My child has been going to this nursery for just over 3 years and I have nothing but positive feedback for the staff Management: The managers are the best managers that have worked at the nursery handling any problems or issues quickly and effectively. Staff/ Nursery Leads: The development and growth each year with my child was due to the work and care the staff put in. The safeguarding is excellent and they will always call you if your child has an accident. All the staff are amazing but I especially want to give a shout out to 7 staff members in particular due to their consistent care and support has always put my mind at ease when my child has been in their care. The chef is an amazing chef and the food is lovely (especially his cous cous and beetroot brownie. Had this at the parent evenings) App: The app allows you to track your child's activity through the day, which includes what they eat, and their bowel movements. I would highly recommend this branch.

Our child goes to the nursery, he started at 9.5 months and when we drop him off he's happy, feels at home and often doesn't even look back when I say bye! The carers are very warm and nurturing and he's had good consistency with the same carers since he started which is very comforting to us and to him.

We love this nursery, we had our daughter there since she was a year and 2 months. Staff are very attentive and genuinely interested in the well-being of the kids. Kitchen on site and good accommodation of food allergies, which is really important. Good app updates so we can see the updates throughout the day and pictures too. Some parties sometimes, which is nice for kids. Such lovely, big garden space. Different activities, football coach visits in the summer, which was fun. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Very happy to have found Bright Horizons at Eltham Green. Having searched and visited many nurseries for my now 2-year-old I can only sing the praises of the baby room and nursery staff. My second child will be starting there in July and I already know he will love the team. Highlights, a multitude of spaces indoor and outdoor. Fresh on-premises cooked meals including snacks. Great app that keeps me and the nursery updated very easily. Observations, eating habits, sleep etc.

The care, attitude, culture and activities are excellent! Our daughter loves attending and learning so much. As parents, we feel supported and understood, the nursery is flexible and always ready to help. We can’t recommend it enough!

This is the best nursery I have found in my area. The management staff is great and the care workers are amazing. My little one went through all groups, started from baby room to preschool and he seems to be happy.

We are really pleased with our daughter's nursery experience. She loves it too! She's learning new skills every day and making positive relationships with both carers and other children. I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a positive, safe, and supportive environment.

I recently let my daughter join the nursery Bright Horizons Eltham Green Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are extremely polite and ready to help. My daughter seems very happy whenever she going to nursery. I really like how the nursery is always kept clean.

My son looks forward to nursery every day, which is a credit to the staff. I, along with family members can see how much he's developed since attending. I can see how much he has a great relationship with all carers and he knows them all by name, so going up in class will be a smooth transition. The outdoor space is also a lot bigger than other nurseries I viewed which is a plus.

We transferred our son to Eltham Green Day Nursery and Pre-School after we moved and the commute to his old nursery was proving too difficult. We are truly impressed by the care he received in the last year. His primary carers are exceptional, always working hard to keep him stimulated, and giving us daily updates on his progress. Our son had some difficulties with his speech and language when he first started and the staff volunteered to do the exercises we were working with the speech and language therapist with him. I am convinced that their efforts contributed massively to his speech development. Within a few months of being at that nursery, he was able to communicate more clearly. The nursery is very well run and the staff are always organising activities for the children and they make active efforts to prepare the children for the reception. Our son is always happy to go to nursery and always looks like he has had a great day. I would highly recommend it as a nursery and pre-school.

From the moment we enrolled our child more than 3 years ago, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff is not only professional and dedicated but also incredibly warm and nurturing, creating a secure and stimulating environment. Communication with parents is transparent, and the regular updates with the app keep us well-informed about our son's progress. I appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine care the entire team exhibits.

We have been attending Eltham Green for 3 months, after having an older sibling at the same setting 4 years ago. We specifically chose this nursery because of the positive experience the first time around and are very pleased with it. Nursery staff are well trained and caring. Many of them have been working there for years. The rooms are big, clean and well set up, without awkward sleeping corners or spaces that you sometimes see in other nurseries. There are 2 large gardens with small babies having their own dedicated outside space. The routines are good with a variety of fun activities, the chef is amazing, and our child can be a fussy eater at home but has no problems with food at the nursery. Our oldest has been to 4 different nurseries and Eltham Green was the best experience of them all.

I highly recommend this nursery! My son absolutely loves it here, the staff are amazing and so reassuring. They have an on site chef who cooks two hot meals for my son and he loves it, he eats things that he wouldn’t eat if I cooked it. The management are also very lovely and accommodating when you need advice or if you need to talk about finances etc.

My daughter has had the most outstanding experience at this nursery. I know the education system doesn't work in this way, but the staff deserve termly bonuses for the amount of work they put into nurturing the children and fostering strong relationships with families. If you want a nursery where your child will feel safe and happy, a place where they will excel and feel like they are part of a family, then this is a good choice for you. Our daughter began in September 2019, at 17 months old and at 3 years old is now coming to the end of her time here. Her language development has always been good, noticeable from a very young age. She has been able to communicate with other children and staff very comfortably and has always looked forward to nursery, naming all her favourite teachers! They feed your children very well and take the time to help with transitions such as dropping nap time, toilet training etc. Because of their hard work and genuine care, I have peace of mind and can do my job. My child absolutely loves it here, she started at Lewisham at 9 months old and moved over to Eltham Green when we moved house. Much better parking here. My child loves painting and playing in the garden and always talks about the staff and loves the chef's homemade food. She even ate fish pie and we don’t eat fish at home. She is very confident and outgoing which I put down to her attending nursery at a young age. She always looks forward to nursery. The staff did brilliantly during lockdown keeping things going as normal as possible for the children. 5 stars from us.

Can't sing the praises of this nursery and their staff enough. It's such a lovely place for my son to spend time with other children. He always comes home happy. They are very conscious of my son's food allergy and we have complete trust in them leaving our son with them in the knowledge he is well cared for and kept busy.

Our son absolutely loves nursery. He is constantly learning new skills and comes back home singing new songs. They also do an activity with tapping sticks that he recreates with us at home (our son is teaching us). Our son is being looked after very well and they really care about his well being. I could not recommend this nursery more!

Absolutely everything about the nursery is wonderful: The staff and children have wonderful relationships and I trust the staff implicitly. The nursery has been a home from home for both of my children. I couldn't ask for anything more.

The manager and her staff are amazing. My little girl was just coming up to 10 months old when we carried out a settling in programme with her key worker. This keyworker is just the best with my daughter and they have a great bond so when I drop her off before work I feel so at ease that she is in the best hands. I get updates of her progress every day, with a download on her eating, drinking and sleeping habits. All of the staff are friendly and one big family that supports each other. My daughter is learning and developing so much and in the best hands when not in mine.
