Our little one, who is so attached to me, settled so well! On Friday last week, he didn't want to leave one member of staff, in particular, at all and asked for her all the way back home. We are so grateful.

I am very impressed by the care and attention my toddler receives in Bright Horizons Kew Day Nursery and Preschool since he started in September. Every morning he is excited to go there and keep talking about his teachers at home. We feel so comfortable to leave him in the care of the staff there as they are all so caring, gentle and friendly.

My 2.5-year-old daughter recently started nursery, her first experience in such a setting. I was truly impressed by the warm welcome we received from the staff. They have a remarkable way of interacting with the children, which immediately put my daughter at ease. I want to especially commend the nursery manager for her exceptional care and attention. She carefully planned my daughter's settling-in period and adjusted it according to her daily experiences. Nicole's reassurance and support made me feel confident that my daughter would have a wonderful day interacting with other children. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth transition for both children and parents is truly commendable.

My daughter started at Kew Day Nursery as a baby and now she is in nursery class. She is very happy to go to the nursery and loves to explore all the messy activities they do in there and has developed brilliant skills such as eating on her own using a fork and knife. She has begun to speak in full sentences to communicate her needs. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff in the nursery for working so hard and providing the best possible support and knowledge for each individual child.

Bright Horizons, Kew has exceeded my expectations for a nursery. The staff go above and beyond and I am really impressed with the in-depth reports and updates provided. My child is learning and developing so much due to the excellent staff at the nursery. She loves going in and is so happy when I collect her which makes me feel content knowing she is having such a great time building friendships, learning new skills and being creative.

This is my second son to have had the privilege of being educated at Kew Day Nursery and on both occasions, I’ve been very happy with the standard of care. The management staff are always very accommodating of my last-minute requests. I find the teaching staff patient and warm towards my son and appreciate all the updates/photos I get during the day of the activities he’s participating in. I love that he has a full day of stimulation and gets home exhausted and ready for bed. I’d like to thank all the teachers involved in his development and care.

Kew Day Nursery has been absolutely amazing with my two sons. One staff member in particular is great as is all of the staff. I'm so happy with the progress of my son and his speech has come on tremendously. Thank you to everyone for being amazing.

Kid is happy to go every day. Nice classroom and playground. Teachers are very helpful and caring. They helped my kid who doesn’t speak much English to get accustomed and feel welcomed. She learned a lot about the country and the community.

My youngest has settled in remarkably well, despite having limited contact with other children or adults due to Covid-19. He has a really positive relationship with the adults in the room and is super happy to be dropped off each day!

We are very happy overall with the care provided by Kew Bright Horizons. Our daughter started at 10 months old and loved it from the beginning. She is making significant progress very quickly and we strongly believe that the nursery are key to this. She loves being with the other children and has bonded very well with the nursery staff. There are always huge smiles when we arrive in the morning. Communication when our daughter first started (and beforehand) was poor. This is improving though and doesn’t detract from how happy our girl is. We also hope the main entrance gates are fixed soon as drop-off/collection is currently a bit inconvenient.

The staff are friendly and we were immediately made welcome at our settling in session. My daughter is enjoying her time there particularly mealtimes. It would have been good to be provided with a welcome pack of FAQs at the start e.g. where to park, mealtimes etc. handover sheets are very useful but sometimes spelling and grammar leave a lot to be desired.

This nursery is a very friendly, welcoming nursery. The staff are always happy and willing to help with any concerns. The office door is always open and management have always dealt with my questions quickly and effectively. My son has been at the nursery now for 8 months and he plays well with the other children and is always saying new words. he is 21 months old.

Kew Day Nursery has a friendly and supportive team. Our daughter took to them all quite quickly, they are easy and quick to communicate with, they have really encouraged our daughters sensory and motor development and they update us daily on her meals/sleep/activities and mood. Working full time means we need a place where our child is safe and well looked after, which is exactly what Kew Nursery is.

Hard working teams throughout the nursery. Wonderful activities (especially coming out of the baby room - given their age!). Brilliant management, always willing to help and overstanding to personal situations. My boy loves coming to this nursery!

My son has been attending since baby room and is now in the nursery class, he has grown and learnt so much in the time spent at nursery. It is a joy to hear about his days, of what he has done and learnt. Staff are always there to listen about his home learning and act on this in class. I love to share this through the home learning stories where I can share pictures and new things he has been doing outside of the setting. One of the best things I have done as a mum is to put him in the nursery where he is in a safe, caring and learning environment, growing to be part of the next generation with your help. Thank you.

Our two girls are extremely happy in Kew Day Nursery and as a result, our family is too. It means everything to us to know our daughters are in such great hands every day. We couldn't more highly, recommend Kew Day Nursery for children of all ages.
