My son's key person has been like an extension of our family. He's bonded well and settled into nursery with ease. I'm happy with the learning and support he receives.

Since my daughter started nursery, she is friendlier than she was before and she started sleeping through the night. She seems to engage more with people, she's started speaking a few words. She settled very quickly with the staff and we can see that she loves going to nursery. She also loves the food there. The staff are really helpful with any information we need.

I am extremely happy with the way Bright Horizons staff communicates and cares about my child and myself. My son started nursery recently and all of the thoroughly helped me and my son to settle in a very nice manner. I can't thank enough to each of them, especially 5 staff members in particular. I am looking forward for a happy journey with Bright Horizons and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They are fantastic.

Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool has been wonderful for our little one. We appreciate the excellent care and attention given by the positive, dedicated staff (special mention to Babies Room Staff). The nurturing environment, combined with engaging activities and a safe play area, makes us confident our child is in great hands every day.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool for four months now. The nursery has a warm and inviting culture. Our regular catch-ups on the phone app are very reassuring. Overall, we have been very happy with the team and our decision and looking forward to seeing her transition from baby room to toddler room.

Bright Horizons Preschool is a great daycare. Friendly, caring staff, clean and safe environment, and lots of activities on offer. My daughter loves to go to preschool thanks to the wonderful staff who helped her to settle in. We would definitely recommend this nursery and preschool.

We remain grateful to the Bright Horizons team who have worked hard taking care of our daughter, nurturing her development milestones, learning, playful activities and many more. Coming from India as immigrants here, we were apprehensive about our children, but your team's excellent work has left us more than pleased. Our child loves going to school and has made friends there, and our social contact has increased because of her friend's parents, too. The manager is always available to have a word, he's quick to address parents' concerns, and Bright Horizons Hounslow is doing great under his leadership. Thank you all.

Bright Horizons (Hounslow) had been the first school atmosphere for my daughter. We greatly appreciate the care, attention and educational experiences she has received during her time at the nursery. Her growth and development under their guidance has been remarkable and we are grateful for your dedication to her wellbeing. We genuinely thank you for your support and guidance and assistance throughout our daughter's time there. We strongly believe that her experiences there have laid a strong foundation for her future educational journey. My daughter started at the nursery a few months ago. I was really nervous about her starting and being away from me. However, the staff have been so amazing. My daughter has settled in well. She has built a beautiful bond with her key worker. I am really grateful that I chose this nursery - I can only praise all of the staff.

Wonderful nursery. Supportive staff who are very attentive and caring. The management team are very hands-on and always available to answer any queries. The nursery is clean and has a wide range of activities and a nice outdoor space for the children. I highly recommend this nursery, as my daughter is always happy to attend.

I couldn’t have asked for a better nursery to put my daughter. The management staff, teachers, all of them are the absolute best and you can tell they have the best interest of both the kids and parents at heart. They treat the kids like their own and I never, for once, had any complaint during our time there. We were up to date daily on all the activities our daughter engaged in and we received prompt and adequate feedback on her progress. I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone I know. Please keep up the good work. Big well done to all members of staff of Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool. We will miss everyone.

As a safeguarding social worker by profession and a first-time mummy, safety and security of my child's nursery was my number one priority. I can now confidently say I am beyond happy with Bright Horizons Nursery. They handled our transition period very delicately and truly put so much love and care into their work. The staff very clearly know my child's individuality, which means the world to me. I am beyond happy with our experience and would highly recommend, as I already have, to others!

I am very happy to see the development of my son. He has grown to be a sweet boy with fun-loving talent, definitely learnt from Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool. We are very happy with the food and activities done by the nursery. Overall, very satisfied.

This nursery provides excellent care to my son. In the few months he has been going to the nursery, he is becoming more confident and happy to be around other people. The staff are very friendly and professional at all times. The environment is always clean. I get regular updates about my son's development. We feel so happy that we chose this nursery, it feels like our second home. Thanks to all the staff and management team.
