares about the children and their development. Communication with parents is also great, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. We highly recommend Little Pioneers to any parents looking for a supportive and inspiring place for their little ones!

Fantastic experience. Our son has been in the 0-1 year old room since November, he has a great time and the staff are very caring and tailor their approach to our son and his needs. The building and management are great.

We're very happy with the nursery including the facilities, the activities, the staff. We receive a lot of pictures (almost every day) and the staff is in touch with us regularly through the app. The staff is very flexible and understanding. Our daughter has adapted very quickly and is very happy.

The mentors and carers in the rooms are so kind and caring and engaging with the children and the setting is inviting, spacious and clean and tidy with lots of natural daylight. Regular updates on the app are a comfort when you are away from your child and regular parent activities are organised to make you feel a part of the nursery community.

My nephew is so happy here. I pick him up and he is never upset. He is always happy. The staff are very friendly and tell me every day what he has been doing. The new look is amazing of the nursery. The best in the area.

My child is very happy here. He learns new things every day. He loves his key person and all the other carers. He enjoys the food and never wants to leave at the end of the day. The staff are amazing.

The staff are amazing, very kind to the children. They track the children's development very closely, always creating activities to enhance it. It was recently renovated and the installations now are even better.

We are very happy with the care at the nursery. Our son was very upset at first for drop off but very quickly he settled and is so happy to go in. Special thank you to his key person and room manager. You do a very special and hard job, we really appreciate it.

Little one is so happy here. He's always learning new things every day and it amazes me. The staff are lovely and really treat the kids like their own. It is very family-orientated here. The children are challenged in their learning and have stimulating environments. The refurb looks fab - I would recommend it to all.

Overall the experience was great and the settling and baby's transitions didn't take long. There is only one disappointing observation. I would have regular reports and feedback only a couple of times and only from the room manager. The rest of the time, the staff looked very confused or knew nothing when I asked about how baby was, whether was he happy or had eaten etc. But otherwise, he seems to be happy and becoming more and more comfortable. I would appreciate it if I could have more reports or one-on-one chats with the staff who are taking care of my son.

I have had both my children at the nursery since they were 1 year of age. We are very happy with the care and service provided, and most importantly, we feel the support and care from the staff and management. Me and my partner, we highly recommend the nursery to every parent who needs help with their child care as they can rely on extended hours and full-year access to the service. Thank you, team!

We've had an excellent ride at the Co-op Childcare Maida Vale nursery! We've been going for 6+ years with our two daughters and we have been consistently impressed with the kindness and patience of the staff. They really care about the children and have certainly taught our daughter incredible skills and values. The admin team is equally amazing, always available for a chat and we felt they really listened to what we had to say. I could not recommend more strongly this nursery, definitely a happy place for the little ones!

They are an amazing childcare provider. The staff are wonderful, thoughtful, and caring and go out of their way to get to know each child and parent. The nursery has great indoor and outdoor facilities. The nursery has helped in my child's growth and development. Our overall experience with the nursery is outstanding.

A very family-like nursery with caring and thoughtful practitioners! The staff members go out of their way to get to know and understand each child, as well as the parents - and they know everyone by name. The space is great, both indoors and outdoors! My son is happy, cared for and safe - and I couldn't be happier as a parent.

Love my daughter's key person, she is amazing with her. Very happy and welcoming environment. Very family-like place. My daughter learns and achieves a lot and seems to be encouraged and challenged often.

Amazing childcare provider. We’ve had a least one child attending since May 2019 and are so happy with the care and learning experiences our children have gone through, they really bloomed and flourished as kind little people. The staff are wonderful, thoughtful, caring and go out of their way to get to know each child and parent.

The nursery is great. Good facilities indoors and outdoors and great staff. The staff really cares about the children. Our son loves the nursery and has become very confident around other adults and children. We have signed up our second child as well.

Thanks very much for the care and attention everyone's given to our daughter. She's 18 months and enjoys all sorts of activities in Grasshopper's. Special mention to one member of staff in particular who is great and excellent at taking good photos for the app.
